Human Trafficking On The Part Of America's Federal Government

This is what America has become under the Obama regime!

How many laws are being broken in the process?

Our government is transporting minors — illegal immigrants — across state lines.

From Thousands of Illegal Immigrants Bused Across U.S. into Cities (June 30, 2014):
"The majority of these people crossed the border illegally and were then dropped off here at the bus station, so they could continue to their final destination, and that destination is an American city near you," said [Border Patrol Agent] Garza. "This right here is border insecurity at its best. Our border is not patrolled, it's not being secured... our federal government is releasing thousands and thousands of illegal aliens into our communities."
In Murrieta, California, private American citizens made a stand (dated July 1, 2014) and turned back the DHS buses.  Watch the video at the link.

How long will it be before this administration rents houses in residential areas all over the United States in order to house these illegal alien children in time for school registration in a few weeks? How are school systems going to cope with this sudden influx of children?

How are WE THE TAXPAYERS going to cope with the additional expenses, expenses at both the federal and local levels?

At least 1200 illegal immigrants, many of them unaccompanied illegal minors, continue to pour in across our southern border every week.

About the Golden Age of Islam (from Political Islam):

Busy Night at the 3rd Street Promenade Information Table

A few days ago, a group of dedicated counterjihadists manned a booth on a public promenade on the first day of Ramadan. Are you wondering how it went? Here's a report by Louis Palme:

Saturday night was one of the busiest nights ever for the Counter-Jihad Coalition on the Santa Monica (California) pedestrian mall known as the Third Street Promenade. Volunteers were able to educate the public about the threat of Islamic terrorism at home and abroad and about how the creeping imposition of Islamic Sharia Law on Muslims as well as non-Muslims is a threat to our basic Constitutional guarantees. Over 200 pamphlets were handed out.

Many who stopped at our table wanted more information about ISIS (the Islamic State of Iraq and Sham) and the Islamic terrorism occurring right now in Iraq. They seemed to be much more aware of these new developments than any previous Islamic terrorist outrages such as the Boston Marathon bombing with 267 casualties and the “Soldier of Allah” Nidal Hasan “workplace violence” that left 13 dead and another 30 injured.

The sign on our table and the cover for the principal handout tied the World Cup Soccer events with the terrorist organization ISIS using severed heads for soccer balls. It really got people’s attention. We have also begun to keep a tally of the annual Ramadan Bombathon, using graphics and data from TheReligionofPeace.com website. Last year, fasting Muslims managed to pull off 310 terror attacks causing 4,700 casualties around the globe in just one month. This year the prospects are even more horrific.

Over time the Counter-Jihad Coalition has developed a number of hard-hitting, factual brochures to help explain why the Islamist agenda and the norms of Sharia Law have no place in 21st Century America. Here is a sampling of some of the titles:
  • An African-American Muslim is a Slave to a Racist Ideology
  • Is It “Un-Christian” to Speak Out About Islam?
  • Islam in a Nutshell
  • Muslim Brotherhood in a Nutshell
  • Sharia Law for Dummies
  • The Three Stages of Jihad
  • Violence in Islam
  • What does Mohammed Say About Taking Non-Muslims As Friends?
  • Women Who Marry Into Islam May be Required to Abandon All Their Natural Rights
Copies or Adobe files of these brochures can be obtained by contacting CounterJihadCoalition@gmail.com.

We also had a bit of competition — a rival Muslim table manned by bearded men wearing thobes and one woman in a full abaya. They were handing out shop-worn pamphlets obtained from www.whyislam.org, an operation managed by the ICNA (Islamic Circle of North America, an affiliate of the Muslim Brotherhood). At least two of the Muslims were new converts to Islam, and they actually knew very little about the Quran. We suspect their dawah service was part of their induction program.

We thanked them for wearing long beards and dressing up like the most notorious Muslim terrorists known in the U.S., namely, Osama bin Laden and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. It just makes our message so much more credible.

For the next engagement at the Promenade, the Counter-Jihad Coalition is preparing a list of questions in response to their invitation to “Ask a Muslim.” The list has grown to over 50 Islamic imponderables.  Here are just a few:

1. If the Quran is truly the word of Allah, why would asking questions about it cause you to lose faith? (See Surah 5:101-102)

2. If Allah leads people astray, is it “justice” that Allah should then punish them for that? (See Surahs 5:41, 7:155, 14:4, 16:53, and 6:149)

3. If Satan cannot harm anyone except with Allah’s permission, doesn’t that mean that all harm that comes to a person is Allah’s will? (See Surah 58:10)

4. If Jesus is to return on Judgment Day to judge mankind (per Surah 43:61 and Bukhari, Vol. 4, No. 657), wouldn’t it be better to follow the teachings of Jesus rather than the teachings of Muhammad and the Quran (which contains no teachings of Jesus)?

