The Hawaii judge issued his decision in less than 2 hours after hearing arguments. His decision is 43 pages long with multiple quotes. In other words, he took what he heard, “deliberated” and researched the quotes, the wrote 43 pages in under 120 minutes – thats a page every 3 minutes. No f’ing way he churned that decision out in that amount of time with enough time to research before and re-read/edit after.

Soon after he invited stenographer-journalists to the White House to hear his talking points, Obama sat for an interview with the left-wing NPR. In both sessions, he complained about how he is treated by ordinary Americans and the GOP.
He whined about “strains in the Republican Party that suggest that somehow I’m different, I’m Muslim, I’m disloyal to the country,” then played the race card, saying much of the criticism is “pretty specific to me, and who I am and my background.”
Naturally, he leaves out the inconvenient facts, namely that his policies are unpopular, yet he insists on pursuing them and then has the audacity to complain about criticism. ObamaCare, for example, never enjoyed majority support for a single day, yet the president and his party rammed it down the nation’s throat, and he now accuses opponents of being racist for not applauding him.

A close media aide to Hassan Rouhani, the Iranian president, has sought political asylum in Switzerland after travelling to Lausanne to cover the nuclear talks between Tehran and the West.
Amir Hossein Motaghi, who managed public relations for Mr Rouhani during his 2013 election campaign, was said by Iranian news agencies to have quit his job at the Iran Student Correspondents Association (ISCA)….
In his television interview, Mr Mottaghi also gave succour to western critics of the proposed nuclear deal, which has seen the White House pursue a more conciliatory line with Tehran than some of America’s European allies in the negotiating team, comprising the five permanent members of the UN security council and Germany.

That's over criticism of his policy. Imagine how Obama must have felt about Hillary's questioning of the identity as an American, an attack that goes to the very core of his being?
How did this woman get to be Secretary of State under Obama?
Ponder that for a moment?
Could it be Hillary actually had something on Obama with this Birth Certificate thing?
Could it be that Obama actually has something equally damaging on Hillary, say, like Bill Clinton's Pedophile Island vacations (which also conveniently came out recently)?
Can one reasonably imagine any other kind of working arrangement between these two vindictive monomaniacs other than a truce by Mutually Assured Destruction?
Or do you think it is reasonable to say that Obama decided to bury the hatchet with his bitter nemesis, the woman who was willing to question, not only his fitness for office, but his fitness to even call himself an American in the first place?
So yeah, I think it is possible Obama said, "Ok, Hillary, I'll give you what you want, a position of prestige within my Administration that you can use as a springboard towards your election to POTUS in 2016. But you have to play ball with me. You have to pursue my Foreign Policy agenda, and in order to accomplish that agenda, you have to do your job the way I tell you to do your job."
And what was/is Obama's Foreign Policy agenda?

The answer is, he'd have to run a Black Ops Foreign Policy team. He'd have to go dark. He'd have to create a means of back channel communications that would allow him to stay in constant communication with the major players of the Islamic world at all times?

I think Obama sees the Muslim Brotherhood as being the natural heirs to the Sunni Throne, and the Mullahs of Iran as the natural heirs to the Shia Throne.
I think Obama is an anti-Colonialist, as Dinesh D'Souza theorizes. But he is not merely ANTI-Colonialist. He is sophisticated enough to be for something as well. That is, he is a National Socialist. Or, perhaps better put, he is an Ethnic Nationalist, a person who believes only the indigenous people of a country ought have a say in the national political structure.
I think Obama's vision for the world involves weakening the West (which he sees as a force of oppression and imperialism, militarily, economically, and commercially), while restoring the nation's the West has, to his mind, plundered, to the rule of their natural heirs.
I believe Obama made it clear in the title of his first autobiography that he is pursuing the dream of his father. And what were those dreams?
Barack Obama, Sr. worked under Kenya's elected President Tom Mboya. Tom Mboya was a Pan-Africanist. He believed in Africa for African people, but he did not narrowly define who the African people were. Barack Obama Sr. disagreements with Tom Mboya revolved around the concept of Pan-Africanism vs. what Barack Obama, Sr. saw as a Kenyan Socialism, or National Socialism.
It is true that in most African societies the individual had sole right as to the use of land and proceeds from it. He did, however, own it only as a trustee to the clan, tribe or society. He could give it on loan to someone outside the tribe to use, but he had no right to sell it outside the tribe .. How then can there be a conflict of opinion on communal ownership?

