Image From Real Weather Report On the Florida Hurricane

During weather update coverage Hurricaine Matthew, this odd satellite map "skull" image appeared. Matt Devitt of southern Florida's WINK-TV was depicted alongside the satellite anomaly, and later took to social media to affirm that the image was authentic and unaltered.