5. If Jesus had no sin (See Surah 3:35-36 and Bukhari, Vol. 4, No. 641) and if Muhammad had many sins (See Surah 47:19 and Bukhari Vol. 8, No. 319), why is Muhammad considered the “good example” (Surah 33:21) and emulated in preference to Jesus?

6. Is it true that Allah caused a man and his donkey to die, and then after 100 years he restored them exactly as they were the day they died? (See Surah 2:259)

7. Is it true that Adam (the first man) was 60 cubits (or about 90 feet) tall? (See Bukhari, Vol. 4, No. 543 )

8. Is it true that the earth is stationary and the sun goes down below the horizon into a murky pond? (See Surah 18:86)

9. Is it true that if you sleep during prayer time, Satan will urinate in your ears? (See Bukhari Vol. 2, No. 245)

10. Is it true that Muhammad was unsure of his own salvation on Judgment Day? (See Bukhari, Vol. 5, No. 266)

The Counter-Jihad Coalition can always use more volunteers who are somewhat knowledgeable about Islam, the Quran, and Sharia Law. Sometimes the debates with the public get lively, but our community is in dire need of straight talk about the ideology and practices of Islam. Contact our email address for more information.

Perhaps The Young Hip Journalists Really Do Believe The World is All Bush's Fault, and The World Began When Google Was Founded

You Gotta Be Fuckin' Kidding Me

No, really, that guy IS the Senior Political Economy Reporter for the PuffHo.

From Ed Driscoll:

Hugh Hewitt — with an assist from history and the Socratic method — demolished the Huffington Post’s “Senior Political Economy Reporter” Zach Carter yesterday on his show. Or to put it more charitably, Carter embarrassed himself by not knowing some basic 20th century American history, such as: who is Alger Hiss, and Bill Clinton and Iraq in the 1990s:
Until colliding with Mr. Carter I had never thought to ask if a young journalist who presumed to comment on the war on terror if he or she had ever heard of A.Q. Khan. I assumed…well, there’s the rub.
I always assume that young journalists would not dare opine on the war without a basic knowledge of the existential threat at its core, and the origins of that threat. Perhaps a college newspaper editorialist would do so, but not a “senior political economy reporter” for a major political outlet like HuffPo. I was wrong.
And that’s why I ask the questions I do. To expose the utter ignorance at the core of so much of the left. Not their rottenness. I often say their is a difference between “rotten” and “wrong,” and I believe that.
Some on the left are wild-eyed fanatics and awful people. But most of the lefties I engage with seem perfectly pleasant if also wildly ill-informed and, yes, lazy. It is hard work to read widely and broadly, and on both sides of the political aisle. Time consuming. Not very fun actually. But necessary. If you intend to be taken seriously. More importantly, if you intend the country to endure.
Most journalists go into the business because they are idealists of one sort or another and they love the whole “first draft of history” stuff. What journalists collectively do is crucial, because lousy reporting leads to lousy voting, the consequences we see now on full display across the globe.
Perhaps Mr. Carter and his friends think the world around them is all George W. Bush’s fault. After all, they were in high school when the towers fell, and junior high when Bill Clinton struck at the installations believed to house Saddam’s WMD.
Still, I was in high school when Nixon resigned and I know very well what he did wrong and though I admire him greatly, can explain those wrongful actions in detail.

On the tenth anniversary of 9/11, Daniel Henninger of the Wall Street Journal wrote that for much of the left, losing the Gore-Bush recount fight in November of 2000 was in many ways, a more traumatic experience than the horrors to come the following year.

Perhaps that, and the sweeping rise of broadband Internet and Google in the late 1990s accounts for the fact that for so many on the left, history begins in 2000 — and much of the previous millennia is as blank a slate as any document Winston Smith “revised” in 1984′s Ministry of Truth.

It doesn’t help matters that collectively, the left views history in general as black armbands and victimhood from the birth of Christ, on to the present day.