If we are going to nationalize, we are going to nationalize what exists and is worth nationalizing. But these are European and Asian enterprises.
One need not be a Kenyan to note that nearly all commercial enterprises from small shops in River Road to big shops in Government Road and that industries in the Industrial Areas of Nairobi are mostly owned by Asians and Europeans.
One need not be a Kenyan to note that when one goes to a good restraurant he mostly finds Asians and Europeans, nor has he to be a Kenyan to see that the majority of cars running in Kenya are run by Asians and Europeans.
How then can we say that we are going to to be indiscriminate in rectifying these imbalances? We have to give the African his place in his own country and we have to give him this economic power if he is going to develop.
And this means seizing the assets of outsiders, the means of production owned by those who are not "folk" to the country.

So, back to the point:
Barack Obama is perpetuating the Dreams of His Father.
It is important to understand this if you want to understand his Islamic world policy.
Remember, Obama was heavily instrumental in kicking Mubarak out of power. Obama then helped the Muslim Brotherhood ascend to power, and when they did, he invested heavily in them in Foreign Aid, up to and including military weapons.
At the time, this looked like an investment in Arab Democracy. But my opinion is, to Obama, this was an investment, not in Arab Democracy, but in Islamic Democracy.
(I will explain momentarily.)
Then the people decided they had had enough of the Muslim Brotherhood's pushing of a Sharia agenda. The people agitated for the Muslm Brotherhood to leave.
Did Obama support the will of the people in excising the Muslim Brotherhood?
No, he didn't.
So why was Obama for Arab Democracy in one case, and not in the next?
Why would Obama support Hamas when they were elected once and for all? Is that Democracy? Could we have expected the Muslim Brotherhood to have behaved any differently? Would it have been reasonable to expect that the Muslim Brotherhood ever would have relinquished power voluntarily? Has any Islamist government ever relinquished power voluntarily? Ever?
No.
But it is the Islamist governments Obama has supported.
When, in 2009, the people of Iran stood up and attempted to rock the streets so hard as to unseat the Mullahs, did Obama stand behind the will of the people to unseat the Islamist government?
No.
Barack Obama does not stand for unseating any Islamist government.
Barack Obama DOES stand for Democratic elections that put an Islamist government in power.
Barack Obama does not stand for the orderly transition of power from an Islamist government to another duly elected government of a predominantly Muslim Arab population.
Barack Obama is, therefore, not an Arabist. He is a Muslim sympathizer, or perhaps, better said, an Islamist sympathizer. He does not believe in Arab Democracy. He believe in Islamist Democracy.
And, by his actions and words, we can see he supports the all-but-permanent installation of Islamist governments once elected.
This is because Barack Obama believes Islamist governments embody the will of the volk; the people of the Arab nations.
The Muslim Brotherhood to the Sunni, the Mullahs to the Shia.
It is not out of weakness that Obama has delegated the fight against ISIS in Iraq to the Mullahs of Iran? Obama sees Iraq as a Shia counterbalance to the Sunni world.
I believe Obama thinks of a stable Middle East as a Middle East where the Sunnis and the Shias both have their own Kingdoms, which can then work out a rapprochement only when the Will of the People are represented by a leader which embodies the sprit of the folk; a Caliphate.
Obama, in essence, is pursuing, not merely an anti-colonialist initiative in the Middle East, but a fully-formed National Socialist vision, complete with a mythological dimension born of Islam.
And, to dovetail back to the beginning, that is what the Private Email Servers are about. Obama can not allow the people of the United States know what is this monomaniacal vision he pursues.
We are the crew, he is Ahab. We will not truly understand the voyage we find ourselves upon, until we are ringed by leviathans, and the White Whale is bearing down on us.
It appears a small explosion and fire broke out at a food vendor location near the White House, while there was a lockdown and a Secret Security sweep of the area.

