INSURRECTION: Pallets of bricks are being pre-staged in flashpoint cities across the country

Reports from citizen journalists continue to spread on social media that indicate palletted bricks have been strategically placed within known riot locations across the country.
These pre-staged stockpiles have been documented in several flashpoint cities including Minneapolis, Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York, Seattle and Fayetteville, NC. In most cases, the bricks have been placed right along demonstration routes.
What organization is behind this effort to effectively arm demonstrators with the steady supply of projectiles being used to spread injury, destruction, and in at least one case, possibly death?
One thing's for sure, those responsible for the sinister plan have access to real money and logistics.

IT GOES ON AND ON.

Pair of Brooklyn lawyers including Ivy League corporate attorney charged in Molotov cocktail attack on NYPD cruiser

From the New York Daily News:
Two Brooklyn lawyers, including an Ivy League graduate corporate attorney, are facing federal charges for tossing a Molotov cocktail into an NYPD vehicle early Saturday morning during a protest over the police killing of George Floyd.
Colinford Mattis, 32, a lawyer and member of Community Board 5 in East New York, was charged along with fellow attorney Urooj Rahman with the attempted attack on an empty police cruiser parked outside the 88th Precinct station house in Fort Greene.
“This is shocking news to me,” Andre Mitchell, president of Community Board 5 told the Daily News. “The allegation does surprise me because that doesn’t sound like him.”
The super of Rahman’s building called her “an angel” who recently lost her legal job.
"I can’t believe it. I’m stunned,” said George Raleigh, the super of Rahman’s building in Bay Ridge. “This kid? She’s an angel.”

Authorities say Rahman, 31, tossed a bottle filled with gasoline through a broken window into the cruiser just before 1 am Saturday but the Molotov cocktail failed to ignite.
Rahman jumped into a van driven by Mattis and they sped off, court papers allege. The attempted torching was captured by video surveillance cameras outside the precinct stationhouse on DeKalb Ave.
Cops gave chase and stopped the van nearby on Willoughby St.. They found the makings of another Molotov cocktail in the back seat along with a gasoline container.
“No rational human being can ever believe that hurling firebombs at police officers and vehicles is justified," said Brooklyn U.S Attorney Richard Donaghue.
Neither Rahman nor Mattis have been arrested before, authorities say. They face federal charges and will be arraigned Monday.

ANTIFA’S WHITE PRIVILEGE:

There is no right to burn down your neighborhood, but it’s always an option. Freedom means choice, and real freedom must include the choice of self-destruction — but not destroying someone else’s neighborhood. Especially not when the neighborhood is mostly black and poor. That is what the privileged whites of antifa are doing by instigating disorder and destruction in Minneapolis’s 3rd precinct and elsewhere. ‘Every single person we arrested last night, I’m told, was from out of state,’ says Melvin Carter, Mayor of St Paul. Cost-free kicks at black people’s expense: the height of white privilege.
Race is the American sickness, and though everyone is sick of it, no one has the cure. The murder of George Floyd and the fact that it took riots before his killer was charged, confirms, should anyone still need confirmation, that Americans are still not equal before the law. Don military fatigues and storm the Michigan statehouse, and the police will recognize you as a fellow patriot. Pass a counterfeit bill while black, however, and no law can protect you from the law.
The laws that antifa learn to despise in their four-year colleges guarantee their racial privilege. If you’re black and angry enough to burn down banks and stores in your black neighborhood, tomorrow you’ll have to live in the ruins. If you’re white and you burn down banks and stores in someone else’s neighborhood, tomorrow you’ll be back in white world: fixing bikes or brewing espresso, waiting for The Man to cancel your student loans, living in a historic urban neighborhood whose historic black population you and your white friends have gentrified out of sight.
Antifa has such white privilege that the leftwing politicians and media figures will straight-up gaslight to avoid mentioning their involvement in the past week’s riots: Minnesota Governor and Media Blame White Nationalists and Russians for Riots.
As prolific tweeter “Neontaster” writes, the “narrative whiplash” may be so painful that some will need neck-braces. Oceania has never been at war with east Minneapolis:

UPDATE: “For the media and their political counterparts to finally admit that rioting and looting is bad, they had to decide on the acceptable group to blame. you see them working through their choices now,” Greg Gutfeld tweets.

