France to recognise Palestinian state if deadlock with Israel not broken

France will recognise a Palestinian state if its efforts in coming weeks to try to break the deadlock between Israelis and Palestinians fail, Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said on Friday.
“France will engage in the coming weeks in the preparation of an international conference bringing together the parties and their main partners, American, European, Arab, notably to preserve and make happen the solution of two states,” he said.
So now the Nazi Saluters above get a state if they sit down and work something out, or it they don't.

German ‘Feminist’ Welcomes Refugees: ‘Better Rapists Than Racists

This Photo is a Fake

YGBFKM:
A Facebook page for the radical left in Germany had a message for young women: “diversity is more important than your security.”
Rote Antifa posted a picture of young feminist on Thursday, holding a sign that stated she preferred rapists from Syria and North Africa over nationalists in Germany who have demanded Chancellor Angela Merkel stop taking in more refugees.
“Prefer sexually active fugitive as German racists,” was featured as the pictures caption.

Hmm. That's astounding.

This video is unlisted. Be considerate and think twice before sharing.

Curious, no? He comes off dismissive of the harrassment he himself endured. He didn't exactly witness the shooting of LaVoy but he says he witnessed the vehicle he was in leaving during a LEO stop...the same stop Mark was stopped at and had his vehicle impounded for further investigation as well as having all his weapons seized for testing. Mark admits he isn't likely to see his weapons again. Why so dismissive? Why the yellow bar statement about sharing a video statement on YouTube?

Donald Trump Is Shocking, Vulgar and Right And, my dear fellow Republicans, he's all your fault

In which, Tucker Carlson NAILS IT!

From Politico:
About 15 years ago, I said something nasty on CNN about Donald Trump’s hair. I can’t now remember the context, assuming there was one. In any case, Trump saw it and left a message the next day. “It’s true you have better hair than I do,” Trump said matter-of-factly. “But I get more pussy than you do.” Click.
At the time, I’d never met Trump and I remember feeling amused but also surprised he’d say something like that. Now the pattern seems entirely familiar. The message had all the hallmarks of a Trump attack: shocking, vulgar and indisputably true.
Not everyone finds it funny. On my street in Northwest Washington, D.C., there’s never been anyone as unpopular as Trump.
The Democrats assume he’s a bigot, pandering to the morons out there in the great dark space between Georgetown and Brentwood.
The Republicans (those relatively few who live here) fully agree with that assessment, and they hate him even more. They sense Trump is a threat to them personally, to their legitimacy and their livelihoods. Idi Amin would get a warmer reception in our dog park.
I understand it of course. And, except in those moments when the self-righteous silliness of rich people overwhelms me and I feel like moving to Maine, I can see their points, some of them anyway.
Trump might not be my first choice for president. I’m not even convinced he really wants the job. He’s smart enough to know it would be tough for him to govern. But just because Trump is an imperfect candidate doesn’t mean his candidacy can’t be instructive. Trump could teach Republicans in Washington a lot if only they stopped posturing long enough to watch carefully.
Here’s some of what they might learn:
He Exists Because You Failed
American presidential elections usually amount to a series of overcorrections: Clinton begat Bush, who produced Obama, whose lax border policies fueled the rise of Trump.
In the case of Trump, though, the GOP shares the blame, and not just because his fellow Republicans misdirected their ad buys or waited so long to criticize him. Trump is in part a reaction to the intellectual corruption of the Republican Party.
That ought to be obvious to his critics, yet somehow it isn’t.
Consider the conservative nonprofit establishment, which seems to employ most right-of-center adults in Washington. Over the past 40 years, how much donated money have all those think tanks and foundations consumed? Billions, certainly. (Someone better at math and less prone to melancholy should probably figure out the precise number.)
Has America become more conservative over that same period? Come on.
Most of that cash went to self-perpetuation: Salaries, bonuses, retirement funds, medical, dental, lunches, car services, leases on high-end office space, retreats in Mexico, more fundraising.
Unless you were the direct beneficiary of any of that, you’d have to consider it wasted.
Pretty embarrassing. And yet they’re not embarrassed. Many of those same overpaid, underperforming tax-exempt sinecure-holders are now demanding that Trump be stopped. Why? Because, as his critics have noted in a rising chorus of hysteria, Trump represents “an existential threat to conservatism.”
Let that sink in.
Conservative voters are being scolded for supporting a candidate they consider conservative because it would be bad for conservatism?
And by the way, the people doing the scolding? They’re the ones who’ve been advocating for open borders, and nation-building in countries whose populations hate us, and trade deals that eliminated jobs while enriching their donors, all while implicitly mocking the base for its worries about abortion and gay marriage and the pace of demographic change.
Now they’re telling their voters to shut up and obey, and if they don’t, they’re liberal.
It turns out the GOP wasn’t simply out of touch with its voters; the party had no idea who its voters were or what they believed.
GO READ THE REST.

