Personally, I am doubtful about the veracity of this story. Mr. Diguiseppi appears to have a flat part on the underneath left side of her nose, right next to the nostril. Additionally, Diguiseppi appears to be a bit overweight which sagging skin underneath her chin, which seems to have been airbrushed out in the official portrait, with the FBI logo, above.
