Slavery vs. Freedom

Kathleen Wynne
That's a photo of Kathleen Wynne -- the Ontario Premier in Canada. She's a feminist who got barefoot, donned a headbag and sat in a corner like an obedient little slave for a shameful little speech in a mosque.

Now, contrast that with Marine Le Pen:
The controversial presidential hopeful was in Lebanon seeking to bolster support ahead of the first round of voting in April.
But the proposed meeting with the Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul-Latif Derian - the most prominent Sunni Muslim cleric in the country - was scrapped at the last minute.
Ms Le Pen said: "You can pass on my respects to the Grand Mufti, but I will not cover myself up."
What a magnificent woman.
A spokesman for the Grand Mufti said Ms Le Pen's aides had been informed beforehand of their requirement for her to wear head covering for the meeting in Lebanese capital Beirut.
Burn!

Madonna Invites Marine Le Pen Out for a Drink

This story is hard to believe. But I think it's true.

Madonna has been a VERY vocal critic of Marine Le Pen in the past.

Suddenly she seems to have changed her mind.

From Ansa:
(ANSA) Paris, March 3 - French far-right presidential candidate Marine Le Pen said Tuesday she will accept "with pleasure" an invitation by former foe Madonna to bury the hatchet between the two women.
Recently Madonna denounced what she said was the climate of violence, intolerance and anti-semitism sweeping through France and Europe with the rise in support for parties like Le Pen`s National Front "making me think of Nazi Germany".
During a 2012 tour Madonna climaxed a concert by displaying a photo montage of Marine Le Pen with a Nazi swastika on her forehead.
However when asked about Le Pen this week Madonna said "I would like to have a drink with her, perhaps I misunderstood her".
"I don't want to fight a war, I want peace in the world, I would like to meet her and speak to her, to know what she really thinks about human rights issues not just in France but in the whole world," said Madonna.
Le Pen for her part said "I accept with pleasure Madonna's invitation, I appreciate people who act in good faith".
