Not your country

We’ve all been there. Quietly enjoying a cup of coffee at a coffee shop, studying or getting some work done while indulging in some delicious pumpkin bread. You see an older lady staring at you. She looks away. Weird, you think and continue to sip your coffee. She then approaches you. Oh, shit, you think, she’s going to ask me to leave the coffee shop because I’m making her feel uncomfortable. Then you try to think of a quick witty reply. You look up and she’s standing there smiling. “Hi there, I’m just wondering where you’re from,” she says and points to your hijab. Or even worse, she touches your hijab.
Infidel touch. Bad.
I am damn tired of having to answer about my heritage to random strangers at the grocery stores, or while I’m working out at the gym or at the park with my kids. I am done having to explain to people that yes, I am from here. No, I don’t have to tell you where I was born or where my parents are really from and that I am welcome here. Damn right, I am welcome here, this is my country.  Now I reply with, “I’m from here, where are you from?” Because these microaggressions that we faced on a daily basis are exhausting.
This is how poisonous relations are between people today. One can't be "appropriate" regardless of the behavior. For example, if a man opens a door for her date, then he's considered to be a misogynistic pig for thinking that women are "weak". If he doesn't open the door for her date, then he's an inconsiderate jerk.

It's the same here. If everyone ignores a Muslim woman in public, then this proves that people find that woman to be a leper; proof that society is racisss! If someone curious approaches a Muslim woman in public and asks an innocent question, then that's a horrible, terrible, no-good MICROaggression!

This Muslim woman wrote: "Damn right, I am welcome here, this is my country."

No, it isn't. My Indian-born father worked in Saudi Arabia for three decades. At the end, he was told to fuck off. Arabia is not his country. Similarly, America is not your country. Your malignant religion brings death and carnage to non-Muslims. Once significant numbers of people in the US comprehend this ugly truth, you'll be told to leave. You have fifty Muslim-majority countries to choose from. Spread your filth there.
What’s worse is when someone is asking these questions and they reply with stupid things like, “Wow, I know someone from Pakistan, do you know her?” or, “Wow, you’re English is so good,” thinking that’s a compliment. Damn right my English is good, my undergraduate degrees were in English and Communication and my master’s degree was in Education.
No one cares. Your only value is to be a baby factory for your Muslim-cousin-husband. Even then you can't be a perfect Muslim wife. Why? You are not six-years-old.
[...] accept the fact that Americans are from all walks of life, and we’re a giant bowl of salad and not a melting pot.
You have to go back.

Machine Bias: There’s software used across the country to predict future criminals, and it’s biased against blacks

From Pro-Publica:
ON A SPRING AFTERNOON IN 2014, Brisha Borden was running late to pick up her god-sister from school when she spotted an unlocked kid’s blue Huffy bicycle and a silver Razor scooter.
Borden and a friend grabbed the bike and scooter and tried to ride them down the street in the Fort Lauderdale suburb of Coral Springs. Just as the 18-year-old girls were realizing they were too big for the tiny conveyances — which belonged to a 6-year-old boy — a woman came running after them saying, “That’s my kid’s stuff.” Borden and her friend immediately dropped the bike and scooter and walked away.
But it was too late — a neighbor who witnessed the heist had already called the police. Borden and her friend were arrested and charged with burglary and petty theft for the items, which were valued at a total of $80.
Compare their crime with a similar one: The previous summer, 41-year-old Vernon Prater was picked up for shoplifting $86.35 worth of tools from a nearby Home Depot store.
Prater was the more seasoned criminal. He had already been convicted of armed robbery and attempted armed robbery, for which he served five years in prison, in addition to another armed robbery charge. Borden had a record, too, but it was for misdemeanors committed when she was a juvenile.
Yet something odd happened when Borden and Prater were booked into jail: A computer program spat out a score predicting the likelihood of each committing a future crime. Borden — who is black — was rated a high risk. Prater — who is white — was rated a low risk.

