Court rebukes IRS for tea party targeting, orders release of secret list

From the Washington Post:
A federal appeals court spanked the IRS Tuesday, saying it has taken laws designed to protect taxpayers from the government and turned them on their head, using them to try to protect the tax agency from the very tea party groups it targeted.
The judges ordered the IRS to quickly turn over the full list of groups it targeted so that a class-action lawsuit, filed by the NorCal Tea Party Patriots, can proceed. The judges also accused the Justice Department lawyers, who are representing the IRS in the case, of acting in bad faith — compounding the initial targeting — by fighting the disclosure.
Epa comments:
And the REPUBLICAN led congress and senate found they did not WANT to hold Lerner in contempt because since the justice dept, THEY BELIEVED, would never enforce this
Or maybe, just maybe, they wanted to be sure this IRS weapon was both available to them one day, and FINISHED THE JOB of repressing the 'dangerous' Tea Party
By the time you think you are being paranoid, you can be almost certain you are not being paranoid enough
I comment: If you are not in support of Trump, if you support any other candidate, just ponder what Epa wrote above.

Think about that.

The Republicans could not be bothered to bust this bitch, this woman who took the 5th Amendment, when she had very obviously, purposively targeted Conservatives.

If you need just one more reason to understand why the Republican Party needs to BLOW UP, go the way of the Whigs, THAT IS IT.

Using the IRS to target citizens is murdering Free Speech.

Silence is complicity. Refusing to prosecute Lois Lerner signaled their complicity in the crime.

The Republicans want to murder your Free Speech.

As I put it in another post the other day, these people want to murder your Sovereignty.

They want to destroy you as Free Individuals.

They are a imminent threat to our society.

That is why the Republican Party needs to go and quick.

This is the 2nd American Revolution. And it begins with the elimination of the Republican Party.

To be clear, I am not saying I think Trump is the solution. I am saying we need to destroy the Republican Party by whatever means are necessary.

First step, Trump. After that, whatever it takes.

UPDATE - If you don't understand why the destruction of Free Speech is the murder of Individual Sovereignty, consider this article about Sharia Law:

It's The "Crime", Not The Punishment, That Makes Sharia Evil

Sharia, the law code of Islam, is evil. And, let's be clear, the punishments are often barbaric. Some crimes are punished by dismemberment. Some crimes are punished by stoning the criminal to death.
And yes, this is barbarity.
But barbarity, while disgusting and horrific is a form of spectacle.
We must not allow our attention to be diverted by the spectacle of Sharia, while something much more fundamental is being stolen from us.
The "Crime" of "Apostasy", as defined by Sharia Law is not a crime. It is the Free Expression of Human Thought.
Islam defines Freedom of Thought, Speech, and Expression as the worst "Crime", and it is therefore punishable by death.
THAT'S THE REAL PROBLEM.
In refusing to hold Lerner in contempt, in refusing to push Lerner's prosecution all the way to the end, the GOP committed a passive-aggressive crime against Free Speech. They've set up a passive-aggressive form of Sharia for those who would stand up for the Constitution.

Such a passive-aggressive action is more insidious, more evil, in it's own way, than the the outright murder of a person for the exercising of his free speech, because it is a harder crime to pin down.

It's like the Mafia boss who says, "That man, I'm not happy with that man." The Mafia boss knows what he is doing.

The GOP knows what they are doing.

The pattern is too well-established for their denial of intent to matter anymore.

They have given into Obama and his minions too many times, too consistently over too many years. All the while, playing Failure Theater, "Gosh, we just couldn't get enough votes. There just weren't enough votes to stop it."

All the while, We The People had given them the House and the Senate, and still somehow there weren't enough votes.

Well, there are enough We The People.

The Republican Party must go.
