Have Progressives Adopted a Metaphorical Nomenclature As a Communications Strategy?

One begins to wonder if they are talking in a secret code language.

Global progressives have highjacked political nomenclature to mean whatever-the-hell they want it to mean.

Here in the US, the current occupant of the oval office has clearly stated 'his' primary concern for this nation is "global climate change"/"global warming" leading most to simply assume he's referring to the weather.

Considering his affiliation with Bill Ayers/Dorn who were "the
weather underground"...his/their interpretation of
'weather'/'climate' may have more to do with social issues
than with any assumed preoccupation with
temperature/cloud cover/precipitation/tide/moon phases.

Perhaps it's time to revisit the 'progressive' interpretation of this political language as it applies to coincidental events like Ferguson, Baltimore, Philadelphia, etc.:

Severe weather? Riots, plunder, pillage, arson, murder

Rising temperatures/global warming? Social agitators, community organizers stirring trouble with violence-prone-rent-a-thug-mobs

Climate Change? Social justice in the form of anti-law enforcement, white privilege

Rising Tides/floods? Open borders, deportation recidivism, government induced hijrah

Is it merely a coincidence the ME exploded in what this administration
identified as the "Arab Spring? or the "Fall" of (the hard fought for) Iraq?

IF I may quote from MC in Sderot/via Gatesofvienna:

"There is now a controlling influence in the world such as has
never been before. Disparate governments move with a singleness and timing of common purpose. The international media are all singing from the same hymn sheet."

FBI behind mysterious surveillance aircraft over cities

From the AP:
WASHINGTON (AP) — The FBI is operating a small air force with scores of low-flying planes across the country carrying video and, at times, cellphone surveillance technology — all hidden behind fictitious companies that are fronts for the government, The Associated Press has learned.
The planes' surveillance equipment is generally used without a judge's approval, and the FBI said the flights are used for specific, ongoing investigations. In a recent 30-day period, the agency flew above more than 30 cities in 11 states across the country, an AP review found.
Aerial surveillance represents a changing frontier for law enforcement, providing what the government maintains is an important tool in criminal, terrorism or intelligence probes.
But the program raises questions about whether there should be updated policies protecting civil liberties as new technologies pose intrusive opportunities for government spying.
U.S. law enforcement officials confirmed for the first time the wide-scale use of the aircraft, which the AP traced to at least 13 fake companies, such as FVX Research, KQM Aviation, NBR Aviation and PXW Services.
Even basic aspects of the program are withheld from the public in censored versions of official reports from the Justice Department's inspector general. "The FBI's aviation program is not secret," spokesman Christopher Allen said in a statement.
"Specific aircraft and their capabilities are protected for operational security purposes." Allen added that the FBI's planes "are not equipped, designed or used for bulk collection activities or mass surveillance."
But the planes can capture video of unrelated criminal activity on the ground that could be handed over for prosecutions. Some of the aircraft can also be equipped with technology that can identify thousands of people below through the cellphones they carry, even if they're not making a call or in public.
Officials said that practice, which mimics cell towers and gets phones to reveal basic subscriber information, is rare. Details confirmed by the FBI track closely with published reports since at least 2003 that a government surveillance program might be behind suspicious-looking planes slowly circling neighborhoods.
The AP traced at least 50 aircraft back to the FBI, and identified more than 100 flights since late April orbiting both major cities and rural areas.
One of the planes, photographed in flight last week by the AP in northern Virginia, bristled with unusual antennas under its fuselage and a camera on its left side. A federal budget document from 2010 mentioned at least 115 planes, including 90 Cessna aircraft, in the FBI's surveillance fleet.
Why are they hiding what they are doing if they aren't doing anything wrong?

Sweden Wants To Try Jihadist, but Can Not Do So Because It Would "Deeply Embarrass" British Security Services As They Are On The Same Side

I think our focus in the "War on Terror" has become too fucking NUANCED.

Here's an idea: See bad guy. KILL HIM!

