A couple of years ago you wrote about using the R.I.C.O. statute against Scientology and possibly Islamic terrorist groups. Well, it looks like a R.I.C.O action has just been filed in U.S. District Court against some leaders of a megachurch who allegedly misappropriated donor funds, etc.
