Mia Khalifa: The Lebanese-American Porn Star Who Muslims Want To Kill

Mia Khalifa is a Lebanese-American Porn Star, and is currently, the most popular porn star in the internet.

Here's some info about Mia:

Khalifa was born in Beirut, Lebanon and moved with her family to the United States in 2000. She moved to Montgomery County, Maryland as a teenager.[2] A few years later she graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.[8] She said her family is Catholic and she was raised in that religion, although she is no longer practicing

Khalifa entered the adult film industry in October 2014. She had been working at a Whataburger when she was approached by a customer and asked if she ever wanted to be in pornography. 

On December 28 that year, Pornhub revealed that she was the #1 ranked porn star on their website, replacing retired Lisa Ann. Her newfound notoriety quickly drew strong criticism from many in the Middle East, who branded her career choice as shameful and Khalifa herself a disgrace to her country. 

In one of her videos filmed by Bang Bros, Khalifa is seen wearing a hijab. Many took offense to the depiction, and she has received death threats as a result of the video. 

In an interview with the Washington Post, Khalifa said the controversial scene was satirical and should be taken as such, claiming that Hollywood movies depicted Muslims in much more negative lights than any pornographer could. 

Among those who publicly spoke out to defend her decision to become an adult performer was British-Lebanese author Nasri Atallah, who stated, 

"The moral indignation...is wrong for two reasons. First and foremost, as a woman, she is free to do as she pleases with her body. As a sentient human being with agency, who lives halfway across the world, she is in charge of her own life and owes absolutely nothing to the country where she happened to be born." 

Khalifa herself said of the controversy: "Women's rights in Lebanon are a long way from being taken seriously if a Lebanese-American porn star that no longer resides there can cause such an uproar. What I once boasted to people as being the most Westernized-nation in the Middle East, I now see as devastatingly archaic and oppressed."

But, you know what?

I don't buy it.

Why?

Because no one has produced a single incendiary tweet as of yet.

The worst tweet they quote is, "Let me kill you".

What?

I have a feeling there might have been more to the quote, or at the least, more intended.

Like maybe the real Tweet goes something like this:

"You want Palestinians to fight against Jews? Let me kill you (as in, your people) and see how you feel about that?"

It's 2012 and in the past 3 weeks, I have been moved from safe house to safe house, each with increasing levels of security. I have been advised not to tell anyone where I am, do not go outside or stand near windows, and to scramble my IP address, use disposable phones, and wait. 

I have received easily 100+ death threats from followers of Islam. Branches of law enforcement, including FBI Counter Terrorism are conducting numerous investigations. 

For every death threat I receive online, a law enforcement officer has to go before a judge and obtain a warrant against that IP address. 4 newspapers in the regions of Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka have wrongfully and purposefully named me as the director of "The Innocence of Muslims". 

The first article I ever wrote on Counter Jihad was called "How and Why Loonwatch.com is a Terrorist-Spin Control Network". The owner of that site, Atchuthan Sriskandarajah, is from the same region where the newspapers keep naming me as the filmmaker and demanding my death. 

A Pakistani national, with high level DOD clearance, hacked into my Facebook account from his computer at work, at Bell Helicopter in TX - here in America! Facebook will not take action against that hacker, any of the 100+ death threats directed at me, from followers of Islam, on Facebook. 

I don't get to go outside. I may be underground for quite some time. 

Although I have never served in the military, and this is by no means similar - in a strange way I know what it is like to look the enemy in the eye. Except in the military you are commanded to fight. In America, you are advised to "go into hiding". I'm not "hiding". 

I prefer to think that I've gone underground. 

I will get to the bottom of this, and when I do, it will only prove the point that many of us have been making about the truth - the truth about Islam. This crisis will be turned around into a major win for us. It must. It has to. 

We cannot let the enemy take away our basic freedoms and punish those who speak the truth. All of this attempt to silence or kill me is going to backfire. The truth will out. This is war.