From the Guardian:
Terror trial collapses after fears of deep embarrassment to security services
The prosecution of a Swedish national accused of terrorist activities in Syria has collapsed at the Old Bailey after it became clear Britain’s security and intelligence agencies would have been deeply embarrassed had a trial gone ahead, the Guardian can reveal.
His lawyers argued that British intelligence agencies were supporting the same Syrian opposition groups as he was, and were party to a secret operation providing weapons and non-lethal help to the groups, including the Free Syrian Army.
Bherlin Gildo, 37, who was arrested last October on his way from Copenhagen to Manila, was accused of attending a terrorist training camp and receiving weapons training between 31 August 2012 and 1 March 2013 as well as possessing information likely to be useful to a terrorist.
Riel Karmy-Jones, for the crown, told the court on Monday that after reviewing the evidence it was decided there was no longer a reasonable prospect of a prosecution. “Many matters were raised we did not know at the outset,” she told the recorder of London, Nicholas Hilliard QC, who lifted all reporting restrictions and entered not guilty verdicts.
In earlier court hearings, Gildo’s defence lawyers argued he was helping the same rebel groups the British government was aiding before the emergence of the extreme Islamist group, Isis. His trial would have been an “affront to justice”, his lawyers said.
Henry Blaxland QC, the defence counsel, said: “If it is the case that HM government was actively involved in supporting armed resistance to the Assad regime at a time when the defendant was present in Syria and himself participating in such resistance it would be unconscionable to allow the prosecution to continue.”
Blaxland told the court: “If government agencies, of which the prosecution is a part, are themselves involved in the use of force, in whatever way, it is our submission that would be an affront to justice to allow the prosecution to continue.”
“Given that there is a reasonable basis for believing that the British were themselves involved in the supply of arms, if that’s so, it would be an utter hypocrisy to prosecute someone who has been involved in the armed resistance.”

IS Revamps Recruitment, With Savvy, Professional Broadcasts

“After a selection of tunes, the presenter with an American accent offers “a glimpse at our main headlines.” IS militants have just seized three Iraqi cities. A bomb blows up a factory, killing everyone inside. Militants destroy four enemy Hummers and an armored vehicle.
The newscast’s tone sounds much like National Public Radio in the United States. But this is Al-Bayan, the Islamic State radio targeting European recruits — touting recent triumphs in the campaign to carve out a Caliphate.
All news is good news for Al-Bayan’s “soldiers of the Caliphate.” In this narrative, the enemy always flees in disgrace or is killed. The broadcasts end with a swell of music and a gentle English message: “We thank our listeners for tuning in.”
The tension between the smooth, Western-style production and the extremist content shows how far the hardcore Islamic propaganda machine has come since 2012….”

Egyptian Judges Targeted By ISIS

Egyptian Judges have sentenced Mohammed Morsi and many other high-ranking members of the Muslim Brotherhood (which is the former government of Egypt) to Life in Prison.

Here we see ISIS, apparently, taking up the cause of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Undercover Agents Snuck Fake Explosives, Weapons Past TSA Agents 96% Of The Time

From Fox News:
Undercover agents were able to sneak fake explosives and banned weapons through Transportation Security Administration checkpoints, in an investigation that revealed a massive, system-wide security failure at America’s airports.
The findings were part of a DHS inspector general probe. The report is still classified, but Fox News has confirmed the investigation found security failures at dozens of airports.
Homeland Security officials confirmed to Fox News that TSA screeners failed 67 out of 70 tests — or 96 percent — carried out by special investigators known as “red teams.”

SCOTUS Rules Against Abercrombie & Fitch

Samantha Elauf and her mother Majda Elauf of Tulsa, Oklahoma, pose for photographers outside the U.S. Supreme Court after the court heard oral arguments in EEOC v. Abercrombie & Fitch February 25, 2015 in Washington, DC. | Getty

A victory for hijab wearing, and the only dissent was that of Justice Clarence Thomas:
The Supreme Court ruled Monday against the retailer Abercrombie & Fitch, 8-1, deciding that the company’s failure to accommodate a job applicant who wore a hijab violated civil rights law.

The clothing chain declined to hire Samantha Elauf in 2008 as a sales associate because her hijab violated the company’s “look policy,” which at the time prohibited employees from wearing head coverings. Elauf was never informed of the “look policy.” Elauf filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission....

Inch by inch, Islamic supremacism is ruling the day here in America.

It's almost as if 9/11 never happened!