The White House press pool was out on the South Lawn for the departure of President Barack Obama and his family around the same time as the fire. Secret Service moved the press back into the White House and initiated a lockdown of the building.
During a sweep of the area, a K-9 unit hit on a vehicle in the 1600 block of Constitution Avenue. The White House remains on lockdown while authorities check out the vehicle.

Obama ... needs Iran to get him out of the jam caused by his feckless withdrawal from the region. ISIS flourished in the resulting vacuum and daily humiliates the president with publicized outrages. With Obama powerless to prevent it, he needs someone who can pull him out of the quicksand.
But as the Daily Beast notes the price will be steep. “The bargain for making a deal with Iran, these critics say, has allowed Iran a free hand to assert dominance in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen.” Having spent years campaigning against American military action Obama has essentially left himself no other choice but to rely on someone else. ”Such an approach is also politically unfeasible due to American war weariness and scepticism of any mission with shifting goalposts.
And Iran is charging him an arm and a leg for yanking him out of the hole. Yemen, next-door-neighbor to Saudi Arabia has now been partitioned between an Iranian client state which has as its capital Sana’a — from which the GCC embassies have evacuated — and Aden, to which they will be moving as the new capital of Sunni recognized Yemen.
Obama’s own efforts to establish “moderate rebel” forces in the region have ended in ignominious defeat, having accomplished nothing but showcase his pitiful incompetence. One of the main Obama-backed groups has just folded up and joined the enemy.
BEIRUT (Reuters) – One of the main western-backed rebel groups announced on Sunday that it had dissolved itself and joined a larger Islamist alliance, weeks into a battle which saw it lose ground and men to more powerful al Qaeda insurgents. Hazzm is one of the last remnants of non-jihadist opposition to President Bashar al-Assad in northern Syria, much of which has been seized by the Nusra Front and Islamic State, an offshoot of al Qaeda that controls roughly a third of Syria.
All hope of independent action is fading fast. Micah Zenko at Foreign Policy is calling the debacle Obama’s Bay of Pigs in the Desert. The Obama administration has effectively destroyed its own credibility, by the ample display of stupidity, possibly past the point of recovery. As a Brookings Institution article puts it “If America leads, will anyone follow?”
even if the United States is still willing and able to lead, and even if other major powers accept that it does so, Washington will likely confront the growing problem of followership. President Obama made clear in his 2014 West Point speech that future interventions by the United States in overseas conflicts will be a function of the willingness of “partners” to lend a hand. In fact, Washington has always depended to some extent on other nations to supplement its efforts, but the question for the future is whether this operating principle remains feasible.

The Bethlehem-based news agency Ma’an has cited a
Kuwaiti newspaper report Saturday, that US President Barack Obama
thwarted an Israeli military attack against Iran’s nuclear facilities in
2014 by threatening to shoot down Israeli jets before they could reach
their targets in Iran.
Following Obama’s threat, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was reportedly forced to abort the planned Iran attack.
According to Al-Jarida, the Netanyahu government took the
decision to strike Iran some time in 2014 soon after Israel had
discovered the United States and Iran had been involved in secret talks
over Iran’s nuclear program and were about to sign an agreement in that
regard behind Israel’s back.
The report claimed that an
unnamed Israeli minister who has good ties with the US administration
revealed the attack plan to Secretary of State John Kerry, and that
Obama then threatened to shoot down the Israeli jets before they could
reach their targets in Iran. Al-Jarida quoted “well-placed” sources as saying that
Netanyahu, along with Minister of Defense Moshe Yaalon, and then-Foreign
Minister Avigdor Liberman, had decided to carry out airstrikes against Iran’s nuclear program after consultations with top security commanders.
According to the report, “Netanyahu and his commanders agreed after
four nights of deliberations to task the Israeli army’s chief of staff,
Benny Gantz, to prepare a qualitative operation against Iran’s nuclear
program. In addition, Netanyahu and his ministers decided to do whatever
they could do to thwart a possible agreement between Iran and the White
House because such an agreement is, allegedly, a threat to Israel’s
security."
Just days ago, the generals were trumpeting plans to knock ISIS out of its most important stronghold in Iraq. Now, those plans are on indefinite hold.
The U.S. military’s goal to retake Iraq’s second largest city from the self-proclaimed Islamic State has been pushed back several months at least, defense officials told The Daily Beast. That’s a major shift for the Pentagon, which recently announced that the first major ground offensive in the war against ISIS could come in the next few weeks.

