It pissed you off because you are reasonable. And you are logical. And you understand water works (private and public). And you look at your children and you loved them in the womb.

Obama ran a carnival in the White House lauding every cultural freak show on the planet. He was fascinated with the cultural underbelly which should remain on the downside of every culture, not applauded.

Abortion? I want Roe v Wade overturned.

The rest of us just snorted and ignored the stupidity.

Obama and SCOTUS normalized every cultural freakshow. Could you have even imagined 12 years ago debating whether a man should be allowed to compete in women's track and field or girl's wrestling?

No, I couldn't imagine that.

I have been pro-gay rights my whole fucking life.

And when my fellow Christians warned that Gay Rights would lead to a slippery slope/avalanche of Transgender rights, polygamy, etc., I thought they were nuts.

Turns out I was the one who was nuts and I owe my fellow Christians an apology.

Also, the fact that MOST gays do not speak up against all the abominations being done in the name of their movement (LGBT, etc) makes me angry. They probably don't speak up because it doesn't bother them.

Well, it bothers me, A LOT!

Move the lines established in the Judeo-Christian tradition and it always results in a slippery slope.

In the beginning, God made them male and female. This is our scriptural base.

Yes, human liberty allows for freedom but not a life without consequences for actions.

Whatsoever is good, pure, and of a good report, think on these things (Biblical admonition). I really don't care to think of gays in a circle-jerk or the many small boys who have been raped by another male and then find their own emotional wiring twisted. I don't care to think about the two men I know who have abandoned wife and small children to enter the gay lifestyle. The wounds they have inflicted are comparable to physical wounds when considering pain. There is a word which we are hesitant to use today. Disgust. Certain behavior should disgust us on a moral level. And "tolerance" presented as a virtue is the arch enemy of the virtue of moral conviction.

I believe "hate speech" is the enemy of the truth spoken with love (another Biblical admonition.) We can speak truth, with love, and never hurt our fellow man. That is how I choose to live.
