I had COVID a while back. My experience was somewhat like Bret's. I concur with most of what he says here.
But I feel I need to tell you how I worked through it, because my approach was a little different than his.
I treated it with Hyrdoxychloroquine, Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Magnesium, and, get this, Arginine and Creatine.
I also did about 150 pushups per day, plus 30 pullups, and hundreds of leglifts, curls, shoulder presses, etc.
That's right. I didn't curl up in a fetal position, and lay in bed, terrified.
I said, 'FUCK COVID!' and went about my normal life, except for the fact that I stayed away from others.
You can live your life the way you want to live your life.
I'll live mine the way I want to live mine.
If you are afraid of shit, go ahead and be the scaredest motherfucker you can manage to be. It's quite a niche to occupy in the evolutionary tide.
Me? I'm going to go on fighting, until one day I go down fighting. Obviously something is going to get me one of these days. But I'm not going to run in fear until then.
