President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that Hamas terrorists would lay down their weapons, or the United States would “disarm them.”
Speaking to reporters during a roundtable with Argentinian President Javier Milei at the White House, Trump said that Hamas has already promised to disarm, which was a major demand in the president’s 20-point peace plan.
“They’re going to disarm because they said they were going to disarm,” Trump said. “And if they don’t disarm, we will disarm them.”
“How will you do that?” a reporter asked. “I don’t have to explain that to you, but if they don’t disarm, we will disarm them,” Trump reiterated. “They know I’m not playing games.
