Muslims booted for praying atop Empire State Building get payout
A Muslim family from Long Island who were booted from the Empire State Building’s observation deck because they were praying has settled their lawsuit for an undisclosed sum, the Post has learned.
Fahad and Amina Tirmizi had said in their federal lawsuit that they and their two young children had begun silently reciting their evening prayers in a quiet spot on the 86th-floor deck at about 11:p.m. July 2, 2013, when two security guards roughly intervened.
The Farmingville couple was seeking $5 million in damages in the suit, filed last year in Manhattan federal court.Instead of rewarding these scum, if we took Islam seriously, we would recognize such public demonstrations as threatening activity, akin to a verbal threat of insurrection.

Clarification, please. Is it a fact that when Muslims pray in a certain venue they can then claim the place to ¨being¨Islamic? I understand this to be true on holy grounds, but would it also apply to any building/place?

An Islamic territory is called a "Waqf". I have heard that a Muslim burial ground is considered Islamic territory.
ONce a property is owned by Muslims, Islam considers it to be FOREVER an Islamic Waqf.
So, for instance, in the Hamas Charter, they refer to "the land of Palestine" as being an Islamic Waqf. Or in Bin Laden's call to arms, he called Andalucia (Spaiin) a Waqf.

Either there is a treasonous mole within the property company that owns the Empire State Building or the company is a collection of dumb cunts.
The days that news item appeared I went to the net, found out the name of the owners and sent them an e-mail.
On the 2nd of July 2013, or 8 Sha'ban 23 1434 when you bang your head on the concrete and stick your arse in the air, if you are in New York, N.Y. ( and they give you the times for all the others New Yorks as well) your head hits the ground and your arse the air at precisely 8.31 for the Mahgrib prayer and 10.10 for the Isha. These are the official times for every mosques in the country and it is the one point Muslims of all kinds agree upon. If you are an observant muslim and are downstairs of the Empire State building at 10.10 you hit the ground, you do not wait for the elevator. There are dozens of rulings on this subject any Muslim expert could have torn him to pieces in court. I assumed that The case apppeared to be drpped since nothing more was mentioned but with this news you know there is dirty work afoot, this case could have demonstrated that it was not religion but religious supremacy that was at stake.