Antifa Is Just Occupy Wall Street Rebranded, Here’s How I Know

FROM KIRA DAVIS:
Nine years ago, I stared down the barrel of a rifle pointed at me by a Denver riot squad as the man holding it screamed at me and my companions to “Go home! Now!” Let me back up. Nine years ago, a group of disgruntled youth set up camp in New York City’s Zuccotti Park, located in the middle of the Big Apple’s financial district.
Their goals and demands were clear as mud. Protest financial inequity, topple the capitalist system, and redistribute all the wealth they saw as being stolen from the people by Big Banks and Big Capitalists…by Wall Street.
They aptly named themselves Occupy Wall Street (OWS) and it became a movement that spread across the country over the next year. Encampments popped up in nearly every major city. At that same time, the Tea Party had just sprung up to protest Obamacare and rising taxes.
The mainstream media was portraying old people in walkers wearing American flags on their hats as dangerous, racist terrorists bent on burning down “Obama’s America”, while at the same time touting OWS as a glorious, peaceful example of courageous young Americans marching for equality. It was anything but.
However, these were socialists and they were seen as the antithesis of the free-market Tea Party protesters. President Obama picked his side (OWS) and Democrat politicians across the country followed suit. While they sent out riot squads to monitor the ridiculously tame Tea Party events, they changed city ordinances on vagrancy to allow OWS protesters to set up camp on city properties.
In fact, to this day Los Angeles City Hall has a raging homeless problem on their grounds (that resulted in a rat infestation and several City Hall employees testing positive for typhus) because they lifted the ban on camping on city property in order to accommodate the OWS protesters. The homeless came with them. They never left. The “battle lines” were drawn and the narrative was set. Occupy Wall Street – good and heroic. Tea Party – racist and violent.
In 2011, I attended my first conservative “new media” training conference in Denver – BlogCon. Because of the media-stoked tension between the OWS and Tea Party movements, there was a lot of interest in our little gathering and soon, protesters showed up and invaded the hotel where the conference was being held. It fueled the bloggers gathered there. This was premium content!
We poured into the lobby to meet the protesters. It was glorious chaos. I found some video and it made me smile to see so many familiar faces in here that went on to become good friends. You’ll recognize some of them, including Steven Crowder, Larry O’Connor, Stephen Kruiser, and my colleague Brandon Morse (I can’t believe all these years later we actually work together. Life is crazy!).
Eventually, police were called to break up the melee and pull away the protesters. We had been portrayed (unsurprisingly) in local media as rabble-rousers and right-wing racists (so funny to think about that now, because it was such a fun and silly little blogger conference but media bias was hitting its stride at the time) but the truth is the OWS protesters were the aggressive ones.
The cops pulled them out and we followed them into the street. Somehow I ended up standing next to a police car and watching as police officers stuffed two rumpled but gleeful OWS protesters into the back seat. A young protester beside me began to cry. A clean-cut, professional-looking young man who looked like he was dressed for work at an office turned to her and said, “Don’t worry. We already have lawyers at the precinct and we’ve got bail funds. They’ll be out in time for tonight. Just go get ready.”
That was my first introduction to the concept of professional protesters. Later that same day, as dusk began to descend we headed to the park where OWS had set up camps for weeks. It looked more like a commune than a protest.
People were serving food, playing guitar, smoking weed…some homeless people came around for meals and they were welcomed. It stunk, but it wasn’t violent. But as soon as the sun set, protesters started streaming in with manufactured signs, noisemakers, fireworks, bottles filled with God knows what.
They just…appeared.
It was suddenly obvious that these were the professionals I had heard the man talking about earlier that day. They were decidedly not peaceful or communal. They were bent on destruction and that’s what they did. Before we knew it paddy wagons and riot squads filled the square. People were running, shouting, throwing things. It was insanity.
And that is how I found myself staring directly down the barrel of a rifle. I had turned around right into it, not really knowing where to go and not really sure of where my friends had gone. I knew it wasn’t meant for me but it still scared the shit out of me.
The man behind the rifle could clearly see I wasn’t a dirty hippie or a paid rioter, but that didn’t really move him. “Go home! Now!” he shouted. I backed up, found the people I’d come with and we ran off. I looked back as hurried away. The vagrants and the musicians and artists that had been milling around during the day were gone. Clearly they’d wanted no part of this nonsense.
That was my very first lesson in the reality that there are organized groups in this country whose only goal is to sow chaos and reap violence. That may sound tin-foil-hat-ish but that is the God’s honest truth.
At the time, the new media was trying to tell mainstream media and the rest of America that these people weren’t the peaceful, courageous socialists they were being made out to be on the evening news. It was like shouting into the wind.
The narrative had been set and everyone was dug into their political positions — just like today. But we knew…we knew that there was a huge difference between the peaceful (if not a bit dopey) hippie set just looking for more love in the world and the professional protesters tasked with straining city services and destroying city property.
OWS was never really a grassroots movement. They were professionally organized and sponsored and then a few nice genuine protesters joined them here and there along the way. That’s all it ever was. So it doesn’t surprise me in the least to see that many of the protesters causing mayhem in Minneapolis are actually from out of state. It doesn’t surprise me that many of them are white (anarchist groups tend to skew white and wealthy) and it doesn’t surprise me that there are two types of protesters in the George Floyd riots — peaceful marchers and destructive morons. I
know from my extensive experience since that time that, as crazy as it sounds, there is an element in this nation that longs for anarchy. Piggybacking on racial tensions and stoking the fires of unrest is literally their business model. Antifa is the latest group of professional anarchists but they are nothing more than OWS rebranded.
The anarchists never really went away. Agents of chaos still long to see this country burn and that’s who you see breaking windows and lighting fires. Sure, some genuine protesters may have followed but these people know how to use mob mentality for maximum damage. These are racists disguised as anarchists. There is no doubt in my mind that there is an element of domestic terrorism afoot within all this.
Now that the narrative is no longer Tea Party vs. OWS it’s safe for everyone to admit this. In fact, it seems like people want this to be true now. We don’t want to paint concerned and fatigued black Americans as destructive rioters. Lucky for us, it is true.
This is an organized, racist assault on peace and productive protesting aimed at placing the blame at the foot of the black community, just like they aimed to place the blame on sweet old ladies with homemade signs at Tea Party protests all those years ago.
But I know better and so do my colleagues who there that weekend in Denver. The agents of anarchy haven’t ever disappeared, they’ve only rebranded.
Here's a link to a Professional Protestor website, where you can order an EZ-Riot for $99 per rioter.