Seven Ways Trump Is Taking Back America’s Culture

From Breitbart:
1. Trump announces ban on transgenders in military: Trump’s decision to ban transgender individuals from the military sends a clear message that the U.S. military should be focused on defending the nation and winning decisive battles, not participating in social justice engineering or experimentation. Accepting gender dysphoric individuals in the military – as former President Barack Obama did – and allowing them to undergo gender reassignment surgery and formally change their gender while serving in the military, weakens the ability of the military to focus on defense. A 2016 RAND study estimated that about 3,960 transgender troops currently serve in the active and reserve components, although some say there could be as many as 15,000.
Delingpole adds that perhaps the most important effect of the ban on transgender individuals in the military is that Trump is taking “a step towards saving Western Civilization.” “He did the right thing,” he writes. “He did the only possible thing for anyone who still believes in truth, justice, social order, common sense, decency, logic – and all the other values which have traditionally underpinned our culture and made us great.”
...
3. Trump signs executive order that he intends to “vigorously enforce Federal law’s robust protections for religious freedom”: Signed in May, the president’s order also directs the Attorney General of the United States “to guide all agencies in complying with relevant Federal law…interpreting religious liberty protections in Federal law.” Though perhaps just one small step forward in the battle to protect religious liberty, the language still sets the stage for a culture shift. Alveda King, director of Civil Rights for the Unborn for Priests for Life – and the niece of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. – said Trump’s order confirms “the foundational principle of religious freedom, which means that citizens are free to act in accordance with their religious beliefs, not just in church, but in every arena of life.”
“President Trump has kept another promise to pro-lifers and people of faith with this executive order,” King said.
4. Trump signs resolution overturning Obama’s Planned Parenthood state funding mandate: The president signed a resolution in April that overturned Obama’s rule – enacted during his last days as president – that forced states to provide family planning grants under Title X to Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers.
5. Trump’s nomination of now-Justice Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court:

‘Calexit’ backers confident about latest plan to leave the United States

Just a few issues UNMENTIONED...

  • MIitary bases occupied by federal military... that's what CAUSED Ft Sumter
  • Companies with top secret contracts ...would have to leave..like oh ..Lockheed and North American (F-35 and B-2 and B-21)
  • There would NEVER be a democratic president in the USA for a generation AT LEAST, so every dem would oppose this
  • Finally, suppose a D president then promised military opposition to rebellion (which is EXACTLY the situation in 1861) ..rebellion was EASILY the most popular position then, as state legislature after state legislature voted to leave the Union
Otherwise NO PROBLEM

Imran Awan’s Smashed Hard-Drives Most Likely Already Recovered and Read by Law Enforcement

From the Daily Caller:
Somebody must have thought they were hiding something by smashing those computer hard-drives the FBI recovered from the home of Imran Awan, Florida Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s former information technology (IT) aide.
But odds are excellent they were wrong.
Federal law enforcement authorities may have already recovered and read whatever was on those hard drives.
“It depends on what happens, but even if it is hit with a hammer, it probably doesn’t damage the platters that actually hold the data, which remains recoverable,” said Tom Hakim, engineering supervisor for werecoverdata.com, a New York-based lab that specializes in difficult digital retrieval.
“In most cases, it’s very likely” the information on a smashed hard drive can be recovered “in two or three days, maybe a week,” Hakim said.
His lab, which does extensive work for law enforcement and Fortune 500 corporations, has also recovered data from disks that were in fires and that had been submerged in water.

Sam Harris Drops the Red Pill on IQ

"They don't want to hear that differences in IQ matter, because they're highly predictive of differential success in life. And not just in things like educational attainment and wealth. But for things like out-of-wedlock birth and mortality."
"People don't want to hear that a person's intelligence is in large measure due to his or her genes. And that there seems to be very little we can do environmentally to increase to increase a person's intelligence, even in childhood."
"In fact, there is almost nothing in psychological science for which there is more evidence than these claims; about IQ, about the validity of testing for it, about it's importance in the real world, about it's heritability, and about it's diffential expression in different populations."
"Again, this is what a dispassionate look at decades of research suggests. Whatever the difference in average IQ across groups, you know nothing about a person's intelligence on the basis of his or her skin color. There's much more variance among individuals in any racial group than there is between groups. So besides being unethical and politically imprudent, it is totally irrational to treat people as anything other than individuals."
