I'm not particularly litigious but it seems to me that the only way for the "people" to realize a just society is by suing the hell out of those who unhesitatingly and illegally seize our inalienable rights. The people who are in the best position to do that are law firms who can afford the court costs, particularly if they bill themselves as a public interest law firm. Otherwise, courts can dismiss lawsuits on the basis that "we the people" have no standing at the bar.