HERE

A criterion for immense size and lost control in the executive branch

We all know the VA and it’s performance.
HERE is the story of 2 VERY high ranking officials demoted for ~corruption.
And now, the climax and its justification.

Judge Reverses Former VA Senior Executive’s Demotion

The Merit Systems Protection Board has overturned the Veterans Affairs Department’s decision to demote Kimberly Graves, a former senior executive accused of using her position for personal gain.
The reversal means that Graves, the former director of the Veterans Benefits Administration’s St. Paul, Minn., regional office, will be reinstated to the Senior Executive Service.
Merit Systems Protection Board?????
The Merit Systems Protection Board is an independent, quasi-judicial agency in the Executive branch that serves as the guardian of Federal merit systems. The Board was established by Reorganization Plan No. 2 of 1978, which was codified by the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 (CSRA), Public Law No. 95-454. The CSRA, which became effective January 11, 1979, replaced the Civil Service Commission with three new independent agencies: Office of Personnel Management (OPM), which manages the Federal work force; Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), which oversees Federal labor-management relations; and, the Board.
So the executive branch has an internal, independent ‘judicial’ system with ITS own hierarchy, secretaries, etc to decide if the entire executive branch’s self authorizing, ever growing tentacles, desks, buildings, unions, has demoted, transferred, fired, or taken any other action which might be unfair.
Can you imagine the ‘niche’ of lawyers fed by this. Imagine the lobbying which goes on as this Jabba gets heavier and heavier.
All for a gestalt in which no decision made by executives (in an inefficient, ~corrupt organization) can withstand the Merit Systems Protection Board and whatever arcane ideas and precedents they have.
It’s almost ENOUGH to make you just throw up your hands, put it on cruise, come in no earlier than 9, go home at 4-5, think nothing about your work until the next day, and let the entire EDIFICE of the USA crumble.
And just start over.

Muslim Explains How To Fake Being a Syrian Refuge

Quote - In order that you may mount firmly on their backs, and then may remember the Favour of your Lord when you mount thereon, and say: “Glory to Him who has subjected this to us, and we could never have it (by our efforts).”

OR THEY COULD JUST DO THIS:

Here's what I think is going on: The refugees are acting as they are, not because they see themselves as charity cases, but because they see themselves as conquerors.
They know perfectly well that one doesn't defecate in a pool in which people (especially children) are swimming. They're doing it because they are performing the literal equivalent of the expression "I don't give a shit about you."
They know you're not supposed to rape women . . . that is, unless those women are the products of conquest, in which case raping them is one of Mohamed's commandments.
It's almost funny seeing Europeans trying politely to teach their conquerors how not to treat those whom they have conquered. I wonder how long it will take before the Europeans figure out that they're no longer in the driver's seat. And then I wonder whether they'll be able or willing to mount a counter-strike, or whether the twelve-hundred year-long Islamic jihad against Europe will finally have succeeded.

Iraqi Ayatollah: ‘Abducting Women’ and ‘Destroying Churches’ Is ‘Real Islam’

During a recent televised interview with Grand Ayatollah Ahmad al-Baghdadi, the leading Shia cleric of Iraq made clear why Islam and the rest of the world can never peacefully coexist.
First he spent some time discussing “defensive jihad,” saying that all capable Muslims are obligated to fight for the “liberation” of “occupied” territory, for instance, Israel (see here for a list of European countries also deemed “occupied” in the eyes of Islam).

Israel seizes shipment of Palestinian dolls holding rocks

JERUSALEM — Israeli customs officials seized a shipment of 4,000 stuffed dolls designed as Palestinian rock-throwers that was en route this week to the Palestinian Authority from the United Arab Emirates.
The dolls were confiscated as Israelis have been targets of attacks during the past two months by Palestinians using rocks, knives and guns. The Israeli government denounced the dolls as a way to teach Palestinian children to “hate and kill Israelis,” spokesman Ofir Gendelman told USA TODAY on Wednesday.

