ON THE BUSIEST FREEWAY IN LOS ANGELES, RIGHT WHERE THE TRAFFIC SLOWS TO A CRAWL EVERY FUCKING DAY!
Something like 200K people will crawl by this sign every day, and either CELEBRATE, or stew in their own juices!

You know I live on a large relatively flat plane.
Where everything along a busy freeway would be premium developed land.
What do you do when you own freeway frontage land, but you cant develop it because its a mountainous slope?
California must have a shitload of undevelopable land.
I see some nice houses back in the hills northwest of LA.

This is the Sepulveda Pass. The 405 goes up this route as it travels between the Valley and the Beverly Hills/Hollywood area.
