Arab mother in Haifa became victim of honor murder committed by sons

Often, when you hear about Muslim honor murders, it's a case of father/brother murdering a daughter/sister. In this case, a mother was the victim of an honor murder by her sons:

Israel Police arrested four suspects for the murder of 41-year-old Haifa resident, Talya Khatib. Two of the suspects are her 18 and 20-year-old sons, police said Friday.

The suspects were arrested along the Seam Line after attempting to flee, as per police suspicion. The two other suspects, 27-year-old Ahmad Ibrahim, and an unnamed 16-year-old, are not related to the victim but are familiar with the family, police added.

According to initial suspicion, Khatib was murdered due to her family's disapproval of her "way of life." [...]

Khatib, a mother of seven, had long complained to police about incidents of domestic violence by her partner and other members of her family. According to KAN News, she had previously resided in a shelter for victims of domestic abuse.

Whether it was a case of her not wearing a burka is unclear, but what is clear is that her sons are most repulsive people to commit something so abominable, and should be locked away in solitary confinement.

And in the German city of Mainz, whose Jewish community dates back to Roman times, a worried mother waited for the worst. Susanna had gone off with her friends. They came home. And she didn’t.

Her mother received a WhatsApp message from her daughter's phone on the afternoon of the 22nd. "Mom, I'm not coming home. I went to Paris with my friend. Don't look for me. I'll come back after 2 or 3 weeks. Bye."

According to Diana, Susanna’s mother, the message sounded nothing like her daughter. 4 hours later, the teenage girl’s phone was switched off. There was nothing more.

"I hope and pray that nothing bad has happened to her," she posted on Facebook. "Please help me find my daughter safe again."

The police reassured the frantic mother that her daughter had just gone off with some friends and would come back on her, but she feared the worst while the authorities stonewalled.

On June 1, she published an open letter to Chancellor Angela Merkel in which she wrote, "I feel abandoned by the German state."

Two weeks passed. The police searched. Dogs sniffed around but found nothing. And then someone noticed a flash of white among all that brown and green. It was the white of a clothing label.

They found her body between the railroad tracks and Autobahn 66. The killer had stashed the girl under a bush and covered her over with twigs to keep the body out of sight and to buy him some time.

Susanna’s body had been dumped a few hundred meters from the refugee shelter where her alleged killer had been living. The traffic noise of the highway would have covered any sounds the young Jewish girl might have made as a Muslim refugee brutally raped and then strangled her to death.

Ali Bashar, one of the six sons, had come to Germany through Turkey and Greece. He had arrived in Germany in the fall of 2015 at the height of Merkel’s migration crisis. Since then, he had been accused of raping an 11-year-old girl in a refugee shelter, attacking a policewoman and robbing a man at knifepoint

His asylum application had been rejected at the end of 2016. Bashar claimed to have been threatened by the PKK, a Kurdish group fighting against ISIS and Turkey.

But he appealed, and was allowed to stay on in Germany until he finally killed.

The brand new Weisbaden refugee shelter built in 2016 has become the gateway to a cemetery.

And the same is true of every refugee shelter.

The 20-year-old Muslim refugee boasted of his crime to a 13-year-old in the refugee shelter. Ali’s younger brother had known Susanna and that may have made the rapist and killer’s work easier.

With that information, the police began searching around the refugee shelter and found Susanna.

As the search for Susanna wrapped up, a Jewish teenager in Germany was attacked by Muslim thugs who heard the music he was listening to. “Berlin is ours now,” they shouted, “and you won’t listen to crappy Jewish music here.”...

Man accused of killing Colts' Edwin Jackson, Uber driver is undocumented immigrant, has been deported twice.

Excerpt:

Police have confirmed that the driver who is held in the death of Indianapolis Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson and Uber driver Jeffrey Monroe was an undocumented immigrant who used a fake name and has been deported twice in the past.

Indiana State Police detectives have determined the driver was 37-year-old Manuel Orrego-Savala, a citizen of Guatemala. He gave police the alias Alex Cabrera Gonsales after the early Sunday crash that killed Jackson and Monroe.

