Secret Service Had Removed Sensors On WH Fence That Intruder Jumped, Limited Dogs Because They Might ‘Hurt Someone’
1) they removed the sensors2) they appear to have limited the dogs because they might “hurt someone”
3) they only ‘caught’ the guy after 17 minutes because he went up to guard and said “I have appointment.”

Good God!
They are still under Obama White House regulations. When an intruder pushed an agent and entered the house past the stair case to the family quarters, the door sensors had been removed because the staff in the travel office was bothered by the noise they made every time the doors opened. Apparently nobody in the Secret Service thought of changing it.
Maybe they should just give Teddy Bears to the intruders and hand them a Lollipop.