ANTIFA National Mobilization? Riots Across Country Raise Questions About Coordination

The state of Minnesota has requested an additional 1,200 National Guard soldiers be deployed after rioting broke out once again Friday night following the death of George Floyd earlier in the week. . . . .
Minneapolis police said gunshots were fired at police officers near the city’s Fifth Precinct on Friday night, one night after rioters broke into and torched the Third Precinct, FOX 9 reported. . . . .
Meantime, all across the nation came reports of arson fires, looting and smashed windows and vehicles. From some cities came reports of gunfire against police officers. In Portland, Ore., a crowd smashed windows and sparked a fire inside the city’s Justice Center, FOX 12 of Oregon reported. . . . .
In San Jose, police officers fired on an SUV that struck at least two people, according to the Mercury News. . . . .
In Oakland, Calif., police said several officers were injured by projectiles, FOX 2 of the Bay Area reported. Bystanders also reported being injured.
“I got punched in the face and my cell phone was taken,” one motorist told FOX 2. In Detroit, Michigan, one man was killed and dozens more arrested.
The shooting occurred near a large protest at Cadillac Square when someone in a gray Dodge Durango fired shots into the crowd, hitting a 19-year-old, according to police, per The Detroit News. In New York, rioters torched a police van and NYPD officers reported hundreds of arrests, The New York Post reported.
Bosch Fawstin writes:
The media painted business owners who re-opened their businesses as criminals. And now they paint criminals who burn down businesses as “righteous protestors”. Won’t be long before they paint them as “heroes”.
So when will we admit to ourselves that the Coronavirus-inspired shutdown was as much anti-Capitalist revolution, as it was prudent response to an illness?

Barr Calls Out Antifa and Other Far Left Groups Over Riots, Warns of Federal Prosecutions

“Good afternoon. The greatness of our nation comes from our commitment to the rule of law. The outrage of our national community about what happened to George Floyd in Minneapolis is real and legitimate.
Accountability for his death must be addressed, and is being addressed, through the regular process of our criminal justice system, both at the state and at the federal level.
That system is working and moving at exceptional speed. Already initial charges have been filed by the state. That process continues to move forward. And justice will be served.
Unfortunately, with the rioting that is occurring in many of our cities around the country, the voices of peaceful protest are being hijacked by violent radical elements. Groups of outside radicals and agitators are exploiting the situation to pursue their own separate and violent agenda.
In many places, it appears the violence is planned, organized, and driven by anarchic and left extremist groups, far left extremist groups, using Antifa-like tactics, many of whom travel from out of state to promote the violence.
We must have law and order on our streets and in our communities, and it is the responsibility of the local and state leadership, in the first instance, to halt this violence.
The Department of Justice, including the FBI, the U.S. Marshals, the ATF, the DEA and our 93 United States Attorneys office, U.S. Attorneys offices around the country, uh, are supporting these local efforts–will continue to support them–and take all action necessary to enforce federal law.
In that regard, it is a federal crime to cross state lines or to use interstate facilities to incite or participate in violent rioting. And we will enforce those laws. Thank you”

CNN Anchor Claims Riots in Minneapolis “Entirely Peaceful” – Then Seconds Later Someone Throws a Bottle at Him