"Orrego-Savala is in the United States illegally and has previously been deported on two occasions, in 2007 and again in 2009," Sgt. John Perrine said in a statement. "State police investigators are working with U.S. Federal Immigration Officials and they have placed a hold on Orrego-Savala."

The man accused of killing an NFL player and another man in a DUI-related crash Sunday morning is a Mexican immigrant whom authorities are trying to deport, according to charging documents.

Police say 37-year-old Alex Cabrera Gonsales drove a black Ford F-150 pickup truck onto the emergency shoulder along Interstate 70 around 4 a.m. Sunday, plowed into a ride-share vehicle, and killed Indianapolis Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson and 54-year-old Jeffrey Monroe of Avon.

Booking documents from the Marion County Jail, which can be searched for at http://inmateinfo.indy.gov/IML and found at case number 1804804, show that Mr. Cabrera Gonsales is an immigrant from Mexico who is subject to deportation.

Mr. Cabrera Gonsales didn’t have a driver’s license, tried to flee the scene of the accident and had a blood-alcohol level of at least .15 (nearly twice the legal limit), authorities said....

Edwin Jackson appears to have been a man of excellent character, When in college:

Jackson was nominated for the Burlsworth Trophy, which nationally honors former walk-on players who have made significant contributions to their school's team. He was also nominated for the Wuerffel Trophy, which acknowledges players who show exemplary community service with athletic and academic achievement. Also, Jackson was nominated for AllState Good Works Team for his volunteer work at a local Statesboro elementary school, and hosting a football clinic for children in Costa Rica during his Christmas break.

Also:

Jackson grew up in Atlanta and was renowned as a great all-around athlete who was his team’s kicker and punter was well as a linebacker, and also was a champion wrestler. He initially played college football at Georgia Southern as a walk-on but later earned a scholarship, and made it to the NFL as an undrafted free agent, first with the Cardinals and then with the Colts. He played all 16 games in 2016 but spent the 2017 season on injured reserve. Jackson was 26 years old.

Considering the above, it is quite astounding that he wasn't publicly acknowledged yesterday at Super Bowl LII.

Edwin Jackson, dead at the age of 26, mowed down by a drunk illegal immigrant, even as Jackson was stopped by the side of the road possibly as he was being a Good Samaritan (or the other man killed was being a Good Samaritan.

A council in Britain is taking action to crack down on “Islamophobia” in response to some parents refusing to send their children on mosque visits arranged by schools. 

After it emerged that some pupils were being prevented from going on school trips to mosques by their families, Staffordshire’s Standing Advisory Council for Religious Education (SACRE) produced a document claiming mosque visits are vital in preparing children for life in “diverse” Britain. 

While families have the right to remove their children from school trips, SACRE said it was a “serious matter” that pupils have been withdrawn from mosque visits. 

Some parents have cited concerns over cost and safety in their requests, while others deplored a “political agenda” behind the activities, according to the Stoke Sentinel. 

(Strongly recommend clicking through to read the whole article. The question is asked if muslim students must go prey at other temples of other religions, but it is NOT answered. There is more. Clearly the public schools in GB are on a clear and swept path to Islamification. It isn’t subtle or even deniable anymore.)

Was Stephen Paddock On The Spectrum?

The Autism Spectrum, that is.

I noticed the following information in this article (dated October 3, 2017):

Mandalay Bay shooter Stephen Paddock may have been a high-roller, but he lost a slip-and-fall lawsuit against a Nevada casino in 2014 — and still owed $270 in court fees when he killed at least 59 people Sunday, including himself.

Security video from the Cosmopolitan Hotel shows Paddock slipping and falling on Oct. 30, 2011, as he walked from a hotel shop towards a high-stakes area in the casino. Paddock said he had slipped in a puddle of liquid and sued the hotel in 2012, initially asking for $100,000, according to the attorney for the hotel, Marty Kravitz.

"They always ask for a lot more than they can get, but he got nothing," said Kravitz.

Kravitz met Paddock when he testified in a deposition for the lawsuit. Paddock enjoyed a special high-roller status with perks at at least one Vegas casino, but Kravitz described the man he met as "unkempt," "slovenly and careless" and "bizarre."

