Jewish reporter enters Mecca, sparking Muslim outrage

This incident is, most unfortunately, an important sign that Muslim countries like Saudi Arabia have a long way to go before becoming fully accepting of Jews visiting the countries they live in and govern:

Gil Tamary, a reporter for Channel 13, sparked outrage from Muslims and Jews after he entered Mecca and filmed a report within the Muslim holy city as millions of Muslims from around the world conducted the Hajj (pilgrimage) to the city.

Tamary was in Saudi Arabia as he had received a special permit, along with two other Israeli reporters, to cover the regional conference attended by US President Joe Biden last week.

Non-Muslims are completely prohibited from entering the city of Mecca and are largely banned from the city of Medina, although restrictions on access to Medina have reportedly been somewhat lightened in recent years. The ban is largely based on a verse in the Quran (Surah At-Tawbah 9:28) banning polytheists from approaching the Great Mosque in Mecca.

In the Channel 13 report published on Monday, Tamary notes that non-Muslims are not allowed into Mecca, but he proceeded to detail how he managed to enter the city and go up Mt. Arafat with a Muslim driver regardless.

The journalist stressed that the driver did not know that he was an Israeli journalist, as he took care to speak only in English.

Tragically, the following report suggests the driver was the one arrested by Arabian authorities:

A Saudi citizen who allegedly helped Israeli journalist Gil Tamary enter the Muslim holy city of Mecca has been arrested and will be prosecuted, Mecca police said Friday. Official Saudi media also indicated “procedures” would be instituted against Tamary.

Channel 13 on Monday aired a clip of Tamary sneaking into Mecca, Islam’s holiest city, in defiance of a ban on non-Muslims.

Mecca regional police have “referred a citizen” to prosecutors for alleged complicity in “transferring and facilitating the entry of a (non-Muslim) journalist,” a police spokesperson said in comments reported by the official Saudi Press Agency.

[...] To protect his companion’s identity, Tamary did not show his face and warped his voice in the one-minute video the news outlet’s Twitter posted on Monday, and Channel 13 aired a ten-minute report documenting his visit that night.

Yet it would seem as though the driver may have been the one they arrested, and if they're giving him hell on earth, that's obscene. The man should be released immediately. For now, this demonstrates that Arabia still isn't ready to be considered a civilized country, and shouldn't even be allowed to invest in overseas businesses, as a result.

But why does the Jerusalem Post say Jews were outraged? That's just simply ludicrous.

Ever wondered why Muslims bow to Mecca? If they were bowing to God then they wouldn't have to face in exactly one direction, because God is everywhere.

So what are they bowing to - the city itself? But Catholics don't bow to Rome, and Anglicans don't bow to Canterbury, and Mormons don't bow to Salt Lake City.

So what's so special about Mecca? What part of the city are they actually worshiping? Surely they aren't worshipping the entire city, including hotels, car parks, shops, electricity substations, public toilets and all the rest of the urban infrastructure?

No, in fact they're worshiping one specific object in the city - Allah's sacred meteorite.

If you ever see pictures of them milling around in Mecca they are all circling a cubic building called the Kaaba. And set into the wall of that building is a meteorite enclosed by a vessel shaped like a woman's quim that they all try to kiss. Sometimes they get so sexually excited at the thought of the pious pussy that they stampede and kill one another in their efforts to muff-dive the meteorite.

The mingy meteorite was an object of worship long before Islam reared its ugly head, so what it's got to do with Allah is a bit of a mystery. Maybe it represents one of Allahs daughters, but as a Muslim father, wouldn't that get him murderously mad at all the wanabe quim-lickers sniffing around his girls' sacred snatch? Perhaps that's why he sets them stampeding.

Or maybe it means that Islam is some sort of tribal fertility cult that Mohammed duped people into believing was a proper religion.

But one thing is for certain. When Muslims accuse other religions of idolatry, they are the biggest hypocrites on earth. What could be more idolatrous than worshipping a hunk of space junk tarted up to look like a twat?

One more thought. The Jews treated the Temple with such reverence that no man was allowed a glimpse of the whole thing. Hebrews 9:1-9 tells us that in the temple a veil separated the Holy of Holies—the earthly dwelling place of God’s presence—from the rest of the temple where men dwelt.

Likewise, we find that Muslims separate themselves from the vagina they worship, by enshrouding their women in the Burqa. This is more evidence that, in Islam, it is the Vagina that is being worshiped, not Allah.

Or, perhaps, Allah, himself, is the earthly presence of the great mystical Vagina of Gaia.

One thing is for certain, Islam needs a good douching, and soon.

Mecca's Holy Water Contains Poison?

Holy drinking water contaminated with arsenic is being sold illegally to Muslims by UK shops, the BBC has found.

Zam Zam water is taken from a well in Mecca and is considered sacred to Muslims, but samples from the source suggested it held dangerous chemicals.

Secret recordings captured the vendors describing customers who drank it daily.

"They depend on it, they don't drink anything else," said the owner of an Islamic bookshop in Upton Park.

Dr Yunes Ramadan Teinaz, an environmental health officer who has previously warned about Zam Zam water, said it was "a sensitive matter".

"People see this water as a holy water," he added.

"They find it difficult to accept that it is contaminated..."

If the Zam Zam well is poisoned, it is the will of Allah. Allahu akbar!

'Makkah Mean Time' Should Replace 'Greenwich Mean Time', Say Muslim Scientists and Clerics!

BBC: Muslim scientists and clerics have called for the adoption of Mecca time to replace GMT, arguing that the Saudi city is the true centre of the Earth.

Mecca is the direction all Muslims face when they perform their daily prayers.

The call was issued at a conference held in the Gulf state of Qatar under the title: Mecca, the Centre of the Earth, Theory and Practice.

One geologist argued that unlike other longitudes, Mecca's was in perfect alignment to magnetic north.

He said the English had imposed GMT on the rest of the world by force when Britain was a big colonial power, and it was about time that changed.

A prominent cleric, Sheikh Youssef al-Qaradawy, said modern science had at last provided evidence that Mecca was the true centre of the Earth; proof, he said, of the greatness of the Muslim "qibla" - the Arabic word for the direction Muslims turn to when they pray.

The meeting also reviewed what has been described as a Mecca watch, the brainchild of a French Muslim.

The watch is said to rotate anti-clockwise and is supposed to help Muslims determine the direction of Mecca from any point on Earth.

The meeting in Qatar is part of a popular trend in some Muslim societies of seeking to find Koranic precedents for modern science.

It is called "Ijaz al-Koran", which roughly translates as the "miraculous nature of the holy text".

The underlying belief is that scientific truths were also revealed in the Muslim holy book, and it is the work of scholars to unearth and publicise the textual evidence.

But the movement is not without its critics, who say that the notion that modern science was revealed in the Koran confuses spiritual truth, which is constant, and empirical truth, which depends on the state of science at any given point in time. [Source: Muslim Call to Adopt Mecca Time]
