NAIROBI, Kenya—A passenger who boarded a commercial plane in a wheelchair may have been a suicide bomber responsible for an explosion that tore a hole in the side of the jet as it took off from Somalia’s capital
All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.

I only hope we understand foreign elections more than they understand OURS
From Germany, the Berliner Zeitung:
They are interpreting his his ‘intolerance’ is being rejected in Iowa, but with 62% of Iowans SELF IDENTIFYING as Evangelical Christians as they entered the R caucases it’s pretty obvious what Iowans were rejecting. Trump’s lack of visible religious identity, or care about the same.
Brutal, but effective. And if General Sherman knows anything about war, then the crueler is it the sooner it is over… and the fewer the casualties (in the end).
As far as Iran, we have either guaranteed they have a nuclear force deployed in 10 years legally, or legalized the force’s outsourced manufacture in hiding or in North Korea
And then, like a BOLT FROM THE BLUE, they admit the fact all our politicians have been denying.
We won’t settle for continuation of the priorities of the political class at our expense.
We’re not Europe.
We escaped from there and the other failed, intolerant societies around this planet.
No wonder you think us radical, but it’s not really that.
We are now, and always have been, REVLUTIONARY.
By the way, how’s it going in Cologne, and Uppsala?
Radicalism and lack of intelligent content dominate the political debate in the U.S. The fact that Donald Trump lost the first important testing of Republican waters is therefore great news.By any measure nationally Trump is holding a bit under ONE HALF the approval of one of our TWO parties. By that very fact alone, his views are MAINSTREAM.
The good news to come from the first American primary election: Contrary to opinion survey predictions, Donald Trump is not invincible. At any rate, his intolerable hate tirades fell on less sympathetic ears in Iowa than was expected.

But before the celebration gets out of hand, here’s the first of two items of bad news: Ted Cruz, the primary winner, may have a quieter voice than Trump, but his ideas are just as dangerous. Anyone who would suggest carpet bombing as an effective tactic against jihadis in the so-called Islamic State group can’t be taken seriously. And his intention to abrogate the Iran nuclear agreement if he’s elected president is a foreign policy will-o’-the-wisp that makes him unsuitable for the presidency.Excuse me, but deciding that a war against ISIS is exsitential, and then acting with DECISIVE means (as in the 8th Air Force, or B-29′s from Tinian) WOULD be totally effective.

And then, like a BOLT FROM THE BLUE, they admit the fact all our politicians have been denying.
That bad news is outdone only by the sobering realization that the voters and the political class in the world’s oldest democracy continue to drift apart. More than 60 percent of Republican voters as shown by the voting results in Iowa still support candidates like Trump, Cruz and retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson.
What?“the voters and the political class“
huh?“continue to drift apart”
You left out Bernie, but then his socialism is not radical to you. But his message, Cruz’s, Carson’s and Trump’s all bear a similar theme. We won’t settle for continuation of the priorities of the political class at our expense.
We’re not Europe.

Fascism Here We Come
The public rapidly turns to neo-nazi groups as liberalism fails them.
I don't know about you but I'm tired of warning that lack of just government will lead to Fascism. I'm tired of drawing the moral picture. I'm tired of casting aspersions on the vigilantes. At a certain point, the inevitable happens.
At that point, I just stop. Fuck all those in positions of authority who did not do their fucking jobs. I hope you die a Ceaucescu death.
German Authorities Knew Migrants Were Groping Girls in 2013, Still Opened the Floodgates
EXCLUSIVE: Neo-Nazis thugs warn of a ‘year of violence’ following attacks on child migrants at train station in Sweden
Neo-Nazi thugs in Sweden last night warned of a year of violence against immigrants as the so-called ‘liberal’ state was forced to confront a new wave of support for the far right. The extremist Swedish Resistance Movement (SRM) hailed the racist mob that attacked ‘foreign-looking’ men, women and children at Stockholm’s Central Station ‘heroes’ last week, describing them as modern ‘Robin Hoods’. It comes amid rising anger at the nation’s ‘open door’ policy on immigration – and concern that the influx of migrants is fuelling the growth of the far right. A recent poll found that the Sweden Democrats, an anti-immigration group with a neo-Nazi past, have become the country’s biggest political party with 28.8 per cent of the vote. Most Germans fear Merkel’s refugee policy not working
Paris. San Bernadino. Cologne. 9/11. Beslan. Times Square. Genocide against Sudanese, Nigerian, Egyptian, and Syrian Christians. Atrocities far too numerous too mention. And yet we are told that it all has nothing to do with Islam.

Busiek attacks Republicans for "Islamophobia"
Wouldn't you know it, for the week of the Iowa primaries, boilerplate leftist Kurt Busiek has chosen to mouth off with the cheapest attacks on the GOP:
As a matter of fact, many Islamists in the USA haven't for about a decade now. All because the public woke up and began to research and understand what's wrong with Islam. This article from the Intl. Business Times, though not entirely honest about "minorities", does note that the shift to Democrats among Islamists began around 9-11. And that's bound to include plenty of Muslims in Iowa too. So why's Busiek acting like this is something new? It isn't.
Challenging question: if one of those aforementioned refugees came into Iowa or anywhere else in the USA, and later started gathering equipment with which to commit violent acts of terrorism like the terrible incidents in Fort Hood and San Bernardino, or even rape, much like what happened several weeks ago in Cologne, Germany when many women were mass raped at the city's train station, would Busiek want that to happen? Would he even express any regret if, God forbid, it happened? For now, the sad answer is probably "no". This was of course the same man who acted oblivious to the violence committed by one of Dark Horse's editors against several staffers in the months after the case made headlines, basically pretending it had never happened, as much of the comics press now appears intent on doing, proving they're not truly interested in bettering the workplace. Like I said, that's why Busiek cannot be considered somebody for sensible women and men to consult on serious issues. Say, how come, if he's so bothered about GOP members condemning Islam, he can't say the same about any of the wider public whose opinions are negative? Panning politicians is just a cheap way of voicing grievances meant for the public, dismaying as that would be if he did so.
It's certainly telling when the only topic somebody like Busiek can think of commenting on is something like Islam, acting as an apologist and vehemently refusing to look under a magnifying glass. I'm sure tomorrow, he'll be acting as apologist for Satmar socialists too, and many of them have also supported the Democrats and Obama. A real shame a once decent writer is making himself look incompetent today by wasting his time on politics in the worst ways possible.
Islam is the largest non-Christian religion in Iowa. Iowa Muslims usually tend to lean conservative. I’m guessing not so much this year.

