Smart Gun Technology Comes With A Remote Kill Switch, So The Government Can Turn Off Your Guns

FUCK THAT!!!
The Armatix iP1 has been outfitted with a remote kill switch, or so it seems. TTAG, the makers of the high-priced .22 pistol, filed a patent application that included a kill switch that would allow them to shut the gun down from far away.
According to the patent application procured by thetruthaboutguns.com:
Preferably, the inventive device is designed such that the device or the activated identification medium authenticated in response to a signal transmitted from a remote station to the device wake-up and request signal, whereupon the remote station a logical and / or physical access or access to one and allows or prevents a target device . . .
Preferably, the apparatus of the invention can be controlled remotely, for example, via satellite and can send information to a satellite.
This is another reason why so many law-abiding gun owners are anti-smart gun technology. The possibility of the government demanding the ‘kill switch’ from the company is a real possibility and, of course, gun owners would never buy a gun that the government could end up ‘shutting down.’
