Consider the following recent arrest report involving criminal possession of a controlled substance, "Cathinone" aka "khat" as well... Oct. 29,2018 Patch: Bronx Pair Arrested On Drug, Weapon Charges Samer A. Al-Ruhimi, 32, and Mousa A. Naji, 31, both from the Bronx, were charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. Al-Ruhaimi was also charged with vehicle and traffic violations. Police said Al-Ruhaimi, who was driving, was stopped on the thruway. During an interview, it was established that there was probable cause to search the vehicle and its occupants. Troopers said about 619.4 grams of Khat and a set of brass knuckles were located.
