LGBT Community Begins to Wake Up to the BDS Evil In It's Midst

Definition: Pinkwashing is a portmanteau compound word of the words pink and whitewashing. In the context of LGBT rights, it is used to describe a variety of marketing and political strategies aimed at promoting a product or an entity through an appeal to queer-friendliness, primarily by political or social activists.

From Legal Insurrection:

Columnist Jonathan Capehart at The Washington Post has a rather extraordinary column on the “anti-pinkwashing” near-riot at the Creating Change conference in Chicago on Friday night, January 22.

The column is extraordinary in that it reflects a growing realization even in the mainstream media that the thin line between rabid anti-Zionism and anti-Semitism has been crossed in the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement.

We covered the situation in our post, Jewish Voice for Peace helps disrupt Israeli LGBTQ group Sabbath event, which has video and images, and explains the tactic:
"The pinkwashing charge is essential for BDS on U.S. college campuses because BDS has trouble squaring its support for regimes (including Hamas and the Palestinian Authority, not to mention most Arab countries) which abuse and persecute gays with BDS’s attempt to co-opt the progressive movement. Hence, the pinkwashing claim that Israel’s promotion of its gay-friendly policies is actually a greater evil than the abuse heaped on gays in areas controlled by Israel’s enemies."
If you want to get a sense of how threatening the anti-Israel crowd was, view this video from a group that appears to support the protest. Imagine yourself in the conference room with hundreds of people screaming just outside the doors and trying to push their way past security. Also note the chants of “mic check” — a phrase made famous during the Occupy Wall Street protests:

GO READ THE WHOLE THING.

AND THEN THERE'S THIS:

Sadly some people have to get “mugged” before they come to terms with reality. And the reality is that Islam is anti-Semitic, not to mention anti-Christian, anti-Hindu and anti everyone who isn’t Muslim; or even the right kind of Muslim. Importing millions of Muslims imports intolerance on a terrifying massive scale.
When Judith G. helped out at a refugee center near Frankfurt last October and identified herself as Jewish, she was spat on and insulted.
German Jews say the case of Judith G., a 33-year-old optician who asked not to be fully named, isn’t isolated and underlines concerns many have about the record arrivals of asylum seekers, largely from Muslim countries in the Middle East.

Sweden defends plan to deport tens of thousands of migrants

Sweden’s Interior Minister Anders Ygeman defended government plans announced on Wednesday to deport up to 80,000 people whose asylum applications are set to be rejected, around half of the 163,000 asylum requests they received in 2015.

Poll: 63% Of Israelis Rank Obama “Worst President For Israel In The Last 30 Years”

His numbers dwarf those put up by the Israel-hating Jimmy Carter:

From CNS:
A survey shows that Jewish Israelis rank Barack Obama as the “worst” U.S. president in relation to Israel in the last 30 years — 63% of Israelis put Obama in the “worst” category while 16% rated Jimmy Carter as the second “worst” president.
The survey was conducted by Panels Politics in Tel Aviv, and the results were published in the Jewish Journal. In the survey, Israelis were asked to identify the “best for Israel” U.S. president of the last 30 years, and the “worst for Israel” U.S. president.
These included Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barak Obama.
Worst for Israel in the Last 30 Years
Obama 63%
Carter 6%
Bush 1 4%
Bush 2 3%

German Mayor’s Advice To Girls Harassed By Muslim Refugees: “Just Don’t Provoke Them”

From Mediaite:
A small town council meeting turned into a microcosm of the highly contentious German debate over Middle Eastern asylum seekers when the major suggested that women avoid sexual harassment by avoiding migrants and not “provoking” them.
In a video posted to YouTube, an elderly man claims that his ten-year-old granddaughter was facing harassment walking to her school gym, which is near a refugee center.
“They get harassed from the windows and things like that. How will this be in the summer, when the school girls wear less clothing?”
“That’s easy, just don’t provoke them and don’t walk in these areas,” Bad Schlema Mayor Jens Müller told him. Predictably, the mayor’s comments did not go over well and prompted an outpouring of jeers.
A fantastic version of Whole Lotta Love with a helluva Bo Diddley romp in it.

EU Leaders Insist There is 'NO LINK' Between the Migrant Crisis and New Year Sex Attacks in Cologne

EU Leaders Insist There is 'NO LINK' Between the Migrant Crisis and New Year Sex Attacks in Cologne
Minutes state: 'As far as the crimes in Cologne were concerned, he [Timmermans] said that these were a matter of public order and were not related to the refugee crisis.' They also suggest officials want 'the unconditional rejection of false associations between certain criminal acts, such as the attacks on women in Cologne on New Year's Eve, and the mass influx of refugees'. But the officials simultaneously do not want to 'downplay' the problems.
The only answer to leaders like this is the gallows.