Exit quote:
ZC: And those seem like pretty specious claims that have not been held out by history. And so from my point of view, it becomes very difficult to understand why we went to war. People like Hillary Clinton say well, we just got it wrong. We misgauged the intelligence.
HH: But Zach, you…time out. Zach…
ZC: And I think the argument I’ve heard from Cheney is that basically, things have been, have gone as Cheney had hoped, and there have been some, and maybe it should have worked out slightly better, we wouldn’t have been there as long, but that basically the reasons that he cited have been vindicated.
HH: Well, Zach, again, when you read his memoir, come back and we’ll talk about that. But what I’m curious to ask you is why do you think Bill Clinton bombed Iraq in 1998?
ZC: I’m not really familiar with Bill Clinton bombing Iraq in 1998.
HH: Did you know that he did that?
ZC: No.

Washington Post Runs Editorial Claiming Tea Party Would Rather Watch The World Be Destroyed By Global Warming "Than Submit to Washington"

From Richard Cohen at the Washington Post:
My own eyes show rising ocean levels. They show the Arctic ice cap shrinking. They show massive beach erosion, homes toppling into the sea and meteorological records indicating steadily increasing temperatures. The Earth, our dear little planet, just had the hottest May on record.
Politics, not science, may firm up both sides of the debate. A Pew Research Center poll last November found that 67 percent of Americans think the planet is indisputably getting warmer. Among Democrats and Democratic leaners, however, the figure is 84 percent, but among tea party types it’s 25 percent. Maybe more to the point, only 9 percent of tea party members think “human activity” has contributed to global warming. For their own sake, they ought to get out of the sun.
Ace of Spades blog comments:
Huh, I thought we just went through the coldest winter in the history of history and it killed the economy.
A few fun facts I'm sure you are already familiar with...despite dire predictions of an ice free arctic, ice coverage is the same as it's been for 30 years. The US, far from being the worst climate offender (as Cohen and his co-cultists seem to imagine us) actually met the carbon reductions goals of the holy Kyoto Protocols. In fact, we were the only major country to do so.
Oh, and no matter what Cohen's eyes see, there's been NO WARMING FOR OVER 17 YEARS.

CAIR Says America’s “Free” Society Makes Muslims “Uncomfortable”

If you ever wondered whether CAIR is an Islamic Extremist Organization, well here you go ...

Medical staff warned: Keep your mouths shut about illegal immigrants or face arrest

This is today's America. Unbelievable.

From Todd's American Dispatch

A government-contracted security force threatened to arrest doctors and nurses if they divulged any information about the contagion threat at a refugee camp housing illegal alien children at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, sources say.

In spite of the threat, several former camp workers broke their confidentiality agreements and shared exclusive details with me about the dangerous conditions at the camp. They said taxpayers deserve to know about the contagious diseases and the risks the children pose to Americans. I have agreed to not to disclose their identities because they fear retaliation and prosecution.

“There were several of us who wanted to talk about the camps, but the agents made it clear we would be arrested,” a psychiatric counselor told me. “We were under orders not to say anything.”
The sources said workers were guarded by a security force from the Baptist Family & Children’s Services, which the Department of Health and Human Services hired to run the Lackland Camp.
The sources say security forces called themselves the “Brown Shirts.”

“It was a very submissive atmosphere,” the counselor said. “Once you stepped onto the grounds, you abided by their laws – the Brown Shirt laws.”

She said the workers were stripped of their cellphones and other communication devices. Anyone caught with a phone was immediately fired.

“Everyone was paranoid,” she said. “The children had more rights than the workers.”
She said children in the camp had measles, scabies, chicken pox and strep throat as well as mental and emotional issues.

“It was not a good atmosphere in terms of health,” she said. “I would be talking to children and lice would just be climbing down their hair.”

A former nurse at the camp told me she was horrified by what she saw.

_______________

“When they found out the kids had scabies, the charge nurse was adamant – ‘Don’t mention that. Don’t say scabies,’” the nurse recounted. “But everybody knew they had scabies.

_______________

“You could see the bugs crawling through their hair,” she said. “After we would rinse out their hair, the sink would be loaded with black bugs.”

The nurse told me she became especially alarmed because their files indicated the children had been transported to Lackland on domestic charter buses and airplanes.

“That’s what alerted me,” she said. “Oh, my God. They’re flying these kids around. Nobody knows that these children have scabies and lice. To tell you the truth, there’s no way to control it.”
I don't mean to upset anyone's Independence Day vacation plans, but were these kids transported to the camps before or after they were deloused? Anyone who flies the friendly skies could be facing a public health concern.

Minneapolis provides sharia-compliant loans

The National Journal says Minneapolis is one of the leading providers of sharia-compliancy, all at the expense of taxpayers:
Since 2006, Minneapolis has loaned more than $1 million to Muslim business owners through a program that complies with sharia law, which prohibits Muslims from paying or earning interest in a financial transaction. The program, which is operated in partnership with the African Development Center, makes Minneapolis the only city in the country to offer Islamic financing at a time when states are trying to ban sharia from the courts. "Minneapolis is a very welcoming city," says Kristin Guild, the city's business development manager. "Because [Somali immigrants] wear headscarves, they are visible as entrepreneurs and people see that they are setting up businesses in our town and creating jobs."

