POS Says: Maybe I Shouldn't Have Betrayed My Country ...
Nah, It Was Worth It
A divided Supreme Court stopped Louisiana from enforcing new regulations on abortion clinics in a test of the conservative court’s views on abortion rights.
The justices said by a 5-4 vote late Thursday that they will not allow the state to put into effect a law that requires abortion providers to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals.
Chief Justice John Roberts joined the court’s four liberals in putting a hold on the law, pending a full review of the case.
President Donald Trump’s two Supreme Court appointees, Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, were among the four conservative members of the court who would have allowed the law to take effect.GO READ THE WHOLE THING.
To be honest, I think I can understand why Justice Roberts might hold this position. At this point, until it is defeated in the Supreme Court, Abortion is the law of the land. So, attempts to hunt and peck away at it are to be taken on an individual basis; the question being, is this necessary?
This one might not have merit.
That is legitimate.
That being said, Justice Roberts is a traitorous piece of shit. And I want him off the court.

What is he going to do when Amy Barrett is appointed to the High Court? Try to vote twice? That would confirm his identity as a Crypto-Democrat.
When a physician cannot obtain staff privileges at any given hospital it usually denotes an underlying problem with credentialing.
So do the most incompetent opt to manage abortion clinics?
Women of conviction who are pregnant should always ask their ob-gyn if he/she performs abortions. Hands that snuff life should not be the hands that shepherd the passage into the physical realm.
Unless you are female, You have NO RIGHT to comment on this very personal issue.
You will NOT eliminate abortion, You will only make it an underground process. Promote birth control for everyone, make prevention affordable and easily obtainable. As one woman said: If men got pregnant, plan B pills would be at every convenience store and gas station.
I am female and will comment on this ruling.
There is a very good reason that DNC's are done in a hospital setting: bad things can occur when procedures involving dilation and/or blood-rich uterine tissue are involved.
It is best to have a hospital available for such procedures, and it is much easier to go to the hospital and be admitted and/or treated if the doctor performing such procedures has privileges at the nearest hospital. Doctor-to-doctor or doctor-to-medical facility calls receive the highest priority.
I am a man. I have every right to comment on abortion and try to end the barbaric practice of killing the unborn. Half of all those murdered by abortionists are male children. If you want protect children, then someone else has too. Karen, you arr a pitiful excuse for a female.