When Paddock fell at the hotel, said Kravitz, he "was wearing crappy flip-flops with a beverage in a bag in his hand."

"You wonder what a guy like this is doing at the Cosmo."

Kravitz also said, however, that there was "nothing about Paddock that would ever indicate someone who was unstable."

"This is not a guy that I would have looked at and thought, 'He's going to commit a crime one day.'"...

And I read elsewhere that he won big at the video poker machines by using algorithms he devised.

All the above information points to eccentricity, if not genius.  But those same signs could point to Asperger's.

I am also reminded of the film Rain Man.

Stephen Paddock appeared to have exhibited some of the behaviors on this list, including the following:

• Repeating certain behaviors or having unusual behaviors
   
• Having overly focused interests, such as with moving objects or parts of objects
   
• Having a lasting, intense interest in certain topics, such as numbers, details, or facts.

Noted author and inventor* John Elder Robison, who has Asperger's and certain savant abilities, spent some time back in 2013 vehemently denying that Asperger's is linked to violence. What brought Mr. Robison to discuss this matter? Adam Lanza of the Sandy Hook shootings appears to have had Asperger's that devolved into something deadly.

Perhaps, just perhaps, it is because Stephen Paddock falls somewhere on the spectrum that his actions make no sense and that he was able to live a secret life.

For the record, I've worked with several students on the spectrum.  Until a few years ago, I'd never seen one of these students tip over into psychosis.  But that particular student did!  The precipitating event?  A car accident, and the parents had to replace the car.  He couldn't handle the change.  Then they got a used car of the same make and model.  No dice.  The car didn't sound right to him.  His parents are still looking for "the right combination of medications."  And since he descended into aggressiveness and volatility, they sleep with their bedroom door locked  The last time I heard from the young man's mother, she was hoping to get him into the local community college.  I make a point of no longer communicating with the family.

Interesting information is coming out about the murder Christina Grimmie, which happened at another Orlando, Florida nightclub just the night before. 

Apparently she was an unapologetic Christian.  

Her murderer's "insane rantings" were scrubbed from the internet before he was publicly identified. Now MSM is making no mention of her religion and stating the killer had scant on-line presence. 

Police are "looking for motive". Right. He went to the show specifically to murder her.

Omar Mir Seddique Mateen has been named as the gunman who killed as many as 20 people and wounded 40 others at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida, CBS News reports.

He was later killed by police after taking hostages at the LGBT club.

Mateen, 29, is a U.S. citizen from Port St. Lucie, Florida, according to CBS News. He has ties to radical Islamic ideology, CBS reports.

Port St. Lucie is about 125 miles away from Orlando.

Two people were killed, six others were were injured and a helicopter was struck after at least one gunman armed with a high-powered rifle began "shooting randomly" in Houston on Sunday, police said.

One suspect and one bystander were among the dead.

Four people and two constables were also injured, interim Houston Police Chief Martha Montalvo said, adding that both officers were released from the hospital. One suffered a wounded hand; the other was shot in a bullet-proof vest.

Authorities described a chaotic scene: A gas pump was struck during the shooting erupted in flames, and a helicopter helping to secure the area was hit with five bullets, police said.

A bomb squad was called to the area to detonate a suspicious item, officials told NBC News, and cars in the area, including two police cruisers, were shot. Photos released by the police department showed one vehicle with at least a dozen bullet holes in the windshield and the hood.

Authorities initially said there were two suspects, neither of whom were identified. One was injured during the shooting and hospitalized. The second man was pronounced dead at the scene; Houston police spokesman John Cannon described him as "the main active shooter" and said he was armed with a pistol and an "AR-15-type weapon."

Fitting rooms, too, including those in retail clothing stores, are now a dangerous environment.

Texas Macy’s Employee Fired for Allegedly Violating Store’s LGBT Policy

A Texas woman claims she was fired from her job at Macy's for telling a transgender customer that she could not change in the women's dressing room, according to ABC News' San Antonio affiliate KSAT.