As promised, President Obama is using executive actions to impose gun control on the nation, targeting the top-selling rifle in the country, the AR-15 style semi-automatic, with a ban on one of the most-used AR bullets by sportsmen and target shooters.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives this month revealed that it is proposing to put the ban on 5.56 mm ammo on a fast track, immediately driving up the price of the bullets and prompting retailers, including the huge outdoors company Cabela’s, to urge sportsmen to urge Congress to stop the president.
Wednesday night, Rep. Bob Goodlatte, the Republican chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, stepped in with a critical letter to the bureau demanding it explain the surprise and abrupt bullet ban.
The National Rifle Association, which is working with Goodlatte to gather co-signers, told Secrets that 30 House members have already co-signed the letter and Goodlatte and the NRA are hoping to get a total of 100 fast.
"The Obama administration was unable to ban America's most popular sporting rifle through the legislative process, so now it's trying to ban commonly owned and used ammunition through regulation," said Chris W. Cox, executive director of the NRA-ILA, the group's policy and lobby shop.
"The NRA and our tens of millions of supporters across the country will fight to stop President Obama's latest attack on our Second Amendment freedoms."

This photograph of ships lined up at the piers of the Norfolk Naval Base was widely circulated in March 2013 with accompanying claims that it showed five U.S. aircraft carriers simultaneously docked in the same place for the first time since World War II.
Although the photograph is genuine, and five carriers were indeed docked at Norfolk at the same time, most of the claims in the accompanying text are exaggerated or untrue: the ships were not all "first line" carriers, nor were they "pulled out from the Middle East" and "ordered into harbor for routine inspections," and the situation was not the first occurrence of its type since World War II, nor was it a "breach of long-standing military protocol."

There are of course, many ways to deceive people with what you say. One of them is by what you do not say, when it is directly relevant to the question asked but only the part of the answer that assuages your concerns is given.
Examples of this kind of deception are too easy to think of from one’s own life’s experience to bother typing out here I suspect.
On Feb. 19 2015 at the White House a quite typical but pernicious example of this kind of lie was used by the clerics who read the one religious prayer that was given at the summit on ‘violent extremism’.
In the video below, you can see exactly what two of the omissions were. One was the lines spoken in Arabic but not translated into English which changes the meaning quite a bit. This is the same tactic used against the Marines by the islamic Barbary Pirateswhen defeated by Jefferson’s American forces. (Article 11 guaranteeing no enmity between Christian and Islamic states was not put into the Arabic version.)
The second lie of omission is the verse that comes right after the verse they did recite, which fundamentally transforms (wait that sounds familiar) the meaning of the verse they did read.

Is President Obama a Muslim? A lot has been written about this, but if photographs speak louder than words, then a photo taken at last August’s U.S.-African Leaders’ Summit in Washington D.C. might shed considerable light.
It shows Barack Hussein Obama flashing the one-finger affirmation of Islamic faith to dozens of African delegates.

The Associated Press took this astonishing photo as the African dignitaries joined Obama, who hosted the event, in a State Department auditorium for a group photograph. It was published in an article in Britain’s Daily Mail, and it was the only use ever of the photo.
The one-finger display is the distinctive Muslim gang sign: The index finger points straight up while the thumb wraps underneath and presses against the digital phalange of the middle finger. The remaining fingers are squeezed against the palm in order to highlight the extended forefinger. The extended finger is symbolic of the one-God concept of Muhammad and is understood by all believers to be a symbolic shahada, the Muslim affirmation of faith: There is but one God and Muhammad is his messenger.
Thus when believers stick their index finger in the air, they demonstrate they are partisans of Muhammad’s God concept. And they also affirm their belief in Muhammad’s claim he was the interface between God and man. They also demonstrate they are part of the umma, the exclusive transtribal supertribe of believers that Muhammad started 1,400 years ago.
With his forefinger in the air, Obama affirmed his membership in this tribe.

