A letter from bonny Scotland

Couldn't resist sharing a letter with you today.

It appears in today's Scotsman, and it's from Anne Marie Keenan of Roshven in that fair land, appearing under the headline End the silence over Islam.

She wonders if she is alone in her disquiet about the Scottish government's courtship of the Scottish Islamic Foundation? She cites sharia credit cards, and how sharia treats women.

She asks why we are always so silent about creeping Islamisation. Well, she doesn't use that phrase, but that's what it amounts to.

We're being "effectively silenced" she says, pleading for the debate to be brought into the open.

Read the full letter here on my regular blog.
