Soma FM has an online commercial free station called "Left Coast 70s" that plays a similar playlist.

Dallas never really had a station like this in the 70s.

Looking back at it objectively ..... we were force fed what the labels wanted us to like.

I wanted to move to SoCal so bad when I was a kid ........ I'm glad that never happened.

Yeah, I can understand that.

But this is good music.

And you are right about us being force fed.

But honestly, I am glad we got Blondie, and Talking Heads, and a lot of the other stuff that came up in the 80's.

There was some good stuff.

But the 80's didn't get rockin' until Guns N Roses and Jane's Addiction came around.