The woman, Natalie Johnson, has filed a complaint with the Federal Employment Commission, saying that her religious beliefs prevent her from recognizing transgender people, according to KSAT.

Johnson, 27, was employed at the River Center Macy's in San Antonio until last week. She said a teenager caught her attention because the teen was shopping for women's clothing, but Johnson was convinced the shopper was male.

When Johnson spotted the teenager in the women's dressing area, Johnson told her she could not change there.

"I had to just be straightforward and tell him, 'You're a man,' and of course that … really got him steamed," Johnson told KSAT.

The teenager's friends argued with Johnson, reportedly telling her that Macy's allows transgender people to change in the dressing room of the gender they identify with.

"I made my choice the other day," Johnson said. "I refuse to comply with this policy."

Macy's did not answer ABCNews.com's request for clarification on its policy regarding transgender customers and where they can try on clothes, but Macy's senior vice president of corporate communications and external affairs Jim Sluzewski issued the following statement:

"Macy's is very proud of our philosophy of diversity and inclusion, and we welcome all customers into our stores. This includes customers of all races, ethnicities, ages, genders, faith traditions, countries of origins and lifestyle preferences. We strive to ensure that each customer is able to shop in a discrimination-free environment."

Asked if she would handle the situation the same way if given another chance, Johnson said she would.

"There are no transgenders in the world. A guy can dress up as a woman all he wants. That's still not going to make you a woman," Johnson said. "If you're a man going into the women's fitting room, I will kindly escort you to the men's fitting room."

I will no longer be using the fitting rooms in retail clothing stores. Too easy for sexual predators to stroll right into those fitting rooms, which typically no longer have a store employee stationed at the door of the bank of fitting rooms.

Shopping for bras — a shopping trip I was planning on in a few weeks — has now become problematic.

Does my level of comfort not matter? 

 Does my personal safety not matter? 

Do MY RIGHTS not matter?

Girl Choked Unconscious In Women's Restroom Of Chicago

8-year-old girl in choked unconscious in South Loop bathroom while mom in next stall, police say

CHICAGO (WLS) --A man is accused of choking an 8-year-old girl until she passed out in the bathroom of a restaurant in Chicago's South Loop.

The girl was with her mother at the Jason's Deli in the 1200-block of South Canal Street on Saturday, police said. The girl and her mother were inside the restroom separated by stalls around 1:15 p.m.

Police say 33-year-old Reese Hartstirn walked in and targeted the girl, choking her and trying to lock her in a stall. The mother heard her daughter scream and grabbed her.

Police said other people in the deli helped hold the man until officers arrived.

"This is at a restaurant," said Crystal Anderson, Jason's Deli customer. "You want your kid to be able to go to a bathroom in a restaurant and feel safe and not be scared... and not worry about someone trying to abduct your kid."

"It saddens me," said customer Kimberly Brown. "I don't get why people do things like this. I really wish I could understand it, but I don't."

"You want to have the best world you can for your children," Anderson said. "And with people out here like that, you got to wonder what you can do to make it better."

Curbing Crime?

Headline at the Associated Press on February 2, 2016:

DC bill would pay people stipends not to commit crimes.

Apparently a similar program in Richmond, California, provides up to $9,000 per person per year to those in the program, initiated in 2007.

According to the above-cited article:

Democratic Mayor Muriel Bowser has not committed to funding the program, which would cost $4.9 million over four years, including $460,000 a year in stipend payments...

As if the mayor were going to fund this program personally. Guess who will be on the funding hook?

The D.C. Council unanimously approved the bill.

Our local morning-news anchors have pronounced the program "A good idea!"

Justice In Oregon?

This has me puzzled:

Dwight Hammond, 73, and Steven Hammond, 46, said they lit the fires in 2001 and 2006 to reduce the growth of invasive plants and protect their property from wildfires.

The two were convicted of the arsons three years ago and served time - the father three months, the son one year. But a judge ruled their terms were too short under federal law and ordered them back to prison for about four years each.

Does this kind of re-sentencing happen often?

Is there a precedence for such re-sentencing?

Help me to understand this.

