Terror Attack Against Jews At Australian Hanukkah Celebration, At Least 11 Dead
At least 11 people have been killed in a shooting targeting the Jewish community on Australia’s Bondi Beach, police say. The attack took place as hundreds gathered to celebrate the first day of Hanukkah, and has been declared a terrorist incident. The victims include an Israeli citizen, according to the country’s foreign ministry.
• Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese described the attack as “an act of evil, antisemitism, terrorism that has struck the heart of our nation” and said that “an attack on Jewish Australians is an attack on every Australian.” Israeli officials reacted with horror and anger, with several accusing the Australian government of allowing a surge in antisemitism.

A wicked judge recently proved that the next step from toxic empathy is pure evil as the third branch of government continues to sabotage the Trump Administration.
The Detroit News reported on Friday that a violent illegal alien from Honduras who sexually assaulted a woman with cerebral palsy in a Michigan laundry room will be released from prison as early as July 2028, less than three years from now thanks to a federal judge appointed by Barack Obama.
The illegal, 30-year-old handyman Edys Renan Membreño Díaz was previously caught sneaking into the U.S. at least seven times since 2019. He pleaded guilty in 2022 to sexually assaulting the woman and was sentenced by Judge Judith Levy in August 2024 to time served. She had the opportunity to serve two more years to his sentence but declined to do so.
But, the U.S. District Judge Judith Levy refused to sentence him to 2 more years for immigration crimes and called this monster a future “ambassador for living up to our immigration restrictions.” This Obama appointed judge went on to praise him for “family devotion and willingness to perform work that it claimed Americans find undesirable.”

Tom Homan, President Donald Trump's border czar, said during a Newsmax appearance on Monday that the administration is investigating Representative Ilhan Omar for alleged immigration fraud.
"I just got advised by a fraud investigator the other day on that. I asked the question, can we review the files? You know, there was immigration fraud involved," Homan said on Newsmax. "The statute of limitation became an issue in the last four years when this was first brought up."
He continued, "Pulling the records now, pulling the files, and we're looking at it. The second time was when she married her own brother -- while already married to her real husband -- to get her gay brother permanent residence in the US.
The first time was when she first came over. The patriarch of the Omar family had refugee status for his family. But Ilhan was not his daughter -- she is the daughter of a man named Nur, who she repeatedly called her "father" before people noticed her calling this man Nur "father" instead of her supposed father Omar. (She would later claim that it's a custom in her particular village in Somalia to call people who aren't your father "father" out of respect. No one else has ever heard of this "custom.")She pretended to be part of the Omar family when she came over. But she wasn't. She's part of the Nur family, and never had legal permission to come.

A black homeless man was acquitted of stabbing a white man by a Portland jury because the victim shouted a racial slur after he was attacked.
Gary Edwards, 43, was found not guilty by jurors after it was revealed the victim – Gregory Howard Jr, 43, shouted the ‘N-word’ after he was stabbed in the shoulder.
The stabbing occurred on July 7 on Northwest 5th Street, KPTV reported.
Although there is no audio of Howard hurling a racial slur, Edwards’ lawyer told the jury that the victim shouted the N-word at his client.
Police bodycam later picked up Howard making the racial slur after law enforcement arrived.
Edwards testified that Howard shouted the N-word at him before the attack.
Edwards, who has prior convictions for second-degree assault was acquitted by the Portland jury on October 31.

The Brotherhood’s modus operandi has been understood by intelligence services for years. Trump’s move is less a policy innovation than an admission of reality.
There are several reasons why Trump is acting now. One is legislative: the “Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist Designation Act of 2025” was introduced in Congress in July, championed in the House by Representative Mario Díaz-Balart and in the Senate by Ted Cruz. The Act’s progress created a political incentive for Trump to get ahead of Congress and demonstrate leadership on the issue. The MuslimBrotherhood has piqued Republican anxieties about national security for two years now, ever since Hamas’s attack on Israel unleashed near-constant Islamist-flavored protests on American streets and campuses.
The battle against progressive academia, where such protests have often turned outright anti-Semitic, has become a mainstay of Trump’s political platforms. Pro-Hamas encampments, faculty statements whitewashing Hamas’s atrocities, and the open collaboration between progressive student groups and Islamist-aligned organizations shocked even those who thought they had become accustomed to the intellectual decay of American academia.
For Republicans, the protests confirmed what they have long suspected: that American universities have been significantly penetrated by an unholy alliance of the progressive left and Islamist networks, each using the other’s grievances for its own ends.
Trump really needs to take the battle to the Brotherhood’s final frontier:

Quanterry Alvin Whitley
Quanterry Alvin Whitley learned first-hand how the FAFO concept can go very badly when you try to steal someone else’s hard-earned possessions. In the Richmond Heights neighborhood of Miami last weekend, he and three of his thug friends fooled around, committing a home invasion.
A neighbor’s Ring doorbell camera recorded the sounds of Quanterry and his buddies reaping the whirlwind. Yes, it captured Whitley screaming like a little girl after getting shot and before he assumed ambient temperature.
As for the homeowner, he says that he was terrified during the ordeal. He also said it was the first time he ever shot his gun.
Congrats to him then. He did pretty well, all things considered. It probably wouldn’t have ended well for him if he’d froze… or not had a gun at all.
The homeowner, who didn’t want to share his name or face, said he didn’t know any of the suspects and that he only pulled the trigger when one of them entered his house.
CBS News Miami obtained ring camera video that captured the moment shots were heard while the four suspects were trying to enter a home on Southwest 110th Avenue.
The homeowner said he told the men outside his property to leave, but they didn’t. And when one of the men entered his home, he fired, admitting it was the first time he had ever used his gun.
“Never, never. Never pulled it out, never used it. Ever like ever,” the homeowner said. “I’ve never been in trouble, like I don’t bother anybody. Nobody bothers me. This was just the worst day of my life, the worst night of my life.”
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue came to the scene and rushed the injured suspect, later identified as 26-year-old Quanterry Alvin Whitley, to the hospital, where he later died.
Meanwhile, Whitley’s mother is upset over the homeowner’s defensive actions. Local 10 caught her denying that it was her son who broke into the home.
If you want to know the upbringing (or lack thereof) that led Quanterry down the path of stealing other people’s stuff and ignoring lots of other long-held societal norms, her reaction to the incident is telling.

CBS News Miami spoke with Lashundia Jackson, the mother of Whitley. She said the homeowner should never have fired his weapon.
“I would like to say he did not do a home invasion. That is inaccurate. That is not who he is. That is not who he was. He would not do that. He was not that type of person,” Jackson said of her son.
The evidence — including her son’s body inside the man’s home — suggests otherwise.
She said, “The way he (the homeowner) said his mother came out and said they better get off the porch or she is going to call police. Then why shouldn’t they call the police at that moment if that was what they needed to do to avoid shooting him and killing him? Why shouldn’t they call?”
Jackson continued, “I want to know why? Why? Why. What really happened and what is going on?”
Why? Because Whitley and his three pals decided they were going to commit a home invasion…and they suffered the sudden consequences of an error in victim selection. It’s not like the now-dead home invader had suddenly chosen to dabble in crime.
Police records show Whitley had been arrested before for burglary and aggravated assault. But his mother said, “He was a father. He was a son. He was a brother. He was a cousin. He was everything. Did he have run-ins with law enforcement? He did, but a home invasion was not one of them.”
He was a thug. He FA’d and then he FO’d. He learned the hard way that not everyone is meek and mild and will submit to being victimized. And in this case, Whitley’s intended target also likely saved the taxpayers of Florida hundreds of thousands of dollars.
