Anyway, at this point in the video, Watters tells us the Police sent a SWAT team BECAUSE the Tea Party was there.

They sent a military-style force because the Tea Party was there, while inside the builing, Siraj Wahhaj, an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, is giving a speech.
