He is not grotesque
He is not a misogynist
He is not vindictive
He is not a bully
We are simply using the wrong set of criteria to render judgment.
He
just is the guy who has an instinct for what it takes to win, and that
includes (must include, among other things) a beat down of the
competition until deterrence is achieved.
This is the only issue in his mind
There are no standards of behavior.
There is no such thing as decency.
There is no such thing as gallantry.
There are no good guys.
There are no bad guys (Thanks, Dave Mason)
Everyone is equal before his consideration.
If you are not an ally you are under suspicion as an enemy (I mean, you are not an ally)
If you are an enemy you must die and be seen to be killed.
This process goes on until no one is left.

Yes, I think that is accurate.
Love the Dave Mason reference.
Epa,
This is one of the most accurate descriptions of what Trump is doing during this campaign cycle.
IOW: Trump is up-front about the nature of his callous win-at-any-cost approach to life while a typical politician hides the same tactics behind smiles, double-speak, and baby kisses. And therein lies the rub.
Trump takes the competition down and he takes it in stride. He talks in a practical manner about what he has accomplished.
* Last night, the final word was released regarding Missouri: Trump took the state.
Perhaps because we have fostered too much androgyny in our young boys they no longer understand how to behave as men.
Trump also said he did not expect Cruz nor Romney (nor Scott Walker) to support him at the convention. He said "I understand how it could be distasteful for them after I beat them."
Plain talking Trump. Thank God for a man who has the courage to speak his mind. And thank God for a man who can withstand the pressure coming from media outlets with GOP landlords.
re:" thank God for a man who can withstand the pressure coming from media outlets "
Thank God he has the talent to use the gift of unlimited media to his advantage, understanding that all publicity is good because it IS, after all, publicity - positive or negative - mostly paid for by media/GOPe/RNC/DNC.
