Two weeks ago I noted on this board that while Jim Clyburn had ordered SC blacks to go to the polls and vote for Biden that I did not see any enthusiasm. This was mere days before the primary.
Biden's events couldn't even be called rallies they were so sparsely attended.
Nonetheless, the vote was held and Biden blew the competition away. He got about 50% of the vote and the turnout was substantial. What happened?
The polls were open and staffed, the buses were running, and the churches were mustering the faithful and sending them on to do their duty.
We will see a repeat of this in November. There will be no black swing to Trump, that is a myth. They will do as they are ordered and they will turn out. Bet on it.
