All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.

What a Fucking Bitch
The Hillarbeast roughs this poor kid up for no good reason. Looks liek she'd like to rip his nuts off. This is who we are trusting our State Diplomacy to.
I think she was too nice, if anything. I realize that it was a mistake on the part of the translator, but if it weren't, which she had no reason to believe it was, her answer was perfectly appropriate.
I mean, Obama goes to African and ME countries and apologizes for the USA's human rights record when what he should be doing is giving them a good talking to, a la Hilary.
He ought to stand up and say, in no uncertain terms, women are not chattel, they are not property, they are not whores, they are human beings.
Which was basically the essence of Hilary's reaction here, though she could have elaborated a little better.
I think she was taken aback by the asininity of the question, frankly.

My she could certainly use a few lessons from a southern woman, we can snap you backwards with a smile and make you like it. ;)
Hmmmm....Hillary is definitely a bit sensitive in this topic.
I agree with Jdamn.
Misogyny is stupid and ultimately evil. And, everyone in the world needs to learn that.
As Jdamn said, Hilary's reaction was perfectly appropriate.
Wasn't waht she said but how she said it, especially to someone who obviously does not speak English as a native language.
If that makes me misogynistic well then so fucking be it.
By the way, I didn't say you were misogynistic. I said the question springs from the misogyny of African culture.
If only Obama would speak out this way for women.
Oh, I musnderstood your meaning then. Sorry about that.
But (and this is probably just me being dim right now) what are you referring to "the question springs from the misogyny of African culture.
If only Obama would speak out this way for women."
(I understand the misogyny of African Culture, just not how you mean it to fit here.)
By the way, Gateway has some dandy quotes with his post on this. I didn't include them but for anyone interested, enjoy:

Gotcha.
