Incorporated into the art piece are everyday items inspired by Alana's home life and pageant career, including coupons, butter, sketti, cans of hair spray and Red Bull, toilet paper rolls, pigs feet, cheese balls, makeup, tiaras and one Cabbage Patch doll.
