Man with Sword Attacks London Police Outside Buckingham Palace

A man has been arrested after he allegedly attacked police with a sword outside Buckingham Palace. Two police officers suffered minor injuries as they detained the man. Armed police officers have set up a large cordon around the Queen’s residence in central London, with witnesses saying the area was in “lockdown”. A witness claimed on Twitter that the attacker was armed with a sword. Other witnesses said it may have been a machete. The attack occurred while the Queen was at Balmoral Castle, her residence in Scotland. A Met Police spokesman said on Twitter: “Officers are on scene at the Mall o/s Buckingham Palace. A man has been arrested on suspicion of GBH and assault on police.

Two Soldiers Stabbed in Brussels By Somalian Shouting ALLHAU AKBAR!

Two soldiers stabbed in central Brussels; Attacker neutralized A Somalian, of about 30 years old, was neutralized around 10:20 pm after having attacked two soldiers with a knife at Boulevard Emile Jacqmain, in the center of Brussels. The individual reportedly cried "Allah Akbar" at the moment of perpetrating his attack. The attacker was reportedly not dead following the return fire of the soldiers and was reportedly transported to the hospital, in danger of dying. No information at the moment concerning his identity but he was reportedly not known to the authorities. As for the soldiers, they had been lightly wounded to the hand and face. They also were take to the hospital to be treated.
