Even I doubted Trump on Tariffs. I did not doubt that he could re-align the world trade situation. It is no surprise to me that the President's before him were terrible negotiators, and had very little concern about American interests.
But, how could Tariffs not lead to inflation?
But thus far, they have not led to inflation. In fact, inflation as decreased significantly since Trump took office.
Trump has taken huge calculated risks the past couple of months, in bombing Iran's nuclear facilities, and in pursuing his Tariff negotiations to the end.
People said he was destroying the world, or risking such.
But as I say, these are calculated risks, and Trump's ability to calculate is just better than ours.
He is still the 3D Chess Champion of the World.
