"Let’s just make sure it’s not a third-world experience”

NYT:
In March, Henry Chao, the chief digital architect for the Obama administration’s new online insurance marketplace, told industry executives that he was deeply worried about the Web site’s debut
This guy should be in stand up.
I can’t say this often enough … Mr. Obama - leave the site up and fix it, delay this as a mandate and make the exchanges VOLUNTARY .. you know like any other sale.
You will be a compromising hero, and the site will DEMONSTRATE (once it works) if you are right or wrong about how many people will go to the exchanges for, what will be, if successful, affordable health insurance, almost as easy to purchase as a book on Amazon.
As of this morning, I am STILL unable to complete the registration process on the site, being told my application is incomplete at every attempt, after going all the way through and then logging in once more. Precisely where I was almost from the beginning. This demonstrates that whatever is going on, it is NOT JUST too many users (which is no excuse anyway).
