You know either THEY are stupid or they think YOU are stupid when....

The democratic party is STILL screwed.....find here the Huffington Post's comments on Alan Dershowitz's review of the inestimable Jimmy Carter's latest book, whose publication was held until AFTER the election, in clear fear that every jewish person would pull the entire lever for republicans.

The five pages of mostly invective commenting demonstrate clearly WHERE the democratic party is heading.

Nowhere is there the slightest realization that opposition to Israel's existence continues EN MASSE because of the Quran, and that no peace is possible.

Amazing ignorance

For some odd reason, they don't seem to have cared for my comment enough to publish it.

Imagine that !

You ever have a boss at work who, when you saw him walking over to "help fix things", made your 'nads retract due to your solid knowledge that very soon, the task that you had gotten to Swiss watch smoothness and functionality was going to get fubared?

All I have to do is watch Jimmy, who I've seen use the anti-Midas touch since he was president when I was a teen, who'd make a flowering project wilt just by proximity, attach himself to solving a problem.

I know, don't judge a book by its cover, but "Peace, Not apartheid":
1) implies that the choice is peace, or warlike separation, when in fact the wall keeps out bus and pizza shop bombers. The wall IS peace.
2) implies that this separation is equal to the South Africa situation, by using the Afrikaner word apartheid.
3) implies that a thoughtful, brooding Carter pictured on the cover is applying his political genius to advice a solution to this.

No one under 35 remembers the Carter years, so they don't remember what a total Debbie Downer his administration was. And how everything was so fubar. I don't know how we all survived without the invention of Ritalin. I know - the country voted him the heck out, but he won't take the hint to go retire, so he keeps his hand in messing things up, like the guest who won't leave, long after you took your socks off and laid yourself out on the couch to watch the news.
