Yes. I despise the term "LEO". In my youth police were termed "officers of the peace". Now they are "Law Enforcement". It may seem a semantic difference but the inference in much greater. It confers a righteous excuse to use violence in a benevolent situation if any trifle against any law is perceived.

A cop can Taser granny and beat her to a pulp for not wearing a mask because "she was breaking the law, by God!" Someone styled a peace officer would never consider such an action.

Should a counterfeit twenty dollar bill lead to the death of the suspect? Should six cops assault a man for selling single cigarettes? Both of these events happened and I believe that it was this attitude of "law enforcement" that leads directly to such senselessly violent displays of authority.