Coronavirus May Be a Blood Vessel Disease, Which Explains Everything

IN April, blood clots emerged as one of the many mysterious symptoms attributed to Covid-19, a disease that had initially been thought to largely affect the lungs in the form of pneumonia. Quickly after came reports of young people dying due to coronavirus-related strokes. Next it was Covid toes — painful red or purple digits.
What do all of these symptoms have in common? An impairment in blood circulation. Add in the fact that 40% of deaths from Covid-19 are related to cardiovascular complications, and the disease starts to look like a vascular infection instead of a purely respiratory one.
Months into the pandemic, there is now a growing body of evidence to support the theory that the novel coronavirus can infect blood vessels, which could explain not only the high prevalence of blood clots, strokes, and heart attacks, but also provide an answer for the diverse set of head-to-toe symptoms that have emerged.
“All these Covid-associated complications were a mystery. We see blood clotting, we see kidney damage, we see inflammation of the heart, we see stroke, we see encephalitis [swelling of the brain],” says William Li, MD, president of the Angiogenesis Foundation. “A whole myriad of seemingly unconnected phenomena that you do not normally see with SARS or H1N1 or, frankly, most infectious diseases.”
“If you start to put all of the data together that’s emerging, it turns out that this virus is probably a vasculotropic virus, meaning that it affects the [blood vessels],” says Mandeep Mehra, MD, medical director of the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Heart and Vascular Center.
In a paper published in April in the scientific journal The Lancet, Mehra and a team of scientists discovered that the SARS-CoV-2 virus can infect the endothelial cells that line the inside of blood vessels.
Endothelial cells protect the cardiovascular system, and they release proteins that influence everything from blood clotting to the immune response. In the paper, the scientists showed damage to endothelial cells in the lungs, heart, kidneys, liver, and intestines in people with Covid-19.
“The concept that’s emerging is that this is not a respiratory illness alone, this is a respiratory illness to start with, but it is actually a vascular illness that kills people through its involvement of the vasculature,” says Mehra.

Italy Says 96% of Virus Fatalities Suffered From Other Illnesses

The coronavirus outbreak in Italy has struck overwhelmingly among the nation’s older population and those with preexisting medical conditions, according to the national health authority. Almost 96% of the country’s virus fatalities had previous medical conditions, data from Italy’s ISS health institute show.
The ISS, which publishes a range of studies on the outbreak including a detailed weekly report, confirms a trend seen since the beginning of the emergency, with the average age of Italians who’ve died from the virus at around 80.
“The latest numbers show that new cases and fatalities have a common profile: mostly elderly people with previous illnesses,” ISS chief Silvio Brusaferro said at a news conference Friday.
ISS analysis shows that as of May 25 only about 1.1% of virus fatalities have been under 50 years of age and more than 57% were over 80. Nearly half of new cases in May were registered at nursing homes.
The most recent ISS weekly study, based on a sample of about 10% of fatalities until May 21, also showed that just 124 victims, or 4.1% of the total, had no previous pathology.
Almost 60% of victims suffered from at least three prior illnesses and about a fifth had two conditions. More than 68% had high blood pressure, about 30% had diabetes and 28% suffered from heart disease, according to the report.

Something Very Odd Is Going On

Watch how this police officer calmly fires pepper bullets at a reporter while she is live on air.
Watch how this policeman, with a surreal clam, put his knee on the neck of George Floyd, while George Floyd pleads for his life, and other policemen stand calmly by, doing nothing, even to the point of the death of George Floyd.

Everyone is calm.

In this video, a man, who some have, in retrospect, identified as a police officer (I will not name him, but it is simple enough to google this event and you will find the evidence) is filmed proceeding with the same surreal calm, walking up and calmly breaking the windows of an Auto Zone.

These people are not angry, excited, in distress, being threatened, or even particularly energetic about what they are doing.

Instead, they are dispassionately going about shooting at reporters, murdering a black man for no reason, and breaking windows, as if they are taking part in a tactical maneuver for which they have been well-trained.

I'm not saying that is what this is.

I am merely saying THAT IS WHAT IT APPEARS TO BE.

As I have said before, some Police are Pension-Swilling Union Orcs. It's a big assumption to make that some police might be in on fomenting revolution, but we do know that hardcore Unionists have often been hardcore Communists.

More and more, I am thinking what we are witnessing is not a series of events, one following another in a chain of anger and outrage piled atop one another.

Instead this appears to be an outright planned Communist Revolution.

Their goal had been to Long March us into a soft Revolution, but the anti-Globalist/pro-Nationalist pressure from Trump, as well as the fact that their Impeachment scam is being unmasked, has caused them to feel as if they have to rush the process.

