“I think it’s somewhat ironic to see some members of Congress wanting to make common cause with the hard-liners in Iran, it’s an unusual coalition.”

The president of the United States accusing HALF the US Senate, of forming a coalition with racist and genocidal freaks in Iran, after his key aide Ben Rhodes was caught on tape disclosing that the Obama admin was keeping key concepts of the Iran ‘deal’ secret not only because the Senate would NEVER pass it, and they were going to come up with a canard of a process to get around the Constitution (again), but also because the American people would never approve.

If the Obama admin had ANY PLANS AT ALL of using the Constitution’s defined processes for this TREATY with SEVEN NATIONS (P5+1 and Iran)  this, another disgusting example of INCREASING THE DIVISIONS, puts paid to that.

Obama is a ROGUE EXECUTIVE, who, unable to work within the Constitutional limits of his power, imposed by the founders, and REINFORCED by several elections by the people, must be COMPELLED to obey the law, not slither thru it’s OBVIOUS intent for reason of his own narcissistic need, and arrogant judgment of his place in the world and history.

I repeat, we are headed for, IF THE CONGRESS UPHOLDS THE LAWS, a SERIES of Constitutional crises.

Obama and those working for, with, and allied with him, are NOT naive. It is IMPOSSIBLE to believe. Obama is the man the Constitution was designed to STOP
Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The danger is quite severe. The problem with what the president is doing is that he’s not simply posing a danger to the constitutional system. He’s becoming the very danger the Constitution was designed to avoid. That is the concentration of power in every single branch. - Professor Jonathan Turley, Constitutional Law , and well known LIBERAL

I'm trying to see where in the speech he said he would hide the contents, or not disclose them, or whatever.

Maybe Obama said that, not Rhodes.

Treaties are supposed to be approved by Congress, right?

How is Obama going to get around the idea that this is a treaty?

Rhodes in that article said they were purposely keeping the details away from both the people and the senate.

Obama has the ability to just 'say' it is an exec agreement, and the Senate, which I think is the only one with standing has to get it to SCOTUS to kill it, or TAKE THE ONLY OTHER REMEDY in the Constitution.