Russian Fighter Conducts Dangerous Intercept of U.S. Recon Jet

Pentagon calls Black Sea aerial provocation ‘unsafe and unprofessional’
A Russian Su-27 jet fighter came within 20 feet of a U.S. RC-135 reconnaissance aircraft over the Black Sea on Monday in Moscow’s latest military provocation involving dangerous aerial encounters.
“On Jan. 25 an RC-135 aircraft flying a routine route in international airspace over the Black Sea was intercepted by a Russian Su-27 in an unsafe and unprofessional manner,” Navy Capt. Daniel Hernandez, chief spokesman for the U.S. European Command, told the Washington Free Beacon. “We are looking into the issue.”
Defense officials said the Su-27 flew alongside the RC-135, an electronic intelligence-gathering aircraft, and then performed what they said was an aggressive banking turn away from the intelligence jet.
The thrust from the Su-27 “disturbed the controllability” of the RC-135, said one official familiar with details of the incident.
It would be nice to know if this changed the patrol course of the UNARMED aircraft or NOT
A second official said the reconnaissance aircraft was flying 30 miles from the coast—well within international airspace and far away from any Russian territory—at the time of the encounter.

The opposite of deterrence.

INCENTIVE

Russian military aircraft have been conducting flights in Europe without the use of air-traffic control tracking transponders
Russia announced a new military strategy in December that increases the country’s reliance on nuclear forces over conventional troops and weapons.
Get ready for a lot more of this in the next year.
The Black Sea encounter was the latest in a series of aggressive Russian military activities aimed coercing or harassing U.S. military aircraft and ships in both Europe and Asia. The provocations are not limited to U.S. forces. On Tuesday, Japan’s Defense Ministry revealed that Japanese interceptor jets were scrambled to chase two Russian Tu-95 Bear bombers that approached the northern end of Japan and flew just outside that country’s airspace in maneuvers described by analysts as unusually close.Other incidents included a similar near-collision between a Russian fighter and RC-135, a militarized Boeing 707, over the Black Sea on May 30. Around the same time, a Russian Su-24 jet buzzed the destroyer USS Ross in the Black Sea near occupied Crimea.Earlier, on April 7, another Su-27 flew within 20 feet of an RC-135, this time over the Baltic Sea.The RC-135 intercept over the Black Sea took place around the same time as a Russian Su-24 jet interceptor buzzed the destroyer USS Ross in the Black Sea, near occupied Crimea.Navy footage showed the jet made several low-level passes over the Ross.In October, two Russian Tu-142 bombers made low passes near the aircraft carrier USS Reagan as it sailed in the Sea of Japan near the Korean peninsula.Navy F-18 jets were scrambled to intercept the bombers during that incident. And last July 4, two Tu-95 nuclear-capable bombers flew within 40 miles of the California coast and communicated a “happy birthday” message to intercepting U.S. pilots. That incident took place the same day President Obama held a telephone conference with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.Russian Tu-95 bombers also circumnavigated Guam in December, for the second time in two months. Guam is the U.S. military’s major hub and a key facility in the American military rebalance to Asia.

UPDATED - Public School System In MD Sued For Spreading Islamic Propaganda

Video: Muslim Teaching Islamic Law

GOOD! And Thank God for the Thomas More Law Center!

From the Free Beacon:
A public school system in Maryland is being sued for promoting Islam over other religions. The lawsuit was filed in federal court Wednesday on behalf of a former Marine and his wife who fought back at their daughter’s high school for forcing students to complete assignments that endorsed Islam.
The Thomas More Law Center filed the civil rights complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, accusing leaders at the Charles County Public Schools of violating the plaintiffs’ constitutional rights.
John Kevin Wood, who served eight years in the Marine Corps, and his wife Melissa objected when they discovered that their daughter’s World History class at La Plata High School was circulating assignments that amounted to Islamic propaganda.
Their daughter and her fellow students were instructed to write out the Islamic creed “Shahada,” which says, “There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.” When recited by non-Muslims, the creed amounts to conversion to Islam.