Antibody Tests Point To Lower Death Rate For The Coronavirus Than First Thought

Antibody Tests Point To Lower Death Rate For The Coronavirus Than First Thought
Mounting evidence suggests the coronavirus is more common and less deadly than it first appeared. The evidence comes from tests that detect antibodies to the coronavirus in a person's blood rather than the virus itself.
The tests are finding large numbers of people in the U.S. who were infected but never became seriously ill. And when these mild infections are included in coronavirus statistics, the virus appears less dangerous.
"The current best estimates for the infection fatality risk are between 0.5% and 1%," says Caitlin Rivers, an epidemiologist at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security.
That's in contrast with death rates of 5% or more based on calculations that included only people who got sick enough to be diagnosed with tests that detect the presence of virus in a person's body.
And the revised estimates support an early prediction by Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and a leading member of the White House coronavirus task force.
In an editorial published in late March in The New England Journal of Medicine, Fauci and colleagues wrote that the case fatality rate for COVID-19 "may be considerably less than 1%."
YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST.

AND THEN THERE'S THIS:
Important COVID-19 studies that the mainstream media won't report to you....from OAN News.
Number one. On the diamond princess cruise ship 3711 passengers were tested for COVID-19. 17% of them, 634 total were infected. But 328 of those 634 people who tested positive were asymptomatic.
Number two. Likewise in Iceland, 50% of people who were tested and who tested positive for COVID-19 in a nationwide sample study were asymptomatic.
Number three. In Italy antibody tests there showed almost 50% of people who tested positive for COVID-19 never had symptoms. The infection rates in Italy, including both symptomatic and asymptomatic people was 3% of that population.
Number four. A COVID-19 antibody test on a randomized sample of the population in the German town which is one of the epicenters of the COVID-19 outbreak in that country, showed a 15% infection rates, however, only 2% of those tested. Currently, had the virus, while 14% had antibodies. So when the researchers eliminated the overlap they found a total infection rate of 15% in the whole group.
Number five. In New York City right here in the United States, 29 of 210 asymptomatic pregnant women admitted to the hospital. At the end of March and early April to deliver their babies tested positive for COVID-19. That's a 13.7% infection rate of entirely asymptomatic people, and just three of those 29 later developed fever before discharge.
Number six. A study in Germany by a virologist named Professor Hendricks streak at the University of Bonn concludes that COVID-19 rarely spreads through casual contact, it spreads through repeated large doses such as among families while locked down together.
Number seven. A study from the Taiwan CDC from March 19 tracked 1000 contacts of 32 people with COVID-19, and found zero cases of transmission outside households, or families.
Number eight. Finally a Danish study of 1487 blood donors found 22 had antibodies for COVID-19 in their blood, and if you extrapolate that rate to the population of Denmark and divide it by the number of people who've died of COVID-19 in Denmark. That equals a case fatality rate of .016, or 1.6, people per thousand or 24 times lower than the case fatality rate we were told by the World Health Organization.
THE LOCKDOWNS STARTED AS A MISTAKE AND HAVE ENDED UP AS AN EVIL.