Minnesota is home to the country's largest Somali community, which is predominantly Sunni Muslim. An estimated 32,000 people of Somali ancestry live in the state, and about one-third of them live in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area, according to the latest census figures.

In the past 10 years, North African immigrants have opened teashops, pharmacies, and child-care centers in southwest Minneapolis storefronts that were once boarded up. But many of these entrepreneurs struggled to grow their businesses because Islamic law forbids Muslims from earning or paying interest, known as riba. So they couldn't take out loans or participate in the city's low-interest financing program for small businesses.

"We had to be creative to meet the demand," says Nasibu Sareva, executive director of the nonprofit African Development Center, which brought the idea of creating an Islamic financing program to the city in early 2006. City leaders were unaware of the sharia restriction, but agreed to the plan. Less than a year later, the city's community and economic development department launched the sharia-compliant Alternative Financing Program.
"Be creative"? All they're doing is being dhimmis. Sure, I'll bet they're opening prominent businesses alright...at the expense of everybody else in the city. I don't buy what the National Journal is saying at face value.
Minneapolis business development staffers point out that their program is open to anyone, even non-Muslims. Immigrants from Morocco, Ethiopia, and other North African countries have brought commerce back to long-neglected neighborhoods, like Lake Street in Lyndale. Once a commercial corridor in the early 1900s, shops on Lake Street began closing as consumers moved to the suburbs.
"Neglected"? Soon, those neighborhoods could become neglected in a different sense: they could become no-go zones for non-Muslims. There's plenty the magazine isn't saying, and that will do harm to Minnesota in the long run.

So the question is, are libs being intentionally dishonest or are they just woefully misinformed?

Quotation Of The Day

Unless you've been living under a rock, you have heard at least a portion of Obama's most recent statement on immigration.

From Keith Koffler of White House Dossier:

It’s actually not Congress’ “job” to pass immigration legislation. It is their job to pass bills they think will help the country, and that doesn’t necessarily include legislation Obama wants or that he can alter to his liking after passage, as he has, for example, the Affordable Care Act.

If we read the Constitution, we see that it is one of the tasks of Congress to rein in the executive branch of government — not to fulfill the agenda of the President in the Oval Office. Obama's talk of obstruction is whining, a demagogue's words not in keeping with the spirit and intent of our governing document.

Israel launches Gaza air strike after bodies of missing teens found

There's not much news out there yet.

This is it so far.

From Reuters:
JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israel bombed dozens of sites in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, striking at Hamas after finding the bodies of three missing teenagers whose abduction and killing it blames on the Palestinian Islamist group.
Israel's security cabinet, which held an emergency session late on Monday and was due to meet again on Tuesday, was split on the scope of any further action in the coastal enclave and the occupied West Bank, officials said.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had promised Hamas would pay after the discovery of the three Jewish seminary students' bodies under a pile of rocks near the West Bank city of Hebron on Monday.
The military said aircraft attacked 34 sites, mostly belonging to Hamas, though its statement did not link the strikes to the abductions. Palestinian medics said two people were slightly wounded.
Instead, the military cited 18 Palestinian rockets launched against Israel from Gaza in the past two days, which Israeli officials have said Hamas carried out. The Islamist group has neither confirmed nor denied Israel's allegations about its role in the disappearance of the students as they hitchhiked near a Jewish settlement on June 12.

Your Web Activities Are Being Tracked

Facebook tracks what you do on the web. It doesn't just track what you do on Facebook; it tracks whatever you do with your web browser. And Facebook is not the only company doing this. Tracking your web activity allows companies to serve you ads tailored to your unique interests.

If this intrusion into your privacy bothers you, The Wire has published a simple solution that only takes a few minutes. And it doesn't cost anything. All you have to do is click here. That will take you to a website that automatically scans your browser to see what companies have loaded tracking cookies on it (so you'll have to do this with each browser if you use more than one).

When it's done scanning (it takes a couple of minutes) you can click the big button you will see near the bottom of the page, and it will clear all of those tracking cookies from your browser. Or you can choose cookies to remove individually if you prefer.

When you're done, you will see a link to an add-on (in Firefox) or an app (in Chrome) you can add to your browser to prevent these tracking cookies from being loaded into your browser in the future.

You're welcome.