…accept any Syrian refugees after it was arranged that 600 would come to Iowa.

Shock and Awe: NY Times Calls Out Obama For Visiting Mosque In Baltimore Over Islam’s “Gender Apartheid”
From the New York Times:
This past weekend, dozens of girls and boys as young as about 8 years old ran up the stairwell to the main entrance of the musallah, or main prayer hall, of the Islamic Society of Baltimore, where President Obama visits Wednesday in his first presidential visit to a U.S. mosque.
As the children rounded the corner, a stern mosque Sunday school teacher stood before them, shouting, “Girls, inside the gym! Boys in the musallah.”
The girls, shrouded in headscarves that, in some cases, draped half their bodies, slipped into a stark gymnasium and found seats on bare red carpet pieces laid out in a corner.
They faced a tall industrial cement block wall, in the direction of the qibla, facing Mecca, a basketball hoop above them. Before them a long narrow window poured a small dash of sunlight into the dark gym.
On the other side of the wall, the boys clamored excitedly into the majestic musallah, their feet padded by thick, decorated carpet, the sunlight flooding into the room through spectacular windows engraved with the 99 names of Allah, or God, in Islam.
Ornate Korans and Islamic books filled shelves that lined the front walls. As President and Michelle Obama argued decades ago in the context of the U.S. civil rights movement, separate is indeed unequal.
To Muslim women’s rights activists fighting for equal access to mosques as part of a broader campaign for reform — from equal education for women and girls to freedom from so-called “honor killings” — the president’s visit to a mosque that practices such blatant inequity represents a step backwards.
While it may be meant to convey a message of religious inclusiveness to American Muslims, the visit demonstrates tacit acceptance of a form of discrimination that amounts to gender apartheid.
For that reason, we will be standing outside the mosque on Johnnycake Road, as close as the Secret Service allows, to protest the separate and unequal standards inside and advocate for equal rights.
We believe it is the role of government to protect women’s rights within religion, if a place of worship gets federal nonprofit benefits, just as it protects civil rights in the secular space.
Places of worship in the U.S. would not be allowed tax-exempt status if, for example, they were to seat African Americans in segregated spaces.
To condone the mosque’s gender segregation is particularly ironic coming days after the White House announced efforts to win equal pay for women and increased workplace benefits for women in the military.
President Obama should be aware that on any given day a woman or girl worshiping in the mosque would be dispatched away from the musallah where he will stand to speak out against “Islamophobia,” to the “prayer room for females,” as one worshipper described it.
In much the same way that he wants to mitigate Americans seeing Muslims as the “other,” we have to challenge the Muslim systems that segregate women as the “other.”
He should know that promoting women’s rights in mosques is a key part of fighting the ideology of extremism — a fight that he asked American Muslims to help wage in an address to the nation in December.
A theology of Islamic feminism is our best answer to the extremism of ISIS, al-Qaeda and other Muslim militant groups.
Even the most conservative of Islamic scholars acknowledge that, in the 7th century, the sunnah, or tradition of the prophet Muhammad, was to allow women to pray in the main hall of his mosque in Medina without any barrier in front of them.
“While the free world awaits a Muslim reformation, the leader of the free world shows blatant disregard for gender equality by visiting a mosque that treats females like second-class citizens,” says Raheel Raza, a Pakistani-Canadian activist, author and cofounder of the Muslim Reform Movement, a new initiative that we support, advocating for peace, women’s rights and secular governance.
“This makes our work as activists extremely difficult because equality is one of the main tenets of our reform movement.”AND THEN THERE'S THIS:

Obama Admin Has Admitted 550 Syrian Refugees To U.S. Since Paris Terror Attacks, Just Two Are Christians
The Daily Obama Nation:
Five hundred and fifty Syrian refugees have been admitted into the United States since the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS/ISIL) carried out terrorist attacks in Paris last November, and of those, two (0.3 percent) are Christians.
Over the past week, another 24 Syrian refugees have been admitted, including one male Orthodox Christian.
The religious breakdown of the 550 is 534 Sunni Muslims, three Shi’ites, ten others identified in State Department Refugee Processing Center data as simply “Moslems,” one Orthodox Christian, one Greek Orthodox Christian, and one refugee identified as “other religion.”
The two Christians are both male, as is the refugee identified as “other religion.” Of the 534 Sunnis, 275 (51.4 percent) are male, 259 (48.5 percent) female. Two of the three Shi’ites are male, as are seven of the ten “Moslems.”
The Obama administration plans to resettle 10,000 Syrian refugees in the U.S. during fiscal year 2016, which began on October 1, 2015.