The Daily Mail editors did not understand what they were looking at. They captioned it “finger wagging” by Obama. But the African dignitaries understood, and a range of reactions can be detected among the ones who observed the gesture: amusement, surprise, curiosity, disapproval, contempt.
Note the reactions of Abdelilah Berkirane, the prime minister of Morroco pictured just behind Obama’s left shoulder, and Ibrahim Boubacas Keita, the president of Mali in white garb and hat. They are Muslims through and through, and they are all smiles. They knew what Obama’s upright forefinger meant.
The reaction of Togo president Faure Gnassingbe, at the top row second to the left, is less approving. Through his face you can read the mind of this Sorbonne- and George Washington University educated leader. His mind is screaming, “You gotta be kidding!”
Gnassingbe’s country is squeezed between Benin and the Ivory Coast and is not far from Nigeria and its Boko Haram plague -- perhaps a two-hour flight in a slow Cessna from Togo’s capital to the Nigerian capital, less than an hour in something faster. At the time of the Washington conference, Boko Haram’s leader Abubakar Shekau had just declared Borno State in northeastern Nigeria as the seat of his caliphate. Massacres of entire villages were taking place; only a few months earlier nearly three hundred girls were abducted from a Borno secondary school.
Togo has seven million people, 50 percent animists, 30 percent Christian. The remainder are Muslims, part of the umma. Gnassingbe and all other non-Muslims of Togo have reason to worry about radicalization of some of these members of the transtribal supertribe of Muhammad who reside among them. And so his look of disdain. “You gotta be kidding.”
“The president is ignoring the fact that these are Islamic extremists. These are terrorists. And ISIS is a terrorist organization. And they are bent on destroying the West. They’ve already said they want the flag of Islam to fly over the White House. The president, his entire life his whole influence has been Islam. His mother has been married to a Muslim. His father is a Muslim. Then she married a man from Indonesia. He was raised in Indonesia. Went to Islamic schools. I assume she was a Muslim. So, his whole life experiences have been surrounded by Islam. He only knows Islam. And, he’s given a pass to Islam. He’s refusing to accept and understand the evil that is in front of him.”
The terrorist planner of Benghazi, Mohammed al Zahawi, met with Osama bin Laden when the latter was in Sudan, according to a senior official in al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).
According to Business Insider’s account of the official’s eulogy:
“Sheikh al Zahawi, may Allah have mercy on him, began his march in [the] mid-nineties,” Nadhari explained, according to SITE.
“Allah guided him [to] meet the reviving Imam Osama bin Laden when Osama was in Sudan. Zahawi took from his determination and learned from his methodology, then he was captured quickly by the Saud government, the traitor to Allah and His Messenger,” he continued.
AQAP was not the only official al Qaeda group to issue a euology for Zahawi. Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) also issued a eulogy for the deceased leader of Ansar al Sharia Libya.
As evidence of Ansar al Sharia’s interconnections with al Qaeda, three other al Qaeda groups took part in the raid on the US Mission and Annex at Benghazi.
Militants from AQAP and AQIM took part, as well as jihadists from the Muhammad Jamal Network (MJN).
The United Nations Security Council added Ansar al Sharia, the primary group behind Benghazi, to its al Qaeda sanctions list in November 2014.
The Obama administration initially avoided the word “terrorism” in connection with the attack and claimed it was a spontaneous attack based on a video.
Here’s Obama speaking to Steven Kroft of 60 Minutes on September 12th, the day after the attack:
Kroft: Mr. President, this morning you went out of your way to avoid the use of the word terrorism in connection with the Libya attack.
Obama: Right.
Kroft: Do you believe that this was a terrorist attack?
Obama: Well, it’s too early to know exactly how this came about, what group was involved, but obviously it was an attack on Americans and we are going to be working with the Libyan government to make sure that we bring these folks to justice one way or the other.
Kroft: It’s been described as a mob action. But there are reports that they were very heavily armed with grenades. That doesn’t sound like your normal demonstration.
Obama: As I said, we’re still investigating exactly what happened. I don’t want to jump the gun on this. But you’re right that this is not a situation that was exactly the same as what happened in Egypt. And my suspicion is, is that there are folks involved in this, who were looking to target Americans from the start.
