Canada: Parliamentary Hearing on "Hate Speech", and "Justice and Human Rights", Mark Steyn and Lindsay Shepherd Testify

Parliament in Canada is holding a "Committee on Justice and Human Rights". It appears one of the primary topics under consideration is the question of whether people ought to be allowed to express their opinions.

This is a hot topic in the world today, isn't it?

"Justice" not married to human liberty - is totalitarianism.

The Canadians would do well to school themselves in the American tradition as voiced in our pledge of allegiance: "Liberty and Justice for all."

Only liberty, brings true justice.

I believe the "social justice" movement is an oppressive political tool.

Nope. I make it up as I go. My early morning thoughts. Things just pop into my head: hence what I put up as a comment.