Declassified Flynn Transcripts Contradict Key Mueller Claims Against Flynn

Highly sought-after summaries and transcripts of intercepted phone calls between former White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn and Russian ambassador Sergei Kislyak contradict key claims made by former Special Counsel Robert Mueller in his criminal case against Flynn. The transcripts were provided to Congress on Friday and obtained by The Federalist.
You can read the full documents here and here
The intercept transcripts and summaries released on Friday afternoon cover calls between Flynn and Russian ambassador Kislyak or his representatives on December 22, 2016; December 23, 2016; December 29, 2016; December 31, 2016; January 12, 2017; and January 19, 2017. The substance of the December 22 conversation remains entirely classified, while the remaining transcripts and conversations are only lightly redacted.
The transcripts, which were declassified by former acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Ric Grenell and current DNI John Ratcliffe, were provided to Congress by Ratcliffe, who began working in the position earlier this week following full Senate confirmation of his nomination.
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), the chairmen of the Homeland Security and Finance committees, respectively, had repeatedly called for the transcripts to be declassified and provided to Congress. Flynn was charged by Mueller in 2017 with making false statements to federal officials about conversations he had with Kislyak on December 22 and December 29, 2017.
According to the charging documents from Mueller, Flynn allegedly falsely claimed to Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) agents that he did not ask Kislyak to “refrain from escalating” in response to U.S. expulsion of Russian diplomats and falsely claimed that he did not ask Kislyak to help defeat an anti-Israel resolution pending before the United Nations at the time.
Mueller also claimed that Flynn lied when he said he didn’t remember Kislyak telling him that Russia would “moderate its response” to the expulsions. The transcript of the December 29 conversation, which was cited by Mueller, does not include a request from Flynn that Russia “refrain from escalating” in response to U.S. expulsions of Russian diplomats.
According to the transcript, Flynn asked Kislyak for Russia’s response to be “reciprocal” so that the U.S.–not Russia–would not be forced to escalate beyond the expulsions. The transcript makes clear that Flynn fully expected Russia to respond to the situation by expelling U.S. diplomats in response to the Obama administration’s move to expel nearly three dozen Russian diplomats from the U.S., and that his primary concern was preventing a situation where the U.S. would have to escalate tensions in response to Russia.
“Make it reciprocal,” Flynn reportedly said. “[D]on’t go any further than you have to. Because I don’t want us to get into something that has to escalate, on a, you know, on a tit for tat.”
“I really don’t want us to get into a situation where we’re going, you know, where we do this and then you do something bigger, and then you know, everybody’s got to go back and forth and everybody’s got to be the tough guy here, you know?”
Flynn continued. “We need cool heads to prevail, and uh, we need to be very steady about what we’re going to do because we have absolutely a common uh, threat in the Middle East right now.”
“We agree,” Kislyak responded. Later in the conversation, Flynn again used the word “escalate” in reference not to a potential Russian response, but to what he hoped the United States would not have to do in response to Russian actions.
“If you have to do something, do something on a reciprocal basis,” Flynn said. “And, and then, we know that we’re not going to escalate this thing[.]” Mueller’s operation also conflated discussions of financial sanctions levied against Russian entities and individuals via executive order on December 28, 2016 with the expulsion of Russian diplomats, which were two separate and distinct issues.
In fact, the specific executive order cited by Mueller in his charging documents against Flynn pertained only to Treasury-enforced financial sanctions against nine Russian intelligence individuals and institutions, not to the separate expulsions of Russian diplomats, which were enforced by the U.S. State Department.
In his remarks announcing the various maneuvers by his administration against Russia, President Obama even noted that sanctions and expulsions were entirely separate issues handled by different agencies and requiring different legal authorities.
“I have issued an executive order that provides additional authority for responding to certain cyber activity that seeks to interfere with or undermine our election processes and institutions, or those of our allies or partners,” Obama said at the time.
“Using this new authority, I have sanctioned nine entities and individuals: the GRU and the FSB, two Russian intelligence services; four individual officers of the GRU; and three companies that provided material support to the GRU’s cyber operations.” “The State Department is also shutting down two Russian compounds, in Maryland and New York, used by Russian personnel for intelligence-related purposes, and is declaring ‘persona non grata’ 35 Russian intelligence operatives.”
The executive order signed by Obama and referenced by Mueller had nothing to do with expulsions of Russian diplomats, which was the topic of Flynn’s conversations with Kislyak.
The transcripts show that while Kislyak obliquely raised the issue of financial sanctions against certain Russian intelligence officials, Flynn himself never discussed the financial sanctions against Russian individuals and entities levied by the Obama administration. Instead, Flynn focused on preventing U.S. “tit-for-tat” escalation following the Obama administration’s expulsion of Russian diplomats.
Although Obama officials claimed via leaks to the press that Flynn, a decorated combat veteran and retired three-star Army general, was illegally operating as a secret Russian agent, the transcripts show that Flynn’s primary focus throughout his conversations with Kislyak was ensuring that Russia and the U.S. could work together to defeat Islamist terrorist and the growing influence of ISIS throughout the Middle East.
Obama officials never explained how working with international partners to defeat ISIS constituted a federal crime.
While Flynn initially pleaded guilty to the charges after Mueller’s office threatened to persecute his son, he moved to withdraw his plea in federal court following the emergence of evidence that the FBI’s ambush interview of him without counsel present was an unlawful setup with no legal investigative predicate and that Mueller’s office improperly withheld exculpatory information from him.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) found and released explosive handwritten documents from a top FBI official that showed the inquisition against Flynn was concocted to “get him fired.” DOJ also found and released an internal FBI document clearing Flynn of any charges of criminal wrongdoing and formally closing his case weeks before FBI agents ambushed him in the White House under false pretenses.
Following the release of the evidence that Mueller’s team had illegally withheld from Flynn and his defense team, the Department of Justice moved to dismiss the charges against Flynn. That motion is awaiting judgment in federal trial court.

Suspicious Man Breaks Window, Helping To Instigate Minneapolis Riots

There is an internet rumor that the umbrella man who broke the windows was a policeman named Jacob Pederson.

According to the rumor, it may have been Pederson's ex-wife who recognized and identified him.

Then again, perhaps Pederson is not this guy. Perhaps the man was not a Police Officer, but a Klan member who hoped to bring about racial tension. Who knows? It is all speculation.

