Epa made my point so much better than I did.
Rush pointed out that O may have approved (lacks the authority and power to approve btw) the 1 year extension, but he didn't say at what cost. Rush pointed out the lost jobs, the 'stress' factor inducing patients to act early while they have coverage even though the timing is inopertune.
