Obama Appoints Hijab-Clad Muslim Woman To Interfaith Advisory Panel - She Grants "Exclusive Interview" To Extremist Muslim Website

From Pamela at Atlas Shrugs:

Over at the global jihadi Islam Online, Sheik Yusuf Al-Qaradawi's site (who now has an office in Washington DC), has this interview.

Egyptian born (any Americans in this administration?) Dalia Mogahed serves up plenty of taqiyya, but once you speak the language, you can read between the lines. The Organization of the Islamic Conference has its operatives in place in a Muhammadan presidency.

WASHINGTON - Dalia Mogahed, a hijab-clad American Muslim, has made history being the first Muslim woman appointed to a position in President Barack Obama's administration.

She sets on a newly-formed interfaith advisory board the administration hopes will improve relations with Muslims in the US and across the globe.

The Egyptian-born American heads the Gallup American Center for Muslim Studies, a Dalia Mogahed research center that produces studies on Muslim public opinion worldwide.

In an exclusive interview, IslamOnline.net discussed with Egyptian-born Mogahed her new role, the challenges facing Muslims, Islamophobia in the US and her own success story.

- How do you feel about being the first Muslim appointed to the Obama administration?

I am not actually the first Muslim. There have been other Muslims appointed to Obama's administration. I am also not the only Muslim on the White House advisory Council on Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships. I join Dr. Eboo Patel as the second Muslim on the council. I am, however, the first Muslim woman in this council. I feel very honored for the privilege to serve in this way, but also recognize the responsibility that I've agreed to take on. I see my role much more in terms of what needs to get done rather than a historical accomplishment. I believe the accomplishments are yet to be fulfilled.

- What is the role of the Council on Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnership?

I am a member of a 25-person advisory council to the White House focused on offering solutions for societal problems sourced in the wisdom of faith communities. More specifically, I am on the Inter-religious Dialogue and Cooperation Task Force, a group of only 5. We will work on recommendations for our area of focus and these will be reviewed by the larger council and then included in an annual report with recommendations from the council to the President.

- What is your role as an advisor on Islam?

I would not say I am an advisor on Islam. I would say that it is my role to convey the facts about what Muslims think and feel. I see my role as offering the voices of the silenced majority of Muslims in America and around the world to the council so that our deliberations are informed by their ideas and wisdom. I believe that I was chosen because the administration cares about what Muslims think and wants to listen.

Go read the whole thing.

We had 90 degree temperatures north of Boston yesterday and I spent most of the day on the beach. Watching people in swimsuits sunning, lounging, playing, strolling, and a few hardy souls swimming (water temp about 50 degres), I tried to imagine every female on that beach being forced to wear a black burka while the men run around in beards and nightshirts and the IAB-appointed anti-Islamophobia enforcers from CAIR patrol with sticks ready for anyone who dares show "too much" skin.

That's what this little lantern-jawed, dissembling, hijabbed bitch would like to be able to impose on us dirty "racist" kuffar. Of course she doesn't dare even hint at that in public, so she just blathers on about "Respect", "Reform", and "Resolution".

Drop by next time I'm on the beach, Ms. Mogahed, and I'll treat you to some free American female "resolution" of your concerns via a nice pink and white walking stick up your arse. It'll look very nice with your outfit.

Wow. The normalization of shit-stain apologists with movable legs, talking points, and a barbaric totalitarian conquest ideology to boot.

Someone please ask president clueless if it might just be a WEE FUCKING PROBLEM this barbaric totalitarian ideology posits a murderer, rapist, and pedophile (one who personally lopped the heads off of 600 - 800 immobilized prisoners) as the WORLDS MOST PERFECT MAN, a shining exemplar of suitable behavior for all muslims for all time.

Because that simple undeniable, inescapable fact just doesn't square with liberty, prosperity common sense, or anything else this president ought to be concerned with.

Anonymous,
The key word in your comment is "ought". Yes, the President ought to be concerned with those things.

Why is it that he is not?

Ever notice that the totaltiarian regime apologists' (Islam, Commies, etc.) eyes all have that same hard, dead look?

And the spokespeople for freedom often have an approachable, eyes- right-into the camera, open look?

I do not know all the RINOs by face, but when one is on TV I can always tell even before I figure out how to get the sound on - just by measuring the degree of deadness in the eyes.

Ditto for a sharia apologist or Bill Ayers acolyte.

I've noticed this on many people. But, my sense on it is not at all infallible, or accurate in the way you claim yours is.

Obama looks very alive to me. Lieberman has a very alive look. I meet many Liberals/Leftists who are among the most interesting, and many times, the most kind people I meet.

However, they do usually share the trait of naiivete.
