How Do You Arrest the President of the United States?

How many times have we heard that Obamacare is the law of the land and we have to settle for it. It can not be changed.

But the 'law of the land' has been changed several times by Obama through his Executive Orders. That flies in the face of what Libs have been saying in defense of the ACA. And now, brain dead Pelosi says that she would prefer an 'administrative fix' instead of a legislative one to fix the problems with Obamacare.

What she is saying is that she doesn't want the problems with the ACA solved using our constitutional system. She wants our dictator-in-chief to FLAUNT the ACA law at his whim like he has done on numerous occasions before.

Or in other words - breaking the ACA law.

So how do you arrest a President?