The call came in about 7:40 a.m.

The military installation was the site of a 2013 shooting in which a lone gunman shot and killed 12 workers and injured three others.

Northern Virginia: Two Bottle Bombs Detonated Inside Movie Theater

During the showing of Godzilla at the multiplex cinema at Tysons Corner Center, a mall frequented by Saudis and other Muslims. On any given day, the obviously-Muslim frequenters of the mall are present in the amount of 25%-50%.

TYSONS CORNER, Va. (WUSA9) -- Thousands of people were sent rushing from the Tysons Corner AMC Theaters Saturday night during the midnight showing of Godzilla, after police say someone set off an improvised explosive device in the theater.

"It was at a very pivotal part in the movie where a bomb could have gone off in the show, the screen goes off and then bang," remembers Matt Cahill, who was in one of the theaters.

A few theaters away, Ryan Krabill heard a similar noise. "All of a sudden it was a loud pop right over what I thought was my right shoulder," he says.

At first, unsure of what was actually happening, most people stayed put, until it was clear this was not part of the plot. "That's when everyone said, this isn't normal, freaked out and headed to the exits," remembers Cahill.

Police and firefighters were already rushing into the AMC theaters.

"Then when the heavily-armed police officers ran into the building, that's when people really decided they were out," says Krabill.

While most people were thinking the worst; minds rushing to the Colorado movie theater shooting, Cahill spotted the likely culprit: a two-liter bottle.

"There was a large amount of liquid on the ground, at the time I didn't know what it was but as soon as I got outside I got a strong odor of vinegar on my shoes," says Cahill.

About 2,000 people rushed out of all 16 theaters, but no gunman was found. "Police then started searching for different devices, the explosive ordinance division was called in," says Mike Riley with the Fairfax County Fire Marshal's office.

These IEDs are typically made using a bottle of some sort and are filled with chemicals and metal, and when they are detonated, it can be violent, sending chemicals and metal into the air.

"I can't believe someone thought that would be a good idea or a prank, someone needs to do something better with their time," says Cahill.

Although no one was hurt, police say this is not a harmless prank.

"You have this explosive device in which people thought was gunfire, infighting fear, quite honestly I interpret that as an act of terrorism," says Riley.

Police are looking at surveillance video. Anyone who saw something suspicious is asked to call police....

According to the Washington Post:

The Fairfax County Fire Marshal is trying to determine the exact substance that was inside the bottles and how the devices ended up in the theater. Deputy chief Michael Reilly described the devices as “acid bombs” containing an explosive mixture of acid and metal.

At this time, no suspects have been identified.

Are we all aware that THIS happened on Monday, March 24, 2014, on a destoyer at the Norfolk Naval Base in Virginia?

NORFOLK, Va. — The civilian accused of killing a military police officer on a destroyer docked at a naval base here may have gotten on base with federally approved credentials, but he was not authorized to be there, the Navy said Wednesday.

The Navy did not identify the man, who was killed after he overpowered a guard Monday on the USS Mahan, and said the details of his access to Naval Station Norfolk remain under investigation.

"His transportation workers ID card was valid," said Capt. Robert Clark, the base's commanding officer. "He did not have authorization to be on my base."

The investigation, which is ongoing, has not unearthed any links to terrorist groups nor evidence that any attack was planned, said Mario Palomino, special agent in charge at the Naval Criminal Investigative Service Norfolk field office.

Nor have investigators determined a motive, Palomino said. The suspect had no known ties to the ship or anyone on the ship, which has a crew of about 300....

Two people are dead: the sailor pictured at the top of this blog post and the perpetrator.

As of the time of this posting, why we do not have the shooter's name? My first thought: perhaps his digital footprint is being scrubbed before his name is released.

Allah Arrested For Theft

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police have announced the names of the people they believe stole a 300-year-old Stradivarius violin worth six million dollars. Police have also confirmed the recovery of the rare violin.

36-year-old Universal Allah, 41-year-old Salah Jones and an unnamed female were arrested by Milwaukee police on February 3rd. The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office plans to have charges filed and a criminal complaint issued by February 7th....
