Anyone Who Prays At The Wailing Wall Is An Extremist?

From Watcher:

Dressed in Kimonos, traditional Japanese women's garment, members of the Christian Japanese movement the Makuya pray at Judaism holiest site the Western Wall in Jerusalem's Old City on February 28, 2010. Clashes broke out at Jerusalem's flashpoint Al-Aqsa mosque compound after police entered to arrest Palestinians who had hurled rocks at visitors they believed were Jewish extremists. (Getty Images)
So in Palestinians' view, Jews who simply pray at the Western Wall are "extremists". In this case, should we consider any Arabs/Muslims praying to be extremists and throw stones at them?

I can not think of a single place in the world where Islam lives in peace with it's neighbors.
