Gunpowder and Lead
All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
Vichy Portland mayor Ted Wheeler decided to attend the protests on Wednesday evening. After getting yelled at for the better part of an hour by crazed leftists, he walked over to the big fence that lines the federal courthouse, to join the protesters there.
As usual, the rioters broke through the fence, set several fires, and launched fireworks at building. Wheeler was personally watching the fires:

Wheeler was still getting debris lobbed at him from the communists. Yet he still has the gall to defend the rioters and blame Trump. He claims he saw nothing that warranted that type of response from the feds ...
AP style will continue to lowercase the term white in racial, ethnic and cultural senses.
We also now capitalize Indigenous in reference to original inhabitants of a place.
These decisions align with long-standing capitalization of distinct racial and ethnic identifiers such as Latino, Asian American and Native American.
Our discussions on style and language consider many points, including the need to be inclusive and respectful in our storytelling and the evolution of language.
After a review and period of consultation, we found, at this time, less support for capitalizing white.
White people generally do not share the same history and culture, or the experience of being discriminated against because of skin color.
This news item kind of jumped out at me this morning. Well, it is a fire, it is in an American city, and it involves Communists. That said...
Officials from the Houston Fire Department and Houston Police Department are responding to reports that documents are being set on fire in the courtyard at the Chinese Consulate-General in Houston.
"Houston police say they began receiving the reports that documents were being burned just after 8 p.m. at 3417 Montrose Boulevard where the Consulate General of China is located," Click 2 Houston reported.
"A small amount of smoke could be seen and smelled from outside. Dozens of Houston first responders are at the scene..." Tensions between the United States have continued to escalate in recent weeks after they hit near all-time highs earlier this year over the Chinese Communist Party's lies about the [Chinese] coronavirus pandemic..."
The only time I can recall documents being burned at foreign embassies was film footage taken at the Japanese Consulate in Washington DC on the morning of December 7th, 1941.
I really do not want to jump to any conclusions here but given the internal strife in this country, the cold war between the US and the Chi-Coms over the Peking Pox, Hong Kong, trade, Chinese imperialism/militarism threatening world stability, China's dismal economy, and on top of all of that, an election that could seal their and our fate for the foreseeable future - - I think you can read your own tea leaves.
Hey, look, a “country level analysis” today in a crummy little journal called @thelancet says “full lockdowns and widespread testing were not associated with reduced COVID-19 mortality.” Whoopsie! Everybody makes mistakes. https://t.co/O9fNH9fO1H pic.twitter.com/78fjbGCnyd

The Netherlands paid part of the salaries of two terrorists involved in killing 17-year-old Rina Shnerb last year, Dutch Foreign Minister Stef Blok and Development Minister Sigrid Kaag admitted to parliament on Tuesday. The Dutch government owes a serious apology for the harm they caused. It's a grave example of a European government enabling terrorism, and what they did has also enabled terrorists to act within their own countries. Funding to terrorists has to cease.
The killers are members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, a designated terrorist group in the EU, and employees of the Palestinian Union of Agricultural Work Committees (UAWC), to which the Dutch representative in Ramallah pledged nearly $20 million in 2013-2021.
Their salaries were paid in part by Dutch funds covering UAWC overhead costs, though they were not directly involved in the land and water management program sponsored by the Netherlands. They also received accreditation, identifying themselves as “employees of a partner organization of the Dutch representation,” in Ramallah a letter from the ministers said.
The Netherlands is suspending its donations to UAWC indefinitely, pending an investigation.

“Look, one of the things that I think is important is I wish we taught more in our schools about the Islamic faith,” he said Monday. Mr. Biden praised Islam as “one of the great confessional faiths” while claiming it is routinely maligned by President Trump
“We all come from the same root here in terms of our fundamental basic beliefs and I just want to thank you for giving me the opportunity, for being engaged, for committing to action this November,” he continued.
“You’re doing what has never been done before. You’re registering and turning out more than 1 million Muslim voters this November. It matters. … Under this administration we’ve seen an unconscionable — and unconscionable rise — in Islamophobia.”
The Democrat closed out his statements by making a direct appeal to Muslim Americans.
“We need you. I need you,” he implored. “I need you to mobilize and motivate one another to register to vote.”
