In the 2020 election, Donald Trump was ahead in Georgia by some 100,000 votes until, vesto-presto, there were mysterious leaks with no water and, by George, Biden pulled ahead by some 11,000 votes. We all remember the allegations of election workers raising the alarm over the low count for Biden or apparently doing their utmost to increase his vote share, as well as the accounts of curiously pristine mail-in ballots.
The FBI has a lot of sifting and sorting to accomplish in the weeks and months ahead. An ongoing court case claims that 150,000 mail-in ballots in Fulton County were suspicious (my cautious word for "fake") because they weren't creased and didn't look like they were marked by hand. Officially, Sleepy Joe was the first Democrat to gain more than 70 percent of the vote in Fulton since Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1944. The FBI analysis of mail-in ballots might show him to be as popular in Fulton as Castro was in Cuba or Stalin was in the Soviet Union.
There are also hard drives to be inspected and electronic voting machines to be vetted. Remember the allegations that voting machines made by Dominion Voting Systems had been hacked? Dominion (now "Liberty Vote") collected some $787 million in damages from Fox News over the story. It will be interesting to see what sort of follow-up there is to those allegations.
Meanwhile, the Democrats have not been idle. New York Representative Dan Goldman has filed an amendment to prevent the Trump administration from investigating election records, ballot boxes, and voting machines across the country. Yes, really. Been there, done that. "What difference, at this point, does it make?" as Hillary Clinton famously put it, on the matter of Benghazi.

Commenting on the tsunami of news crashing out from Georgia, the great Cleta Mitchell, who advised President Trump when he contested the Georgia election results, noted that on the morning of election day, November 4, 2020, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said Trump led by 103K votes with only 94K ballots left. "Four days later," Mitchell noted:
[T]here were 300K more ballots, including 148K absentee ballots from Fulton County. That's 25,535 more ballots than voters, more than double Biden's margin. Over 133K ballot images were deleted. Zero of 148 Fulton County tabulators had the required tapes. Nearly 7K fictitious ballots remain certified, and no one investigated.
Then there is the news about Georgia Governor Brian Kemp. Grand jury testimony that was just unsealed revealed that Kemp told the chief of Georgia Bureau of Investigation not to investigation allegations of fraud in the 2020 election, Saying he was a "team player," the official dropped the case.

Governor Gavin Newsom claims oil companies are price gouging, which is the reason that gasoline prices are almost $2 more than the national average price in his state.
Californians are paying almost $5 a gallon for regulated unleaded gasoline, while the nation is averaging $3.25 a gallon. Newsom does not believe that California’s high taxes and endless regulations should make that much of a difference in the gas price, so it must be price gouging.
He is also not admitting to the fact that California’s gasoline is a “boutique” fuel that only refineries in California produce and that he and President Biden are paying those refiners incredible subsidies to switch to biofuels, limiting supply. Clearly, economics is not a forte’ of the governor for economics 101 tells you that if you limit supply without reducing demand, prices will go up.
It is no wonder that Californians are migrating to Texas and Florida. Gas prices in Florida, for example, average about $3.00 a gallon. And, even though California is all-in on green energy, the air quality is better in Florida and Texas than in California.

California’s already sky-high gas prices are expected to surge after Valero abruptly shuttered its Benicia oil refinery amid a spiraling “oil crisis,” a new report claims.
The Benicia refinery began shutting down on Saturday, four months earlier than planned, a former Valero manager told the California Globe Tuesday.
Thermal imaging showed the facility went cold as the Crimson Pipeline – which transports crude oil from Southern to Northern California – was also taken offline,
“We are in an unprecedented oil crisis,” oil expert Mike Ariza told the publication..
Valero Energy Corp. announced its plans last spring to pull the plug on its 145,000-barrel-per-day refinery by April, a move that is expected to send fuel prices skyrocketing and hobble the state’s refining capacity.
Californians already pay the second-highest gas price in the nation behind only Hawaii. In January, the average price was $4.23 per gallon, according to the American Automobile Association.

A once-high-ranking executive at a major Chicago safety-net hospital has been taken into custody in Serbia, nearly two years after federal authorities accused him of orchestrating one of the biggest alleged COVID-19 fraud schemes in U.S. history.

Federal agents with the FBI and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department executed a dramatic early-morning raid on a residential property in northeast Las Vegas this weekend after investigators uncovered what appears to be a fully operational illegal biological laboratory inside a private home.
Refrigerators containing unknown liquids and vials of suspected biological material were found inside the residence, prompting an aggressive response from HazMat teams, SWAT units, and FBI specialists due to the potential threat presented by the materials, The Hill reported.
At least one individual was taken into custody in connection with the Las Vegas raid, identified by local officials as a 55-year-old property manager, Ori Solomon.
He is currently booked on felony charges linked to the improper disposal of hazardous waste, though investigators continue to determine the full scope of charges that may arise.
Property records reveal that the Las Vegas home is owned by “David Destiny Discovery, LLC,” according to The Sun.
If that name sounds familiar, it should. It is a shell company registered to Jia Bei Zhu (also known as David He), the very same Chinese national who ran the illegal Reedley, California biolab exposed in 2023.
Zhu, a fugitive from Canada with deep ties to the Chinese government, is currently in federal custody.