Give 'em a trial and if they are found guilty of giving aid and comfort to the enemy - the rapists of your daughters - then hang them by the neck until dead.

Fox Mogul Rupert Murdoch is partnered in multiple media ventures with Saudi Arabian Prince Alwaweed Bin Talal, including an Arabic religious TV network with a direct tie to Hillary Clinton’s top aide Huma Abedin

GO READ THE STORY.

UPDATE -

MORE

AND MORE

AND THEN THERE'S THIS:
“Anti-Trump Saudi Prince Tied to Both Rupert Murdoch And Hillary Aide (Huma Abedin)” is the headline this morning on Breitbart. “Fox mogul Rupert Murdoch is partnered in multiple media ventures with Saudi Arabian Prince Alwaweed Bin Talal, including an Arabic religious TV network with a direct tie to Hillary Clinton’s top aide Huma Abedin.”
No wonder!!! Rupert Murdoch owns the biggest TV station in Turkey, something I’ve known since he bought it, but this, that he has partner, an Anti-American Saudi prince oil billionaire? That’s news. This Prince Alaweed owns the Al-Resalah TV network, and one of the members of his Supreme Advisory board for his company is Dr. Abdullah Naseef, President of World Muslim Congress and President of Forum For Social Studies. Dr. Naseef is the longtime benefactor of top Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin’s family business, the Journal of Muslim Minority Affairs. This links Huma Abedin directly to some of the most fervent Anti-West, Anti-American people in Saudi Arabia.
Huma Abedin isn’t just a Muslime, she’s directly involved in the effort to destroy us, she’s Hillary Clinton’s closest friend and she’s deeply involved in the running of our government. Her only expertise is in Muslime affairs. That’s it, promoting Muslime goals, promoting Islam. No other training. And she’s Hillary Clinton’s top advisor?
Hillary Clinton, who was our Secretary of State, who stood by the side of our President and did his bidding?
“We have a strategic alliance with Rupert Murdoch for sure and I have been with him for the last 15 or 20 years,” Alwaleed said. “My backing of Rupert Murdoch is definitely unwavering.”
“The connection between Alwaleed, Murdoch, Abedin, Hillary Clinton and Saudi Arabia are troubling given a number of recent events. Prince Alwaleed is boasting about his role in impacting U.S. elections.”
“CNN reported in 2008 that “donations to the William J. Clinton Foundation include amounts of $10 million to $25 million from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.” “Huma Abedin was hired as a consultant to the William J. Clinton Foundation after Clinton left her role as Secretary of State.”

So this promoter of Islam and hater of democracy is still being paid by the Clintons with money from Prince Alaweed.
“Abedin is also at the center of Hillary Clinton’s private email server scandal.”

According to wiki:
Al-Waleed owns the 65th largest private yacht in the world, the 85.9-meter (282 ft) yacht Kingdom 5KR, originally built as the Nabila for Saudi arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi in 1979. In 1983, whilst in Khashoggi's ownership, the yacht posed as the Flying Saucer, the yacht of James Bond villain Largo in the film Never Say Never Again. It was later sold to American business magnate and investor Donald Trump, who renamed her Trump Princess. Al-Waleed bought back the yacht after Trump's second bankruptcy.[53]

NICO COMMENTS:
A lot of this information, while correct, is outdated. Al Waleed now only owns 1% of News Corp whereas before it was 5%. He's also selling a lot of his other assets. The kingdom is going broke, so is he.

Study: Muslim migrants tend to fundamentalism

From Will at THE OTHER NEWS:

Study: Muslim migrants tend to fundamentalism

The result of a study on the setting of Muslim immigrants in Europe causes a sensation: Researchers at the Science Centre Berlin for Social Research (WZB) have found that it is far more common among Muslims to have fundamentalist views, then as a resident Christians.

As part of the "Six Country Immigrant Integration Comparative Survey", the scientists questioned nearly 6000 Muslims with Moroccan or Turkish background, who live in France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden or Austria.

The result: 44 percent of respondents showed a fundamentalist stance. In a comparison group of 2,500 based in the countries Christians compared with only four percent.
This study disproved that few Muslims in the West are fundamentalist, says study leader Ruud Koopmans according to the "NZZ am Sonntag".
According to the study 60 percent of respondents agreed with the statement that Muslims should return to the roots of Islam
75 percent affirmed the position that there is only one interpretation of the Koran and all Muslims have to abide by this.
Thirdly, 65 percent of the study participants, held the rules of the Koran more important than state laws. Who agreed to all three statements according to the study definition presented a fundamentalist attitude to the day. This was true for 44 percent of respondents.

