Hardly. Durham investigation is a deep state butt-plug:
Indict some folks shown to have provided "misinformation". Portray HRC and the poor intelligence community as victims. Despite the tens of billions of US taxpayers money lavished on these outfits they are easily mislead by obvious frauds.
So it's still Russian collusion but against the deep state now. FBI skates. Bet on it. If DOJ was serious about getting to the truth Barr would have done so. He had plenty of time but he ran out the clock instead.