Heavy.com, who put out a lot of accurate information FAST, say this is erroneous information:

Jacob Pederson Is Not the AutoZone Umbrella Man, St. Paul Police Say
A viral and incendiary social media accusation against a St. Paul, Minnesota, police officer is false, the police department said in a statement. The situation shows how quickly information can spread on social media, ricocheting around the web and damaging people’s reputations, especially in a fast-moving situation like the unrest in the Twin Cities.
According to the police statement, the social media falsehood happened to Jacob Pederson, a St. Paul police officer who was erroneously accused of being the mysterious black-clad, umbrella-carrying man involved in methodically breaking windows at an AutoZone during the protests/riots in Minneapolis/St. Paul. Here’s a video of the umbrella man.
In a statement sent to Heavy, Steve Linders, public information officer for the St. Paul Police Department, wrote that the post accusing Pederson was a “false social media post.” The man isn’t Pederson, he stated (although he didn’t use Pederson’s name).
The police statement read:
We are aware of the social media post that erroneously identifies one of our officers as the person caught on video breaking windows in Minneapolis. We want to be perfectly clear about this: The person in the video is not our officer.
Our officer has been working hard, serving his community, keeping people and property safe, and protecting the right to peacefully assemble. It’s unfortunate that people would post and share this untrue information, adding more confusion to an already painful time in our community.

Who is the umbrella man who started damage at AutoZone?

AND THEN THERE'S THIS:
Journalist, Lara Logan points to a WaPo article from May 1st which reveals The progressive left (SuperPac "Defeat Disinfo") is taking a "weapon of war" that the United States has used against its foreign enemies and a former US General (McChrystal) is using that technology and those tactics with a political action committee to counter POTUS Trump.

"They are going to use artificial intelligence (AI) and network analysis to map a discussion of The President's claims on social media and then seek to intervene by the most popular counter narratives and boosting them through a network of more than 3.4 million social in"flu"encers across the country. Some of those people will be paid by them.

BOSCH FAWSTIN ON THE GEORGE FLOYD MURDER

I see people trying to make the George Floyd travesty about race, which is degrading for a free people to do, especially at a time when we're all seeing government attack our lives and our liberties like we've never seen before. This is Government vs our liberty, this is Government Brutality, on display Every Single Day during this lockdown/pandemic, and we're all in the crosshairs, not just some of us, no matter what people are telling themselves.

Fauci: Wearing A Mask Is Symbolic, May Be No Second Wave Of COVID-19

“I want to protect myself and protect others, and also because I want to make it be a symbol for people to see that that’s the kind of thing you should be doing,” Fauci, the nation’s top infectious disease expert and a member of the White House’s coronavirus task force, told CNN’s Jim Sciutto on “Newsroom.”
Fauci said he believes that while wearing a mask is not “100% effective,” it is a valuable safeguard and shows “respect for another person.”
“We often talk about the the possibility of a second wave, or of an outbreak when you’re reopening,” Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and a key member of the White House coronavirus task force, said on CNN.
“We don’t have to accept that as an inevitability.” “And particularly when people start thinking about the fall. I want people to really appreciate that, it could happen but it is not inevitable,” he added.
Last month, Fauci had said in multiple interviews that a second wave of COVID-19 was indeed unavoidable. “It’s inevitable that the coronavirus will return next season. … When it does, how we handle it, will determine our fate,” he told NBC News.
Fauci is the proverbial monkey on a typewriter. Given enough time, he will eventually say everything that can ever be said.

One Month Later: Top Israeli Mathematician Predicted COVID-19 Peaks After 40 Days With or Without Economic Lockdowns — And He Was Right!

A prominent Israeli mathematician, analyst and former general claims simple statistical analysis demonstrates that the spread of COVID-19 peaks after about 40 days and declines to almost zero after 70 days — no matter where it strikes, and no matter what measures governments impose to try to thwart it.
Prof Isaac Ben-Israel, head of the Security Studies program in Tel Aviv University and the chairman of the National Council for Research and Development, told Israel’s Channel 12 (Hebrew) Monday night that research he conducted with a fellow professor, analyzing the growth and decline of new cases in countries around the world, showed repeatedly that “there’s a set pattern” and “the numbers speak for themselves.”
While he said he supports social distancing, the widespread shuttering of economies worldwide constitutes a demonstrable error in light of those statistics.
In Israel’s case, he noted, about 140 people normally die every day. To have shuttered much of the economy because of a virus that is killing one or two a day is a radical error that is unnecessarily costing Israel 20% of its GDP, he charged.

Norway's Health Minister Announces That Lockdowns Were Not Needed to Tamp Down on Coronavirus

Norway is assembling a picture of what happened before lockdown and its latest discovery is pretty significant. It is using observed data -- hospital figures, infection numbers and so on -- to construct a picture of what was happening in March. At the time, no one really knew. It was feared that virus was rampant with each person infecting two or three others--– and only lockdown could get this exponential growth rate (the so-called R number) down to a safe level of 1. This was the hypothesis advanced in various graphs by Imperial College London for Britain, Norway and several European countries.
But the Norwegian public health authority has published a report with a striking conclusion: the virus was never spreading as fast as had been feared and was already on the way out when lockdown was ordered. 'It looks as if the effective reproduction rate had already dropped to around 1.1 when the most comprehensive measures were implemented on 12 March, and that there would not be much to push it down below 1… We have seen in retrospect that the infection was on its way down.'
This raises an awkward question: was lockdown necessary? What did it achieve that could not have been achieved by voluntary social distancing? Camilla Stoltenberg, director of Norway's public health agency, has given an interview where she is candid about the implications of this discovery. 'Our assessment now, and I find that there is a broad consensus in relation to the reopening, was that one could probably achieve the same effect -- and avoid part of the unfortunate repercussions -- by not closing. But, instead, staying open with precautions to stop the spread.'