Of those surveyed, Christians agreed to these statements were based on Christianity and the Bible, to 13-21 percent. All three statements was affirmed by only four percent of the Christian participants

Criticism reaps the study by the Swiss Islamic scholar Rifa'at Lenzin. She blames the researchers of negligence. The President of the Inter-religious Association «Iras Cotis" interfere in the fact that Muslim immigrants would pitted against resident Christians. In addition, it considers that the study's definition of fundamentalism is improper. "Had we precisely asked whether Muslims wanted to introduce Sharia , the agreement would have been probably far deeper"», Lenzin suspects in the "NZZ am Sonntag".

Study leader Koopmans admits that when altered statements, other figures would be arrived atBut it is changing nothing on the main findings that fundamentalist attitudes among Muslim immigrants are widespread.

Moreover Koopmans does not believe that Muslims in Europe know little about their religion. The survey showed that there was a strong relationship between fundamentalism and degree of religiosity; Muslims who regularly go to the mosque, would follow the dietary laws or wear a headscarf.

Palestinian Frustration is that Israel EXISTS, FOO

UN’s Ban scolds Israeli officials who ‘twisted’ his criticism In NY Times

Secretary general condemns terrorism, but insists Israel ignores Palestinian frustration at its peril

Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Monday stood by his harsh criticism of Israel’s policies in the West Bank, but stressed that his words — which have been maligned by a battery of Israeli officials — under no circumstances amounted to a justification for terror attacks.
“In Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories, 2016 has begun much as 2015 ended — with unacceptable levels of violence and a polarized public discourse,” Ban wrote in a New York Times op-ed piece.
“That polarization showed itself in the halls of the United Nations last week when I pointed out a simple truth: History proves that people will always resist occupation,” he said.
In a thinly veiled jab at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who on Tuesday accused the United Nations chief of “stoking terror,” Ban argued that he had been misrepresented by critics.

Those who demand this or that of Israel, while not DEMANDING the end of Right of Return, are DEMANDING that Israel END ITS EXISTENCE as a boiled frog.
That means the criterion for Jews is that Israel be too civilized to exist on EARTH.

Maher: The More You Know About Islam, The More Afraid Of It You Are, Intolerant Christians ‘Really Aren’t a Problem’

From Breitbart:
HBO host Bill Maher argued that it isn’t true that people wouldn’t be as afraid of Islam if they knew more about it, “Actually, it’s the reverse” and that he wished liberals would “have the same enthusiasm for intolerance elsewhere in the world as they do for Christians here at home, who really aren’t a problem, because they don’t get really get their way” on Friday’s “Real Time.”
Maher, after referencing the covering up of nude statues in Italy during a visit by Iran’s president said, “I think people are mixing up two things, tolerance and capitulation.” He added, “It’s one thing to be tolerant of another culture, but this is our culture. You know, Christianity did have a problem with t*tties like in 1300, but we got over it. So, we shouldn’t change our culture to a more backward culture, should we?”
Talk radio host Thom Hartmann countered by citing the Justice Department putting curtains in front of a nude statue during John Ashcroft’s tenure as Attorney General and saying, “This is not a Muslim problem. This is a fundamentalist problem. Maher objected, “Except when it happened in this country, the liberals laughed at him, and they opposed him. I wish they would have the same enthusiasm for intolerance elsewhere in the world as they do for Christians here at home, who really aren’t a problem, because they don’t get really get their way. It’s laughable.”
Hartmann then said, “Except that he covered that for four years.” Maher responded, “But nobody thought it was realistic.” Hartmann maintained that “a lot of Republicans” did. Former Congressman Trey Radel (R-FL) later wondered, “What about if we go, the next time we show up, an entourage to Iran, are they going to be — I want them decked out in muscle t-shirts, with those ’80s shorts with the American flag all over them. Are they going to do that for us? No.”
Maher added, “I think liberals have to stop insisting that the world is the way they want to it be instead of the way it is.”
He then pointed to folk singer James Twyman’s efforts to do a concert in ISIS-controlled territory to hopefully stop ISIS’ violence. Maher then argued, “[Y]ou cannot just insist that the reality that you think about in your head is the reality that exists in the world. After the San Bernardino attacks, we were off the next week, but I heard all over TV, this — everybody was saying, ‘If only Americans knew more about Islam, they wouldn’t be so afraid.’ Actually, it’s the reverse.”
Hartmann then pointed to moderate Islamic groups on the ground.
Maher responded, “We have to be on their side, not on the people who say ‘Islamophobe,’ who just help the enablers.”
Hartmann later stated, “I think back to all the years that I’ve been debating right-wingers who have been like, ‘Immigrants have to learn English first!’ And, you know, it actually makes a certain amount of sense. … It seems like the first step in any country, including in the United States, and we’re starting to do this now in our public schools, but we need to do it more extensively, is to bring — when people come in from another culture to, say ‘You know, your culture’s fine, but here’s our culture.'”
Maher responded, “Well, it isn’t fine, and I just hope that the civics guidebook in Sweden is more persuasive than the Koran, but I doubt it is.”