Ghost patients, sham companies, offshore owners and corrupt doctors. Auditors and prosecutors say hospice fraud in Los Angeles is off the charts, with providers scamming billions from taxpayers for patients that don't exist, poor care and no care.
"Hospice is crazy here," says Dr. Mehmet Oz, head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
"You've got hospice that's grown seven-fold in the last five years. They represent about three and a half billion dollars of fraud, we believe, just in LA County."
Backing him up was California Attorney General Rob Bonta, who said last year, "Hospice fraud has become an epidemic in California, specifically in the greater Los Angeles area."
Bonta says fraudulent providers submit false claims for unnecessary services, and recruiters get kickbacks for signing up seniors, whether they're sick or not. Hospices also enroll patients who don't even know they've been scammed until they seek out medical care.
"As a hospice owner, I could sign up everybody in this room for hospice," an LA hospice owner told us.
A whistleblower told us there's no limit on the number of hospices an individual can own, and applicants can live abroad.
"It's all just paperwork. I could fill [an application] out in Kazakhstan if I want, and get a hospice license."
He explained how the scam works:
Recruiters go to shopping centers and senior centers to sign up patients, promising them walkers, a month's supply of nutritional drinks, cash and weekly visits in exchange for a Medicare number.
Recruiters then sell that "benny" or beneficiary's Medicare number to a provider for a $1,000 to $3,000 and receive a cut for every month the senior stays on their rolls.
Hospice enrollees are supposed to have a terminal illness or life expectancy of six months or less. But frequently hospice owners treat patients like trading cards, moving them from one provider to another if they stay too long, which raises a red flag with auditors.
In the U.S., more than 50% of hospice patients die within 18 days or less. In LA, the average length of stay is more than three months, and, in many hospices, patients never die, with court records showing hospices billing the federal government for 18 months and more.
In LA, a hospice is paid by the federal government $260 a day for each day a senior is under its care.
"A Medicare MIB number is more lucrative than a credit card," says Sheila Clark, president of the California Hospice and Palliative Care Association, referring to the 11 character code each Medicare recipient has that allows federal reimbursement. "They're human traffickers. They're trafficking beneficiaries in and out of hospices, home health."

Tucker Carlson continues his downward spiral
In Saudi Arabia Wednesday for the Real Estate Future Forum, disgraced former Fox News host Tucker Carlson said, "I'm, for whatever it's worth, a pretty fervent Christian, and I feel completely comfortable here in the seat of Islam… and just saying that is a threat somehow to some people, who are propagandists and liars."Even now, when women aren't forced to wear niqabs in Saudi Arabia, there's still obviously many things still going wrong, and forbidding anybody religious freedom, if that's still in effect there, is very disturbing. No doubt, even Hinduists, Buddhists and Shintoists are forbidden to practice their faiths there. And, lest we forget, even Judaists quite likely aren't allowed to practice theirs. That they may be allowed to enter the country now is beside the point.
Well, who exactly is the propagandist and liar here? It is no surprise that Tucker Carlson feels "completely comfortable here in the seat of Islam." He is a welcome and lauded guest of the state, and his presence there is useful for the Saudi monarchy. They aren't going to give him any trouble for being a Christian, and even if they were, Carlson is not there as a missionary or preacher. He didn't proselytize, and no one expected him to do so. If he had done so, it would have been quite quickly made clear to him that such behavior was not what the Saudis invited him for, and that he should stop it forthwith or would be just as quickly shown the door.
Carlson also appears to be trying to generalize from his own experience, as if every Christian who ever ventured into Saudi Arabia were an internationally renowned VIP who could expect to receive nothing but the most deferential treatment from the Saudi government. The reality, of course, is quite different. Virtually all of the Christians in Saudi Arabia are foreign workers from countries such as the Philippines or India. They know very well that when they come to Saudi Arabia, they are expected to leave their religion at the door. There are no churches. Public worship is forbidden to them. If the Christians gather in someone's private home and conduct their own worship services, they could end up being the recipients of a police raid. If they speak to any Muslim about Christianity, they could be arrested and imprisoned or deported. Even having a Bible or a cross could get them arrested and imprisoned or deported. Christians in Saudi Arabia don't have the privilege of being Tucker Carlson and are well aware of how precarious their situation is while they are there.
Carlson's kowtowing is a very bad omen, and he's continuing to let down everybody by opening his big mouth for worthless reasons. And if Saudi Arabia's still restricting freedom of faith, then prince Mohammed bin Salman's definitely not improving on something.

BREAKING: DON LEMON ARRESTED OVER MINNESOTA CHURCH INVASION!!!
Lemon, 59, was part of a group of dozens of protesters who disrupted Sunday worship at Cities Church.
It was not immediately clear what charges he is facing. However, Lemon has been accused of violating the Enforcement Act of 1871, which bans interference with certain civil rights, such as voting or serving on juries — or, in this case, the right to practice one’s religion.
Also known as the Ku Klux Klan Act, it was created to prevent the racial terrorist group from paramilitary vigilantism.
Initially, Lemon tried to get out of facing criminal conspiracy charges by claiming he was “committing journalism” while taking part in the church disruption, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon told conservative podcaster Benny Johnson on Tuesday.
“Whenever anyone conspires to violate the protected civil rights of American citizens, the Klan Act can be used to bring a conspiracy charge,” she said.
But video posted by Lemon himself before, during and after the church takeover showed he was very much part of the group, under the guise of “chronicling” the event as a reporter.
Before the group barged into the house of worship, Lemon filmed a segment admitting he had done some “reconnaissance” with the activists, which included members of Minnesota Black Lives Matter, who were milling about in a parking lot a few feet away.
“They’re planning an operation we’re going to follow them on. I can’t tell you exactly what they’re doing, but it’s called Operation Pull-Up,” he said.
“So that’s what we’re doing here, and after we do this operation, you’ll see it live, these operations are surprise operations. Again, I can’t tell you where they’re going,” he said.