JAIR BOLSONARO: “AN ARMED PEOPLE SHALL NEVER BE ENSLAVED”

“An armed people shall never be enslaved”

This is an article by political blogger, Jose Atento, who is a watcher of all things in the Portuguese speaking world. In this case, the extraordinarily democratic words of Brazilian president, Jair Bolsonaro, and the threat he faces from other branches of the legislature.
Last time, I reported how the Brazilian Establishment was doing everything possible to overthrow Brazil’s president Jair Bolsonaro. At that time I mentioned the incident created by the early departure of Justice Minister Sergio Moro. Moro became a Brazilian national hero as the judge who led Operation Car Wash that put jailed powerful politicians and entrepreneurs, including former president Lula. Bolsonaro invited him to be his justice minster because Moro represented one of his causes: the fight against corruption.
Some pointed out that even though he was aligned with the fight against corruption, Moro was against some of Bolsonaro’s other positions. Contrary to Bolsonaro, Moro was in favor of abortion and in favor of disarming the population.
Let us jump to the present and the COVID-19 crisis. The Supreme Court, mostly composed of judges appointed during the 16 years of socialist rule, decided that the guidance, administration and control of how to tackle the pandemic was the responsibility of the state governors. One may argue that was correct, since public health is prerogative of states and municipalities, but, in practice, that made the federal government like the “Queen of England” whose only duty was to print money. Nonetheless, Bolsonaro made his opinion heard loud and clear, that, based on the Brazilian reality, where most of the population eat based on the money they make every day, the best approach would be a vertical lockdown of those in higher-risk groups (the elderly and those with health conditions); otherwise, the social consequences of the lockdown would be huge.
Some states, particularly those governed by the socialist Labour Party (PT) and the state of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, whose governors are pre-candidates for the 2022 presidential election, opted to force a full lockdown upon the population, calling it “social distancing.” Here comes the newspeak: everything was closed, and everyone told to stay at home, but it was not a lockdown. God knows what a lockdown would mean to them. At the same time, they began to bombard Bolsonaro with all sort of accusations, such as that he was anti-science, and the mainstream Brazilian media (that includes the newly created CNN-Brazil) blamed Bolsonaro for everything, even though his power had been removed by the Supreme Court.
Probably, the most outrageous of all was the way state and municipal police forces began to treat citizens who allegedly “disrespected social distancing” even if they were alone in an empty space. The brutality of a police-state became visible in videos that flooded social media (but not mainstream media) where working men, the elderly and women, even in bikinis, were brutally handcuffed and arrested. Meanwhile, governors are releasing criminals from jail, even drug-trafficking leaders and unrepentant rapists.
During this time of crisis, Justice Minister Moro resigned, claiming Bolsonaro was trying to interfere with the work of the Federal Police, even attempting to change some of its directors. Vague as this accusation was, as it is a constitutional prerogative of the president to appoint people to senior positions, the Establishment began to ask for Bolsonaro’s impeachment. Moro claimed that the content discussed during the last ministerial meeting would prove that. the Supreme Court opened an investigation based on Moro’s accusation, and requested the tape of the meeting.
Normally, Ministerial meetings are recorded, portions of them are kept, and the tape is destroyed. But in this case, Bolsonaro ordered the tape not to be destroyed, and handed the tape, unchanged, to the Supreme Court for analysis. To the surprise of many, one of the Supreme Court judges made the tape public last Thursday, just erasing the mention to one country, obviously China. This unprecedented action was an attempt to hurt Bolsonaro. It backfired.
The tape not only vindicated Bolsonaro against Moro’s accusations, but it was very good for Bolsonaro, as it showed him defending the positions that led to his election. It showed that Bolsonaro is the same person in public and in private. Indeed, character is what you do when no one is looking.
In the tape he complains to his ministers that he wants them to defend his positions: family, God, Brazil, guns, freedom of speech and the free market. And if any minister is not happy with that, they can leave the government.
Well, that is what Moro did a few days later, trying to create a crisis. He failed.
This tape is so powerful and so positive for Bolsonaro, that left-wing parties now are asking for its distribution to be censored.
Too late.