UPDATED ----- TEXAS TYRANNY: WACO JUDGE AGREES TO LET MOST BIKERS GO – IF THEY SIGN A CONTRACT VOWING NOT TO SUE FOR WRONGFUL ARREST

UPDATE --- HOUSTON ATTORNEY RETRACTS ACCUSATION

TEXAS TYRANNY: WACO JUDGE AGREES TO LET MOST BIKERS GO – IF THEY SIGN A CONTRACT VOWING NOT TO SUE FOR WRONGFUL ARREST
“It appears the public defenders office in McLennan County is involved in this scurrilous activity,” said Paul Looney, a Houston attorney with Looney & Conrad, P.C. “I’ve never seen anything like the lawlessness that the authorities have perpetrated on these people and now to add insult to injury they are trying to cover their own tracks in exchange for bond.”
Raw news: Press release from Looney and Conrad Law Firm representing many of the jailed bikers in Waco. Waco, Texas – Earlier today, detainees in the Jack Harwell Detention Center in Waco were told that in exchange for bond reductions, they must sign a document stating the Waco police “had the right to arrest the inmate and that he/she will not file a lawsuit against McLennan County and/or the City of Waco.”
On the two-week anniversary of the “shootout at high noon” at the Twin Peaks restaurant between motorcyclists and law enforcement officers, at least 170 people remain detained on $1 million bonds.
This latest information was reported to an attorney representing at least one of the detainees.
“It appears the public defenders office in McLennan County is involved in this scurrilous activity,” said Paul Looney, a Houston attorney with Looney & Conrad, P.C.
“I’ve never seen anything like the lawlessness that the authorities have perpetrated on these people and now to add insult to injury they are trying to cover their own tracks in exchange for bond. I will be in the reception area of the McLennan County D.A.’s office tomorrow morning at 8:30 with the intention of not leaving until we have the issue of bond resolved.”
“They know these people aren’t dangerous or they wouldn’t be offering the bond reductions and they know the police and the D.A.’s office have violated the law and now they are trying to hold people hostage until they agree to waive their rights. It’s unconscionable,” said Clay S. Conrad, Looney’s law partner.
One family member of a biker summed up the news like this: In other words, the Waco PD is putting a gun to the head of the accused by holding their freedom for ransom. “If you want out, give us a pass.”
Such a thing is nothing short of extortion! If they refuse, they intend on continuing to hold them on the $1-million bond. Let that sink in for a moment.
The Waco PD and feds would have you believe that nearly 170 Americans, whom are locked away, are so dangerous, that they cannot be trusted with freedom. Yet, if they’ll agree to absolve the Waco PD of any crime, suddenly they’re outstanding citizens?
Like I’ve been telling you since the beginning, these men and women were kidnapped to attain their silence. They were kidnapped to protect the Waco Police from having to answer for their crimes.

U.S. Trained Counterterrorism Asset Defects to ISIS

Iraq Lost 2,300 Humvees in Mosul to ISIS – Worth $579 Million

Starting Today, NSA No Longer Legally Allowed to Collect Your Data

Now, the Phone Company is collecting your data, and is required to hand it over if the Government is able to get a warrant.

That is according to the 4th Amendment of our Constitution.

So that's good, right?

Yes, except for the fact that the Phone Company is not required to keep the information for any particular length of time. So, if there is a Jihadist out there, planning to, say, detonate a nuke in New York City, and the government gets a warrant, the answer from the phone company might come back, "Sorry, we threw that out yesterday."

Child protection boss warns there is ‘not enough land’ to build all the prisons needed to lock up UK’s paedophiles

The former Deputy Children’s Commissioner for England has warned that child sex abuse in the UK is so widespread that there is ‘not enough land’ to build all the prisons needed to incarcerate offenders.
Sue Berelowitz, who has been under fire after she received a six-figure payoff and was then promptly rehired as a £1,000 a-day consultant, made the claim while speaking at the Hay Literary Festival yesterday.
Mrs Berelowitz, who is currently chairing the government’s inquiry into child sex abuse said the public will be ‘shocked by the sheer scale of the problem’ when she releases her report in November.
She said that if the Crown Prosecution Service were to prosecute every paedophile there would not be enough land to build the prisons needed.
Speaking to Jon Snow with Camila Batmanghelidjh and Helena Kennedy during a talk on child sex abuse last night, she blamed the prevalence of pornography for the growth of an increasingly sexualised society.
