WTF? Israel is seeing a 10X, 1000% increase in all cause deaths?

American Insurance companies are reporting something more like a 20-40% increase in all-cause deaths. That, in itself, is alarming as hell. 

But this? 

Why would it be worse in Israel? 

The most obvious answer, if true, is because the people of Israel have been vaxxed more. They have moved on to their 4th vaccination there.
