So, you CAN get Ebola by sitting near someone on a bus...and a plane...and a taxi...and a subway...etc.

HuffPo: 5 yr. old returning from Guinea on Saturday, 103 fever, vomiting, not quarantined?

WTH is going on?
Where is the CDC? Why weren't these folks quarantined?

Where is CPS? Did this family self-medicate to conceal the child's fever upon arrival on Saturday? What the hell kind of parent travels to an Ebola hot zone with children unnecessarily?

How many modes of transportation were involved in this little Ebola escapade? Will this plane be HAZMAT treated and refitted too?

WTH is the Governor of NY/NJ and the rest of this administration thinking by allowing this to transpire?

This is the most dangerous ill thought out - if not outright malicious - legacy bestowed upon an innocent 5 year old child - let alone all those exposed unnecessarily to this deadly virus!

Conflicting reports of Duncan's demise suggest he passed on Saturday October 4th, or Sunday, October 5th, or as posted in wiki: Thomas Eric Duncan 1972-10/8/2014

October 8th fell on a Wednesday.

This story just gets curiouser and curiouser...
CBS 60 minutes 10/26/2014

John Mulligan: EARLY SATURDAY MORNING he had become very critically ill and was placed on a respirator.

Scott Pelley: He was intubated.

John Mulligan: He was intubated.

Scott Pelley: Tube down his throat?

John Mulligan: Tube down his throat. He had a dialysis catheter placed because he was not making any urine, but he needed to. He was heavily sedated and he had tears running down his eyes, rolling down his face, not just normal watering from a sedated person. This was in the form of tears. And I grabbed a tissue and I wiped his eyes and I said, "You're going to be okay. You just get the rest that you need. Let us do the rest for you."And it wasn't 15 minutes later I couldn't find a pulse. And I lost him. And it was the worst day of my life. This man that we cared for, that fought just as hard with us, lost his fight. And his family couldn't be there. And we were the last three people to see him alive. And I was the last one to leave the room. And I held him in my arms. He was alone.
